We have stayed at this hotel a few times and decided to start our recent trip to Florida here. Unfortunately that was a mistake - the rooms and staff are really high standard but the place was ridiculously busy. There seemed to be a number of corporate events running and we felt like bystanders at these functions as bars and pools were closed several times during our 4 night stay. Management showed little interest - no response to requests that they simply provide advance notice that facilities would be closed. I guess that underlines that Management didn’t seem to be interested in private guests. There were also long waits for breakfast - again I am sure the corporate guests would have been very well looked after. We were celebrating a special occasion and it was a mistake to stay here - we won’t be returning. As an aside we were also ‘refunded’ breakfast - which should have been included as we are Titanium members and also parking that we didn’t use - my advice would be to check your bill carefully.

Nice hotel with pretty grounds and a fun pool area that my teens enjoyed. Booked a junior suite which was basically a larger hotel room. Good location close to Aventura shopping. Hotel service was tough on a busy weekend and the main lobby bar was frequently closed for events, a small inconvenience. Breakfast was very good, but again overly busy.

They are unable to handle the capacity that they book at. We were provided with free breakfast each morning of our stay. Issue is… they can’t seat people. The first am it was a 2 hr wait and it was pure chaos with people lined up where complaining. Mind you this is a buffet breakfast. Same on the next day as well so we were unable to take advantage of the free breakfast. For the showers. We were in the 16 floor and had zero. I mean zero hot water. We let the shower run for 45 minutes in hopes of getting some hot water with no luck. We called the front desk with no assistance. Additional my husband went to the gym- returned to the room just to find out the key didn’t work. He goes all the way back down to come up to again a non working key. He went back down and the answer he got was “we can’t test it here for you. You just have to go up to the room every time”. We are titanium for life at Marriott. I can’t image how they treat everyone else.

We stayed here for one night prior to a cruise (on points--the cost was a bit prohibitive during Easter Week), and it was fantastic. We had a HUGE room (700 sq. feet) that overlooked the golf course. It was a bit far from the Miami Airport, so the Uber was a bit expensive, but I didn't mind because...it had its own water park. My teenaged boys were in heaven and really enjoyed spending an afternoon there. There were a lot of families with little children because of Spring Break, so keep that in mind. It was a bit noisy on the resort outside the rooms, but the room itself was quiet--this is because there were multiple buildings. We were in the Jasmine building. You could tell the carpet and a few other things were a bit worn, but it was still lovely. The bathrooms were epic--huge and all marble. It was clean, though, so that was a bonus. The vibe was a relaxed elegance that was still family-friendly. I really liked it. The service was good. We didn't utilize it a lot. I will say it was tough to find towels at the water park and no one seemed to be helping there much. But inside the hotel itself, everyone was helpful. There is a Starbucks on site (next to the spa), and it doesn't take mobile orders, so the line can get a bit long. I did use the gym. It's inside the spa. There is a side door around the corner from the Starbucks you can use to get in after (or before) spa hours. It looks like the mall is a far walk--it's not. And there's a path!! I was worried about that, but we were easily able to walk to dinner (since the food on site was a bit expensive). The location is a bit odd being across from the mall--not what you'd expect for a big resort, but it seemed to work.

Spent an afternoon of relaxation and absolute zen at Ame Spa. From the moment you arrive, the team makes you feel at home and at ease. Every touch point was perfect. A heartfelt thank you the Spa Director Lilly and Spa Attendant Dwayne who provided me with a warm welcome, and Evangelina and Fallon who made all of my stress melt away. Will definitely be rebooking my return soon!

I just returned from one of the most wonderful hotels I've stayed in. I bid on and won an auction on Luxury Link to Turnberry Isle Miami, which included five days of golf. IT WAS WONDERFUL! And so luxurious!

We booked Turnberry Isle Miami through Luxury Link and stayed for 9 days on a spectacular golf package. The hotel was fantastic! Beautiful upgraded balcony room overlooking the golf course. Great buffet breakfast. Fantastic golf on two excellent courses. Our golf package included the mandatory caddy fees, which added to the incredible value. I could not speak more highly for this hotel, and Luxury Link.
