What a wonderful place, with staff who are attentive and extraordinarily kind! We spent 15 incredible days here as a family with our two daughters. Sure, some reviews criticize the beach—which wasn’t exactly what we were hoping for—and say the hotel could use some renovations… which, by the way, they’re currently working on… But hey, we’re in Mauritius, and there are beaches everywhere! We were lucky enough to visit our family who lives in Gros Cailloux, and between family days and lazy days at the hotel—enjoying the pool bar and cocktails from Roobesh and Pranaw, or yoga sessions with the talented Nithin (Namaste Master) 🙏🤗—we still find ourselves thinking back on this wonderful trip even today. We’d also like to give a special thanks to the breakfast attendant who cooks eggs any way you like, and especially to Rika, the pastry chef with the golden touch—if you’re lucky enough to meet her, she’ll treat you to waffles that would put a Belgian to shame—as well as Adaken at the front desk, who’s a great listener and does everything possible to make your stay as pleasant as possible. ... And Ibrahim, undoubtedly one of the youngest waiters, always smiling—just like everyone else, don’t worry—and so attentive to us, especially to my eldest daughter, by the way... Right? In short, as you can see, everyone here—even on the busiest days—is very friendly and will make your vacation an unforgettable experience. Thanks again for everything! We stayed at Le Jadis Beach Resort & Wellness for 2 nights in a Luxury Lagoona Suite with Sea View, and overall it was a relaxing and memorable stay. The property has a peaceful, boutique-resort feel and the views from the room and resort areas were beautiful. The suite was spacious and comfortable, and it worked well for a quiet getaway. The location is also good if you want a calm stay near Balaclava/Turtle Bay, away from very crowded tourist areas. One of the highlights was the complimentary facilities and activities. The water-sports options, along with access to sauna and hammam, added good value to the stay and made the resort experience more enjoyable. It is a nice place if you want to slow down, relax, and spend time around the pool, lagoon, and wellness areas. That said, the resort may feel a little limited if you are expecting a very lively property with lots of things happening throughout the day. It is better suited for a peaceful, relaxing stay rather than an activity-heavy resort experience. Guests who want more restaurants, shopping, nightlife, or beach hopping may need to drive out to nearby areas like Trou aux Biches, Mont Choisy, or Grand Baie. Overall, Le Jadis is a beautiful and peaceful resort with lovely views, spacious rooms, and good wellness/water-sports facilities. It is a good choice for couples or anyone looking for a quiet luxury stay, especially for a short relaxing break.

Your resort is terrible, the customer service is awful, and the manager is also terrible and knows nothing about resort standards or guest comfort. Honestly, it's an experience I will never repeat, and I advise against visiting this failed resort. I have already told travel agencies not to deal with them because they are a complete failure.
