Amazing eco resort with great amenities to unwind
Amazing seas side resort in Praia do forte, with lots of activities for all ages, with delicious food , spacious rooms and everything about the hotel. Hotel has enough space for all guests , enough sunbeds , great beachside bars, food and in general we were looked after so well! My teenage daughters loved it , nice calm sea in the afternoon to have a dip , and surf during the day . Food is fresh , with so much choice , yet very carefully managed with impeccable service throughout our stay in July . Would love to go back when we visit Brazil again !

Great resort, ruined by petty water rationing
Tivoli Praia do Forte delivers on the big things — the food is excellent, the pools are beautiful, and the kids' activities are genuinely well run. Where it completely falls apart is something as basic as drinking water. For a 5-star property, there are no water stations anywhere on the resort, no way to refill your own bottle. Instead, you're limited to one cup per person and pushed toward their canned water, which has a strong, off-putting taste. It's a transparent way to squeeze extra revenue out of guests who are stuck in the heat with no alternative. It's a small thing on paper, but it says a lot about the pricing philosophy here. You're already paying a premium daily rate, and then getting nickel-and-dimed on something this basic. It's exactly why Club Med Trancoso, fully all-inclusive with no hidden extras, is the better choice if you want your resort experience without the constant upselling. Recommended if you don't mind paying extra for essentials. Skip it if you want a stay without the games.
