Spent the day at the adults pool at The St. Regis Bal Harbour and had an excellent experience. The service was outstanding from start to finish, and the pool area was peaceful, relaxing, and impeccably maintained. A special thank you to Delilah and Jesus, who went above and beyond to make our day so enjoyable. They were attentive, friendly, and always one step ahead, ensuring we had everything we needed. Our time at the beach was the absolute highlight of our visit and that is entirely thanks to the incredible cabana and beach staff—especially Wes and Luciano. From the moment we stepped onto the sand, both of them stood out for their remarkably positive and polite demeanor. They anticipated our every need, from setting up the perfect lounge spots to keeping us refreshed, all while maintaining a genuine warmth and professionalism that elevated our entire experience. Their spectacular customer service turned a simple day by the water into a truly luxurious retreat. Wes and Luciano are absolute assets to the hotel's beach team, and they made our vacation unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back!

Had a Beautiful experience at the ST Regis The Beach staff were Amazing Wes and Luciano made sure we had everything we needed and kept our water and ice Stocked all day and our fruit bowl was a great refresher after being in the Sun all morning. All I cared about for my stay was the beach and they made it a plus , I’ll definitely return back to St Regis

Pros: Staff at the beach are awesome! Proximity to water is amazing! All rooms are ocean view! Very clean! Cons: Lots of smoking at what should be a smoke free property. I smelled smoke every night on the balcony, but on the second night it was terrible and I look over and a guest on the balcony right next to me is casually smoking away. I took a video and asked the front desk if this was acceptable, and their solution was to move me. Effectively, it's my fault for not wanting to smell smoke during my stay so if I had complained again, I probably could have earned myself another 2 hour ordeal to pack up, transfer rooms and unpack. Lastly, there are a lot of great reviews and there are some that are very critical of the hotel. Having stayed for 5 nights, many reviews actually make sense. The biggest nuisance was the nickel and diming when the stay is already so pricey. Need a band-aid at the pool, staff will tell you they sell some at the store. Need anything? The staff will tell you they sell them at the store. I paid $9 and change for a box of generic band-aids because a pool at a world class hotel doesn't have a first aid kit? I've exchanged 5-10 emails with the hotel staff already and thus far, all I've gotten is a bunch of "we're sorry for your unpleasant experience"

St Regis easily became my favorite Marriott hotel. I experienced phenomenal customer service during my recent visit. Aris the night auditor was outstanding from our first interaction. He set the tone to my perfect vacation. It is a gorgeous hotel. The lobby is picture perfect and the view from the Imperial Suite is amazing. I will definitely stay there again.
