Brenners Park-Hotel & Spa

This is undoubtedly a beautiful hotel, in a great location, with a classic atmosphere. However, housekeeping let's it down, twice now and when I book a table for dinner at Felix specifically on the upper terrace I am not happy to be in the courtyard with the kindergarten party at 9pm. No one cared I was uncomfortable eating dinner with all these kids running around and no one cared that it was not what I booked the previous evenjng witn a member of staff. Was very taken aback by their attutide. Hope they can manage a decent poached egg tomorrow, today's was a sloppy mess but again no one cared. Maybe I just eat cold meat instead This is such a shame, beautiful place but the detail let's them down....

We visited Brenners for a relaxing spa weekend and had the most wonderful time. The team was lovely throughout, and we had a wonderful peaceful suite on the newly refurbished top floor of the hotel with fantastic views over the park and forest. There are thoughtful touches like a complimentary minibar. Breakfast outdoors on the terrace was lovely. Definitely take the time to explore the Lichtentaler Allee and the beautiful town of Baden-Baden - a short stroll from the hotel.

Fantastic hotel. The rooms, hotel lobby and common spaces are gorgeous. The staff is young but extremely professional and nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent but we thought dinner and the high tea was just ok and could use some improvement. I would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing holiday.

I loved everything about this hotel. It's spotless, the staff are amazing, so helpful and friendly. The spa and gym are excellent, the restaurant Fritz and Felix was exceptional, I cannot fault this hotel. Beautiful location, I didn't want to leave. Lovely extra touches, fruit in the room, complimentary mini bar, water for onward journeys, there are so many little extras they think of. I will go back one day I hope.
