During our first stay at this property, we had an amazing experience. Upon check-in, we were warmly welcomed by a lovely lady at the front desk, who provided us with information about the resort fee, which we fully utilized. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach chairs, the daily desserts served at dinner at the beach house, and the excellent food service and like I stated before, we had a wonderful dinner at the beach house and the food was very good. Initially, we booked a coastline view room with queen beds, but as platinum elite members, we were upgraded to a guest room with two queen beds offering an ocean view on the 10th floor, room number 1015. We were immediately impressed by the room, particularly the beautiful balcony and the bathroom, which we considered the highlight of the property. It was delightful to take a bath while enjoying the skyline view, and we had no complaints about the room. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. On the second day, we requested a late checkout at 4 pm, which was accommodated as part of our platinum elite status. We appreciated this and took full advantage of the pool and beach during the day. However, we encountered issues with our keys not working for beach access and the pool, requiring reprogramming . We suspect this was due to ongoing construction and property enhancements, so be aware of potential noise during your stay . Despite these minor issues, we thoroughly enjoyed the property and are eager to return soon. The Ritz Carlton Bal Harbor did an excellent job maintaining cleanliness and providing exceptional service throughout our stay. We had a fantastic time and look forward to visiting again in the near future.

I came to the hotel to celebrate my sister’s 50th birthday over Labor Day weekend. I was very underwhelmed by the stay. We stayed in a suite. The room itself was beautiful, the pool was nice and the guys working at the beach helping with chairs were fantastic. They forgot to put anything in the half bath, no hand towels, no soap, no toilet paper. We stopped by and let them know. No one came until they cleaned the room and then didn’t leave soap, forgot wash clothes. The spa was disorganized and cramped. No tour of the facility. There was mold in the steam room and felt like a jail cell. The lounge wasn’t relaxing at all. Massage itself was good though. I’ve stayed at a few Ritz Carlton and was surprised at the service and lack to detail at this location.

This hotel is super close to Bal Harbour beach and provides great beach services for example umbrella, chair, towels and sun screen. You can also order food on the beach and they will deliver to you. Great ocean view, great services, would recommend.

Manager Madison was incredibly kind and accommodating during our stay. We stayed one night and had a family issue and needed to change hotels for location. She went out of her way to help, she even called around and helped us with hotels. Instead of treating us like just another transaction, she truly saw us as people. Exceptional customer service and genuine care!

We are trying to have a relaxing family vacation for a long weekend. We thought this hotel looked nice. It is a nice hotel but there is an obscene amount of construction noise non stop at the pool and the beach is overrun with seaweed so much that you want even go in the water. I would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for a place to relax by the pool or beach
