Great pool service
As always great experience at the hotel. Especially want to highlight the service. The pool, where we spend the most time feels calm and welcoming, thanks to the staff. Special thanks to Jordan who works at the pool, for professional approach to things, good energy and the willingness to help. The service provided included in itself more than is typically required, with occasional check ups, recommendations on places to visit and a good company.

Best hotel in Miami
The best place to stay in the Miami metro. I’ve always loved the location of this property, and after my latest stay, it remains my favorite in Bal Harbor. The rooms are spacious, beautifully renovated and filled with natural light. Everything felt spotless and maintained. My favorite feature was the oversized balcony overlooking the ocean it was the perfect place to enjoy breakfast each morning while taking in the ocean view. The furniture on the patio is great for a nap in the afternoon. The bathroom amenities were another standout. The shampoo and conditioner smelled incredible. Also, the mattress is super comfy. The service was impeccable, especially on the beach, where the staff was attentive, friendly, and always one step ahead of our needs. I suggest getting a cabana if you plan on being at the beach for a while. I believe it’s $300 for the day plus whatever food and beverage you add to the bill. While Miami is home to many hotels that are difficult to justify at their price point, this property truly delivers exceptional value for the experience it provides and size of rooms. I will definitely be returning this winter
