Great service. Gaslaine was amazing helping me with my reservation! I enjoyed my stay, and will definitely come back. The location is the best, great area. And the view is breathtaking. Also just next to the mall and all the restaurants, which is very convenient

Michelangelo at the front desk was extremely professional and helpful! Hotel is centrally located near shuls and kosher restaurants. Rooms are comfortable and feature 2 rooms, plus frig and couch. We have stayed at the Grand Beach numerous times

Absolute Gem of a hotel. First and foremost our front desk check in associate Michelangelo is absolutely amazing. Michelangelo’s attire and personality are exactly what you would cherish not only in hospitality industry but also as a genuine friend. He not only goes above and beyond but also has impeccable politeness/ professionalism. Thank you Michelangelo!!!!! All the staff are polite and welcoming. The Decor is elegant and on point! The room and ocean views are amazing. The grounds are well manicured. We will definitely stay here again and make sure to encourage our family and friends to visit Grand Beach Hotel Surfside!

Hospitality has been superb. Melissa at check was efficient and welcoming: ivy my personal concierge was excellent and attentive. The beach service for umbrellas and chairs were energetic and helpful. This is my second visit and I will def recommend and keep coming back. Thank you to the staff.

We were incorrectly charged for two consumptions from another room that we never used. When we approached the manager (her name was Melissa I think) to clarify the issue, she was very rude and unhelpful, stating that an investigation would be done — but the charges remained on our bill. Additionally, we were charged unexpected hotel fees for our two-night stay that were never disclosed at booking. Overall, the customer service was unpleasant and dismissive. Definitely not the level of service we expected.
