The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort

Great hotel!! This is our first time in Miami. We celebrated our kid,2-year old Birthday here. We stayed here for 2 days and honestly, we didn't want to leave. The staffs were amazing, top-notch services. I want to shout out to Mueanfan, she took such a good care for our family. Definitely choose this hotel again for our next trip to Miami. Tanun J.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The beds and pillows super comfortable. The soaps are amazing and the views can't be beat. The service is amazing special shout out to Rebecca Newton at the hotel who was kind and helpful and super pleasant.I highly recommend this hotel.

The is a beautiful property with an attentive staff. Our 2 bedroom suite with 3 balconies facing the ocean was the perfect place to enjoy our friends, relax and have fun. The General Manager was exceptional, and there was nothing overlooked when it came to details. The concierge desk went above and beyond for us in every way. And, it was an amazing experience!

Do not stay here if you’re looking to relax at the beach. Took my daughter on what was supposed to be a relaxing girls trip to celebrate a major milestone. We stayed 7-20 thru 7/23 and have Titanium Elite status. Much to our surprise, the beach was sectioned off due to construction. There was non stop large diesel equipment driving back and forth across the beach just a few feet in front of our chairs. Not only was the noise unbearable, but the fumes from the diesel engines and sand flying up as they passed were literally nauseating. This went on the entire stay. This is something that should have been stated clearly at the time of booking. My daughter and I tried to make the best of the situation, but left incredibly disappointed. This was supposed to be a special trip for my soon to be graduating daughter who loves the beach. Again, had this been noted on your website or told to us at booking we would have stayed elsewhere.

We try and staycation here annually. The hotel is our absolute favorite. The staff is truly amazing and go above and beyond for us every time we are here. The rooms are fantastic and again can’t say enough about the staff. The views from the rooms are great and I’m convinced they have the best balconies in Florida. Can’t say enough positive things. You can’t go wrong with this hotel choice.
