JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa

What an absolutely amazing hotel with exemplary service! There is so many things to do while on property and so many things within walking distance if you want to venture. Couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more. Shout out to Adam for making our stay comfortable and being so warm and hospitable. We would definitely come back!

This place was awesome with so much to do. The weather was 80 and sunny everyday and the workers were all super nice. The waterpark was very fun with little to no wait at all. The golf courses were very nice and they had very nice clubs. There was a variety of different foods which were all very good. My hotel room was clean and had a great view with an apartment type of feel. So much to do around the area as well. Gym was awesome + the stores on the resort were very good.

Nice place to stay. Amazing golf view. Nice and clean rooms. There is nice water park. Nice rides. Marriott bonvoy points. Nice staff.

We stayed at the hotel midweek for my wife’s birthday and it was a very special experience. I couldn’t possibly write this review without mentioning Secil the reservation manager. I cant even begin to explain how she went above and beyond to make this happen. I dont think i have ever come across anyone in the Marriott group or actually anywhere who gives so much to ensure your stay is outstanding. The resort is beautiful. Our room was amazing overlooking the golf course and the waterpark is such an amazing way of spending the day in the sun. This was a staycation for us. While we only live 30 minutes away from the resort, it felt like a world away from the daily grind. Thank you Secil for making the day so special. She is one in a million.

I was VERY impressed with tidal cove water park - the staff, the life guards, the grounds - everything was top notch. I felt safe with my children swimming bc of the attentive lifeguards. The only thing that was unfortunate was one of the slides my kids wanted to ride was shut down for maintenance for the three days we were there. As for the hotel, it was beautiful with a nice landscape and grounds. The lobby was pretty but I was disappointed their lounge was only available to “elite” members. For the room, we had a junior suite and it was spacious but was surprisingly loud. We could hear the conversation word for word in the room next door or when anyone walked by in the hallway. For almost $1k a night I’d expect better sound proofing. The beds were comfortable but the pull out was atrociously uncomfortable. We had been at a Marriott vacation club days before and theirs was perfectly comfortable. Overall, it was nice but for the cost of the room I was expecting more.
