We visited the Westin Riverfront July 5-8. When we checked in a young man named Ina helped us. He was very welcoming and answered all our questions. During our stay we saw him a couple times and he always went out of his way to assist us. We enjoyed our visit, even when the power went out for several hours! Thanks Ina.

We only stayed here for one night while driving back from Snowmass to Denver, and I have to say, I wish we had planned a longer stay. The resort is absolutely beautiful and has so much to offer. We stayed in a spacious two-bedroom suite, which was perfect for our family and made our short stay very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with more options than I could count and something for everyone. The valet service was fast, courteous, and made arriving and departing hassle-free. The resort also has several excellent on-site restaurants, and if you prefer something quick, there are plenty of fast-food and casual dining options within walking distance. Even though we were only there for one night, the experience left a great impression. Next time we're in the area, we'll definitely stay longer. Unfortunately, I do not have pictures to share

We requested a pet free room for allergy reasons. It was not a pet free room. There is a significant resort fee which provides nothing. There was not even a concierge to help with suggestions or reservations. Very disappointing.

First of all, I would not stay here again. The rooms are quite dated. Falling apart and just feels like they’ve seen better days. Massive hidden fees - expect to pay an additional $100 per day on top of the rate you signed up for. I find this wild and they claim it covers a bunch of ‘amenities’ which are pretty low rent that would be standard at many other hotels - it’s just a way for them to charge an extra $100 per day. Then, the elevators - of the two elevators, one is not in operation for hotel guests (apparently it’s been this way for many weeks). Expect incredibly long wait times and long lines. This elevator has doors that close almost instantly after opening - even a hotel staff member commented that you need to be careful. I watched the doors essentially knock over an elderly woman, they also hit me with my small children. Be careful!! I told the hotel and they stated that the doors were within spec….great! My children cried every time they had to go up the elevator…it is truly a nightmare. Beware! I did speak to the hotel about my concerns and I felt like they were quite unsympathetic. It basically felt like they were arguing back with me, which, again…not a great sign of a place I’d want to stay. My advice - steer clear of this property. There are plenty of other hotels around the area that do a far better job than this one.
