Over my 50 years of life, I have stayed in many five-star hotels around the world — including the Waldorf Astoria, Kempinski, and some of the very finest IHG properties, to name just a few. Yet Brenners Park sets an entirely new benchmark for excellence and luxury. This property is simply perfect. The location is exceptional, the architecture stunning, and the overall atmosphere refined without ever feeling pretentious. The room quality left me genuinely speechless — from the two solid, vault-like doors providing complete soundproofing, to the real limestone tiles and slabs in the bathroom, enhanced by underfloor heating. The room itself is spacious, beautifully lit, and offers generous cupboard space, making it feel more like a private residence than a hotel suite. The gym was, quite simply, outstanding. Every member of staff was exceptional — attentive, professional, and warm. Parking was effortless, with convenient self-parking located right near the Stéphanie’s entrance. What truly sets Brenners Park apart is the feeling of privacy and tranquillity. Despite the vast size of the property, it feels remarkably secluded — almost like being in your own home. You barely encounter anyone else, which only adds to the sense of calm, exclusivity, and understated luxury.

We stayed at this establishment for 4 nights, and the experience has been outstanding: the excellent location makes it easy to explore Baden Baden. Even without a rental car, it is very convenient to get around Baden Baden, either on foot or by public transit. This establishment is like a quiet oasis in a park setting, and it invites you to relax and to leave any stress behind. Service is outstanding and helpful in every way. We did enjoy breakfast in the "Wintergarten" Restaurant, and dinners were outstanding as well. Several of our family enjoyed massages in the spa area, which contributed to their relaxing experience as well. This four-day experience has been the splurge of the year for us and an outstanding experience during our trip through Europe.

This wonderful Hotel is timeless. Every stay we have experienced in the past was a delight. And the very last stay we have just had confirms the exceptional aspect of this chic, discreet establishment with warm service in a magnificent setting. A real treat Thank you to all the staff

We honeymooned at this property 25 years ago and returned this year to experience the majestic and tranquil beauty of Brenners Park once more. There is nothing that compares to the grace and elegance of this hotel. The staff were professional and welcoming and made our anniversary trip very memorable. There is a major renovation happening, however, it did not affect our stay at Villa Stephanie. We were sad to check out and hope to visit again.

Let me start from good note - quiet nice peaceful/ interior from my street . However.. for family that lives in Baden and eats there probably 2/3 times every second month it’s getting more n more disappointing.. last time I had with my son 4 stuff serving us .. nobody actually took care of us . Nobody asked how was everything.. waited for tea even food arrived asked for water 2 times yet at the end of the meal I got bill with 12 euro charge for spaghetti kids even in menu kids up to 5 y old eat for free ( let me add we didn’t have starter or desert ) I don’t mind to pay but since we eat there often n one day we change rules .. I ask to db check that ( left 10% tip being polite ) but 2 stuff members one including main person I guess roll eyes and make me feel like .. I wil add I am also pregnant and was with 3 y old . We would like to stay there once the hotel open in full after renovations bug I am not sure to pay this price for service and have 10 min drive home . In honesty I like Oetkers collection but if this is best hotel in De I do have my list of questions..
