Special place for families
Don’t think twice if you have small kids. Love the hotel, love Praia do Forte, the staff! However, I have to say that prices have been significantly and consistently rising since 2020 for which I see no reasonable justification…

Paradise just up the coast from Salvador
Fantastic eco-friendly resort. Friendly, relaxed environment. Expert staff attentive but not overly present. There are so many places to be in the resort, it never feels crowded.

The most beautiful vacation.
We traveled here from America. Our stay here was nothing short of amazing. From arrival to departure the staff and resort continued to impress. The nearby (walkable) village was amazing. We felt so safe here walking to the village and just the resort in general. The natural beauty of the resort is unmatched. Make sure you walk the beach to where the ocean meets the river. You can also walk the beach all to the village. Amazing food, beautiful landscape, friendly staff, cleanliness. Good place to go be one with nature and reset. We hope to come back.
