Grand Beach Hotel Surfside

The hotel is outdated and in urgent need of renovation. The rooms suffer from issues such as leaking ceilings and excessive noise, making the guest experience quite disappointing. More concerning, however, is that the hotel's management simply does not function properly. Attempts to contact the property by phone or email go unanswered, and it is extremely difficult to obtain any assistance or response from the staff. Overall, the operation appears chaotic and highly disorganized. The hotel urgently needs significant improvements in its management and customer service standards. It is a real shame, as this used to be a very good hotel.

Amazing room and staff and amazing location

Stayed at the Grand Beach with my family. Had the best relaxing time. From the moment we checked in, to the time we checked out , the staff in all departments and areas were so accommodating and made our stay perfect. Loved spending time at the lobby bar and grabbing a coffee at their coffee shop. Had a delicious breakfast with views of the ocean. Our room was clean and the beds and pillows were very comfy. The ocean views from our the balcony were breathtaking. Highly recommend staying here. A fun bonus for us was renting bikes and biking on the the bike/ walking trail . Can’t wait to book another stay in the future

Great first day! Reception was very welcoming. They let me check in early and it was wonderful because I had been traveling since 3 o'clock the previous morning. The provided beach chairs and towels were great. The adult pool was refreshing. All and all a beautiful first day here! The bartender also made a great whiskey sour
