Grand Beach Hotel Surfside

I would rather not say at this point, but I must say that the hostess the best reason to come to the grand beach hotel in Surfside just to meet Rosa Rosa JIROIN was the first person who greeted me when I came to check out the hotel. She was kind she is wonderful. She is welcoming. She is in my opinion the mother of the grand Beach Hotel she took me to see four suites. She was knowledgeable. She was gracious. She is the top employee of this hotel in my opinion she has years of experience in the hospitality field and it shows Rosa is so kind. Rosa is so efficient. Rosa makes you want to live here for the rest of your life. If it weren’t for Rosa, I would not have stayed in this hotel. She has become someone that I admire someone who has high ethics high standards and represents this hotel to the fullest if it weren’t for Rosa, this would be a mere average Hotel. It is Rose‘s presence. She should be out and not in back of the counter, checking people in, but she should be in the front carrying beautiful roses and champagne and giving them out to the guest as they arrive because Rosa has a warrant about her that is unbelievable and I have a cooperation and I am a CEO and when I find the right position I may just hire Rosa Wright from the grand Beach Hotel. She is someone to be respected. She is in my opinion the ambassador of the grand Beach Hotel and Surfside so stop by and meet Rosa. She is lovely. She is friendly. She is warm and she is a true professional

We love it here . Staff are very friendly and very helpful . Rooms are spacious and great views of the sea Location perfect. Beach beds v comfy . Needs side tables though ! Roof top pool with spectacular views is perfect on a windy day. One of the best value hotels in USA and we can’t wait to come back next year.

We loved our experience. Staff was polite and extremely helpful. Right on the beach. Everything is in walking distance.

I thought I had left a review but here goes . The Hotel is beautiful and from my personal experience can’t be faulted . Rooms large and clean and towels changed daily . Service is quick and what ever needs dealing with is dealt with . I thought it was a well run professional hotel . My only issue is the Breakfast and on 3 occasions I met with different waiters . Their a lovely lady who was very kind to us and always charged us in and around 12 Dollars for 2 x Coffees and then theirsTroy an absolute Gentleman and a great addition paid for our coffees as a kind gesture but their was another waiter who seems to be their daily and he went to town on us . On 2 separate breakfast mornings he charge 44 Dolars which included “ 7 Dollars as a Suggested tip “ and our final morning with him he charged us 17 Dollars for 2 x Coffees . I will be back but 100% I will avoid this Waiter with Limited English . Otherwise a great experience. I noticed a lot of Jewish people were residing in the hotel around the same time , I just wish they were nicer to staff and management as I found them very loud and let their children run wild . See you next year 🙏

The hotel was very clean and well appointed. The restaurant was good and was running a great wine special. The entire front desk team was great but Brenda really stood out to us with her excellent customer service!! Brenda is a true asset to the property.
