Anantara Kihavah Maldives Villas

We had an incredible 10 day stay - 3 nights in a water villa and 7 in a beach villa. The island is naturally stunning, the hotel has been sympathetically developed and cleverly designed to blend with its surroundings. We loved the bikes and cycling round the sandy tracks, it felt extremely easy and relaxing.The villas were beautiful and spotless. The house reef is full of fantastic sea life and kept us entertained on a daily basis. We also loved the extra trips to see many’s rays and nurse sharks, both unforgettable experiences. All the food was absolutely delicious and plenty of options for the time we were there. The teams at the restaurants were warm and friendly, we felt very well looked after at all times, especially at breakfast at Plates. The food and drinks manager sought our view on the offering on more than one occasion and was keen to ensure we were happy. We chose this island because we were travelling with teenagers and wanted a variety of activities. There were plenty of options and we felt we had a perfect mix of relaxation and things to do. The diving and water sports team were so helpful and helped my son get his PADI certification, we loved the stargazing, outdoor cinema and Thai boxing! The gym is well equipped and air conditioned. There were lovely extra touches like singers at the bars in the evening, who were incredible, drummers, a DJ on the beach one evening and personalised signs on our villa and bikes. These added to the warmth and welcome of the island and the overall experience. We will definitely be back.

Our stay at Anantara Kihavah was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, every detail exceeded our expectations. The island is absolutely breathtaking, the villas are stunning, the food is exceptional, and the service is among the best we’ve ever experienced. A special thank you to our butler, Tina, who made our stay even more enjoyable. She went above and beyond to make our villa as comfortable as possible for the July season, always paying attention to the smallest details and making sure we had everything we needed. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made a huge difference throughout our stay. We also want to thank Coral, who is an excellent padel instructor. Every lesson was enjoyable, professional, and tailored to our level. Coral’s enthusiasm and coaching made us improve while having a great time. A big thank you as well to Jerebie, who was a fantastic additional player for our padel sessions. Playing with him made every match more competitive and fun. Finally, we’d like to recognize Shila, who is not only an outstanding boxing coach but also a perfect additional padel player. Her energy, motivation, and positive attitude made every training session enjoyable, whether it was boxing or padel. Thank you to the entire Anantara Kihavah team for creating such an unforgettable experience. We are already looking forward to coming back!

ABSOLUTELY SPLENDID! We hope to be back soon! Mr Paul and his A-team were impeccable and we couldn’t ask for more! Our overwater villa was spotlessly clean, tastefully designed and bigger than we expected. We were there to celebrate our wedding anniversary and they curated such a romantic and unforgettable experience. Besides the attention paid to every single detail, we were grateful for our dedicated villa host, Naomi 🙏🏼 (Here’s a special shoutout to Naomi: BIG THANKS FOR EVERYTHING! 😘🫶🏼) Although our star-gazing booking was cancelled last minute due to cloudy weather, we appreciate that Naomi and her colleague did try their best to make it happen. In fact, most of the staff who tended to us were very friendly, hospitable and steadfast 👍🏼 Also to take this opportunity to give special credits to the ever humorous Reji, Ricky and the rest of the team at Manzaru and Spice restaurant, the knowledgeable Sofiya at SEA underwater restaurant (for making us excited by pointing out the various wild sea lives spotted and taking professional looking photos and vids), Yoni, Tee Pee, Nur and our masseur of the Spa team (BEST SPA EXPERIENCE AND MERIDIEN MASSAGE EVER!) and all housekeepers ♥️ We felt more like their friends than guests… meltzzz… ♥️ For half board’s standard, their food selections and offerings were wide, portions were big and tasted really good! We reckoned they practice 0km cooking after visiting their herbal garden, seeing a Chef harvesting their organic herbs. The Tom Yum soup at Spice Restaurant also saved my night as I was down with motion sickness 😅 Here’s also a big shout-out to Mr Paul, the man of the house! THANKS FOR EVERYTHING, not forgetting making the last minute Manta-ray excursion happened! 20 Manta-ray, the dolphins spotted and a huge rainbow literally struck a perfect chord!

Anantara was amazing! Everything was perfect! Piyal was amazing! super helpful and patient and made sure our stay was super comfortable and stress free. Sugar the F&B head and his team were so good along with Jenny and Prabesh! We were well fed 😄 Paul was awesome and are sure to swing by and say hi and chit chat everyday! Attey our super photographer- so patient and thank you for squeezing us into your busy schedule! The entire housekeeping team etc all were super! Thank you for making our stay a super memorable one!
