Amazing modern yet classic property in the Luberon
What a gem in the Luberon. Tremendous location, amenities and staff. You will not be disappointed. Five stars in everyway!

Letdown, Slept on a Couch
We visited last week and spent three nights in a suite. On the second night, we noticed that the air conditioning in our bedroom was not working. It was 35C / 95F outside during our stay, so it was extremely unpleasant and about 28C/82F in the room at night. We called the front desk around 10PM and then again at 2AM to report this issue. We ended up sleeping on the couch in the living room where there was air conditioning. The next morning we went to the front desk to check and were told a technician would come to fix the issue during the day. We were off property from 9AM - 9PM to allow for this. When we got back to the room, the air conditioning was not fixed, it was very hot again, there was no update from the hotel staff, and we again slept on the couch. For a luxury property, we were very disappointed to have spent most of our stay sleeping uncomfortably on a couch, when we spent a lot of money for a nice suite. They knew we were sleeping on the couch and did nothing to remedy the situation. While we cannot recommend the area more highly, however the communication, handling and accommodation provided for this issue were sincerely disappointing.

Absolute Luxury & Perfection
A perfectly idyllic and beautiful place to relax and enjoy the luxury of your surroundings overlooking the Luberon. The staff, food, accommodation, the vineyards and the scenery, just everything was absolutely 100% perfect. We had such a lovely time here, and wish we could have stayed longer.

Best Hotel of Provance
Great hotel. Beautiful and completely facilities. It is in the middle of Provance what is very convenient to drive in the region. Staff very polite. Great pool and SPA.
