This hotel really surpasses luxury and indulgence from the moment we arrived the staff were excellent and courteous and Kiran (FOH) is a credit to his profession. Zahn made us quite at home with a lovely view of resort from the library area and a welcoming drink (apple iced tea) and then showed us to our Beach Front Room with private pool. Our suitcases were already in the room waiting for us. Wow!! the room was impressive with a massive granite bath ,Steam Room and rainfall shower, kingsize bed leading out to a big patio with a beautiful view of beach. His and Hers granite basins with large wardrobes behind you. We were celebrating our 35th Wedding Anniversary and the complimentary fruit basket was so appreciated as was the other surprises the hotel had done for us too many to mention. We were half board and the breakfast was very good with a large range of items plus you could ask the chef to make you anything you wanted they were so accommodating.Dinner was International menu or Asian but again I must stress if you didnt fancy anything on there they would cook what you wanted if they had the ingredients. Sunah the catering manager was exceptional and a credit to his profession with nothing being too much trouble and always took the time to ensure your meal was satisfactory with the same same applying to Renu. The chefs were also worth mentioning and were very good and professional. The beach was great but only swam in the sea once as a lot of rocks and coral around which I caught my hand on which started bleeding but our private and resort pools more than made up for that. I must mention there were plenty of sunbeds and area's to sit at the poolside or beach and never did we have to wait for one or reserve one. Our heated private pool was great but had to ask staff to turn off as was around 37-38 degree's which was too hot for us but the hotel said no problem and for our stay the pool was around 23-24 degrees so lovely to cool off. The glass boat is worth a mention and part of your stay, was great to see the reef and fish. I and my wife loved this hotel and cannot fault anything as all the staff were tremendous at all times and nothing was too much trouble. OH a little warning there a yellow wasps around the resort which are quite aggressive if you tamper with them in anyway as my wife found out trying to shoo one away and was bitten (yes they bite or sting) but the staff were great providing an oinion to rub on and little cream so wife was all good.

Le Jadis Beach Resort & Wellness Mauritius is a peaceful, luxury escape. This was our first time visiting Mauritius, and it truly did not disappoint. We hadn’t planned to go all-inclusive and changed our minds at the last minute as it seemed to be great value, but we are so glad as the quality of the food and drinks was excellent, with a wide variety of great options at the four restaurants. The hotel and rooms were kept to the highest standard, blending modern comfort with a relaxed, chilled vibe throughout the property. You really have everything you need here, which is perfect as it is such a tranquil location, from comfortable accommodation and top-notch dining to a fantastic spa that’s perfect for unwinding and rejuvenating. We rented a car for a couple of days to explore the island, which was a fantastic way to see more of Mauritius, but it was always great to return to the comfort and tranquility of the hotel. The staff were not only attentive and friendly, but their warm hospitality truly made our trip perfect and memorable. Our only regret was not booking a room on the beach, as it would have made the experience even more special. It is highly recommended for anyone looking for a special holiday, we intend on going back to Le Jadis.

Food offerings were generally very good. A la carte lunch and dinner. Good selection, always hot, beautifully presented. Annoying that so many 'all inclusive' items had a supplement. Breakfast slightly disappointing with limited offerings and only just above medium quality. Staff really were amazing throughout. Friendly, caring, genuine, helpful, attentive, discreet. All the good things you look out for in a first class property. Rooms just starting to feel a little tired and the pool area and loungers could you some upgrades.
