The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort

I am writing this review to make all persons aware of how I was treated after having a grand theft occur with my late mother's Rolex and my Goyard wallet. We are lifetime platinum members and it literally means nothing to this establishment! On June 4th we checked out around 10AM. My Goyard bag was open and taken by the bell staff. When we got into our vehicle the bellman asked if I wanted my bag up front and I said yes. We then drove 11 hours home. I have a jewelry bag with holiday items and just simply placed my belongings in my closet. I wanted to wear that watch a few weeks later and when I looked in my jewelry pouch it was missing. I then noticed that my Goyard wallet that was unattached and had nothing in it (thank heavens!) was gone too. I immediately called to speak with the general manager to no avail. Left a message. I was never to this day called back by the GM. A security person phoned but never called again. I was contacted through the claims division but also have not heard anything back and that was 6 weeks ago. I have never received one apology or anything to make this right. I asked for video footage and an investigation into staff members who were on duty that morning. It's not that difficult! Is that what cameras are for or not??? They have a brazen thief that committed a FELONY so why is this not a priority??? I want to personally call out the General Manager Carlo Javakhia for his blatant rudeness in not handling any of this. Unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. This was a very personal gift to me and not one person cares.....

We went to the beach and the service was great. ROMEO, was great and gave us great attention! They brought toys for the kids and water for my dog every time

We had a wonderful long weekend at the st Regis. We had not been back in about 14 years and were so happy we chose the St. Regis. From the service at the restaurants, to welcoming us on arrival. And the pool staff goes over and beyond your expectation. Delilah and Pietro were wonderful, anticipating all our needs. And the pool manager, Andrea made us feel like old friends. Definitely worth the trip and stay here.

Our beach server, Romeo truly went above and beyond and was easily one of the highlights of our experience at the resort. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and personable, constantly checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed. The level of service they provided was exceptional, and they genuinely made our day at the beach so much more enjoyable. Unfortunately, our experience at the pool was the complete opposite. The service there was extremely slow and inattentive — at one point, it took approximately 25 minutes just to receive two drinks. It was especially disappointing considering the level of service you would expect at a resort of this caliber. The difference between the pool and beach service was night and day, which made us appreciate our beach server even more. They absolutely went above and beyond and deserve recognition for providing the kind of attentive, welcoming service that really elevates a resort experience.

We had wonderful service by the beach! Lensley was very helpful, polite and friendly. We enjoyed our time at the beach..
