Saint Regis bal harbor- amazing all around

We recently stayed at the Saint Regis for a long weekend as we went to see the Miami open. Originally we were contemplating between the Ritz, and Surf Club nearby. I’m glad we landed where we did. We booked through American Express and got amazing perks. Upon arrival we were upgraded to an amazing room that was extremely spacious and comfortable with oceanfront views and a balcony. The Butler service was an extra touch of service that made our stay more memorable. The Concierge was extremely helpful in last-minute hard to get dinner reservations with friends. In addition, they were beyond helpful with suggestions for golf tennis biking and all of the things we wanted to do ahead of time. We eat mostly off property for dinners but the included breakfast for two was beyond with a sprawling buffet, abundant and delicious choices and the best omelette maker ever! The decor in the lobby is just stunning. The location cannot be beat. And the pools and spa will make you feel transported to a tropical oasis. I always imagined that Saint Regis was too formal as we like more of a beaches and vibe, but this specifically delivered some. The overall experience was driven by their impeccable service all around. I might just be converted!
