Had a great time! We were checked in at 11am, earliest weve ever been checked in! We also had great service from Fiorella, who was incredibly hard working and kind to my family while working hard to provide the best experience possible, which she did!

Stayed here while working a business conference, which required me to work extended hours. So when it came time to get the limited rest I could, it was very important. Little did i know that you should NOT expect that at this hotel. As noted in my pictures, most rooms have a 1-2" gap under the door, resulting in hearing EVERYTHING that goes on in the hallways, including everyone's door slamming shut as they return to their room. I tried jamming pillows under the door in the middle of the night to help with the sound to no avail. I thought to maybe complain to the font desk and have them move me to another room, but when I walked down the hallway I saw almost every room on my floor had the same issue. I am shocked more people do not complain about this or about the noise. Oh and the fridge in your room? Don't actually try to use it, or they will charge you $50!!!!!! On a positive note, the grounds and the hotel staff were wonderful, the accommodations- hard pass!

Our stay at the Turnberry was very accommodating. The staff was always very kind and very helpful. I would like to give Evan Macomber a shout out, the bartender at the adult pool is absolutely phenomenal. He was a great bartender, fun and very helpful to hotel guests, even if it didn't pertain to his bar or pool. Thank you Evan, and all of the staff at the JW Marriot Miami Turnberry!!

The best part of Marriott Turnberry is Evan by the pool bar. Fun, polite, and flips out perfect cocktails quickly. The Mariott Turnberry is a beautiful resort and the golf course is exceptional. Normally I would prefer to stay by the beach, but I would be happy to come back.

My company just hosted our annual conference this week at this JW. 1000% a fantastic experience. The employees here are kind, well-mannered, and leap to assist you with anything that you may need. Evan Macomber who works as the DJ and Bartender by the pool is absolutely phenomenal. He went out of his way to show detailed attention to me, my colleagues, customers, and partners. Evan you rock good sir! Michelle and Veronica who work the indoor bar near registration are equally superb! They were also very attentive, responsive, and patient! They are extremely professional and remained composed even when the crowd got a bit rowdy.
