Hello... I check in on 11 Feb 2026. The front desk night lady and morning teams " Nishaser & Christelle " was really nice & professional & courteous who can always make our stay confortable & She was incredibly welcoming was very unique as she gives all details & outstanding customer service ... One more thing the night lady was very honest , authentuc and informative. My hubby walet was was there and she called us to take it... she is very very professional on her work. We are happy with the service we get. The hotel must be happy to have such good staff for dinner " international " one with such a hardworking employee " & Ready to take to get the work done & well known for dependability to hard. They are here at anytime we want anythings. And in the morning breakfast staff also was very nice with a delicious bkfast options and cozy atmosphere. By the way we have a very nice stay overthere as its a fantastic - beautiful host , very caring , very clean room , gorgeous views... As its a nice place to relax and peace of mind ..... We truly had the best time, and the staff were absolutely amazing — every single one of them. My husband follows a gluten-free diet, and he had no trouble at all enjoying the delicious and varied food options. Everything was thoughtful and perfectly prepared. Special thanks to Rika and her wonderful colleagues at the restaurant for their kindness and care. And a very special thank you to Mr. Sonah, whose dedication truly stood out. He was with us every step of the way, always attentive, supportive, and genuinely caring. His presence made our experience even more memorable. The place tend to be really quite and calm and serving the purpose of our visit

We hosted our team building at Le Jadis Resort & Spa and I then extended my stay — and everything was simply perfect. A special thank you to Nittshy and Wendyna for their outstanding support in preparing our team building. Always prompt, available and incredibly accommodating to our various requests, you made the whole experience seamless and stress-free. As a returning guest (10 stays and counting!), it is always such a pleasure to come back. Zahra and Kiran, it’s a real joy to see you at every visit — you truly make each stay feel special. My heartfelt thanks to the Spa team as well — Wendyna and your team took such wonderful care of us. The spa experience is, without exaggeration, well beyond 5 stars. And of course, the food was, as always, exquisite. Looking forward to my next stay already.

My friend and I had a wonderful stay at Le Jadis. Le Jadis made our stay and my friend’s birthday celebration so special and memorable. I would like to sincerely thank Mr Kiran and the entire team: Yashna from reception, Sonah from the restaurant and his staff, as well as the spa team. Everyone was extremely welcoming, attentive, and professional. The environment itself is perfect for anyone looking to disconnect from the noisy world and truly relax. The calm, peaceful atmosphere made it easy to unwind and enjoy every moment. It was truly an amazing weekend for us; we felt genuinely pampered throughout our stay. The service, attention to detail, and overall atmosphere exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and special getaway. We will definitely be returning!
