Horrible! Nightmare experience! They’re trying to steal $467 from me. So many issues! Never had a worse experience in my life with a hotel. Run!!! I paid with points. They tried to charge me when i got there. I showed them my confirmation email. They apologized. Then they gave me a “partial ocean view”. The ocean is so incredibly far away I had no idea it was there. When i waited in line for a long time they gave me another room which also had a super far ocean view. However, they first gave me the wrong room number so I was trying to open someone else’s room and of course they weren’t happy. So I had to wait in a super long line again to get the right card. Well, their card machine was not working so they said go to the new room and someone would be there for me. Well noone was. I had to call and wait a while. They said they’d give me a hotel credit to spend on food for the inconvenience. Then the a/c wasn’t working. It was freezing and wouldn’t get warmer. My kids and I couldn’t sleep we were so cold. They said they’d give me another credit. I talked to front desk after waiting for a long time to confirm I would have no charges because I had my card points property credit and their 2 credits. They said I had no charges. I just saw on my bill that they charged me $467. I tried to call accounting and they hung up on me 8 times and said it was my phone. I have been on the phone with other people all day long and no other issues. They said that the charges were for food I paid for. I told her everything was supposed to be covered and she told me reservations would call me.

Huge shout-out to the Front Office team at JW Marriott Turnberry—especially Farhan. From the moment he greeted my family, everything was smooth and easy. We had a couple of rooms and the team coordinated everything seamlessly so we could focus on celebrating my son’s birthday. They were warm, attentive, and checked on us throughout the stay, which truly made our weekend feel special. From check-in to check-out, the team was attentive, proactive, and genuinely kind. After a full day at Tidal Cove, coming back to such friendly, efficient service was the cherry on top. Thank you for making our celebration unforgettable—we’ll be back!

Location was great. The exterior of the property is gorgeous. The amenities, both indoor and outdoor, are great. Our room was in rough shape. It was dirty. The closet drawer with the safe wouldn’t close. It was always open. We called for room service at 10:44pm. Room service is supposed to end at 11pm. We were told “sorry the kitchen is closed.” I asked why the kitchen closed early. They said “sorry, we are closed now. You can order food in the morning.” Weird. So we ordered DoorDash. The next evening we called down to the front desk 3 times. The third time someone finally answered. We asked for two extra pillows and another blanket. We were told “no problem, it will be right up to your room shortly.” After 45 minutes I went downstairs and asked when we can expect our two additional pillows and blanket. Front desk said “oh it will be there any minute.” I went back to our room. An hour later, still nothing. So I went back downstairs around 10pm. I asked if they could just hand me 2 pillows and a blanket. The rep downstairs said “uhhh I don’t think we have any here. Let me go find a radio and see if I can request this for you.” He walked away and came back 5 minutes later with a radio. He radioed someone and then said to me “your pillows and blankets will be here shortly.” I waited by the front desk for 20 minutes. Nothing ever showed up. I asked the front desk “hey guys it’s been 20 minutes. Where’s my pillows and blankets?” They said “sorry sir it’s out of control. They will get here when they get here.” I waited 10 more minutes and decided to forget about it and went back to my room. Nothing ever showed up to our room either. All day, every day, when the air conditioner would kick off, it made a very loud clunking noise for about 5 seconds. I complained to the front desk on the first day. They advised that once maintenance became available they would stop by to fix the issue. They didn’t stop by the first day. I complained again the next day. I was told the same thing. They never showed up. Overall a very subpar experience. It’s a shame because the property is gorgeous. The service by the pool was great. The waiters were awesome. The rooms and the service inside of the building were awful.

⸻ A truly wonderful and comfortable experience. The hotel was spotless, and the service was impeccable. I would like to extend my congratulations to the reception staff for giving us such a warm welcome, as well as to the Corsair kitchen and bar team. The chef was very attentive and personally greeted us at the table, and the food was simply outstanding. I must highlight the personalized and professional service provided by Ricardo, Yohana, and Luis, who made our stay even more enjoyable. At the Bourbon, we received excellent service from Amber, and the food was also delicious. The pool staff was equally impeccable. This hotel is, without a doubt, an excellent destination for a vacation in every sense. We will certainly return! Thank you for making my birthday so special.

Can’t say enough about Christopher at the Ame Spa. I frequently get my hair washed and blow dried but none of them compared to the one Christopher did. Aside from his great technique he was warm and friendly. I mentioned that I was interested in renting a property for my family for winter 2026 and he went out of his way to explain the different areas of Miami that would be ideal based on what I was looking for. Great experience at the Turnberry from the spa, to golf and dining! All top notch!

I just returned from one of the most wonderful hotels I've stayed in. I bid on and won an auction on Luxury Link to Turnberry Isle Miami, which included five days of golf. IT WAS WONDERFUL! And so luxurious!

We booked Turnberry Isle Miami through Luxury Link and stayed for 9 days on a spectacular golf package. The hotel was fantastic! Beautiful upgraded balcony room overlooking the golf course. Great buffet breakfast. Fantastic golf on two excellent courses. Our golf package included the mandatory caddy fees, which added to the incredible value. I could not speak more highly for this hotel, and Luxury Link.
