Alila Ubud

An absolutely stunning hotel in a tremendous setting. Staff were excellent and the food was delicious. The monkeys paid a visit on occasion but the staff were vigilant about keeping them in check. Would highly recommend the hotel for anyone visiting Bali.

I had the honor of staying at the Alila Ubud for 13 nights. The hotel is paradise, beautiful with outstanding breathtaking scenery, the photos could never do it justice. It is an escape from the digital world, perfectly and sustainably balanced with nature. The service from the Alila team was first class, they certainly go the extra mile. Welcoming, warm and friendly, the team do everything they can to ensure you have an exceptional stay. The food is award winning. The cheeky monkeys are so entertaining. Thank you Alila team for the memories 😍.

From the moment we arrived at Alila Ubud, it was clear this resort is something special. Nestled in the lush greenery of Bali’s highlands, the property offers a tranquil retreat away from the bustle of Ubud town. Staff: The team here is truly outstanding. Every interaction felt warm, genuine, and attentive without being intrusive. They anticipated our needs and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Food & Drinks: Absolutely phenomenal! Each meal was a culinary experience, blending authentic Balinese flavors with modern touches. The cocktails were equally impressive—crafted with care and creativity. Dining here feels like a celebration of taste and presentation. Ambiance: Quiet and serene, perfect for relaxation. The infinity pool overlooking the jungle is breathtaking, and the entire property exudes calm and harmony. Rooms: Spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately maintained. The blend of natural materials and modern comfort creates a soothing atmosphere. Waking up to jungle views was pure magic. Overall: If you’re looking for a peaceful sanctuary with exceptional service and world-class dining, Alila Ubud is the place. Highly recommended for couples, solo travelers, or anyone seeking a luxurious escape in nature.

We had an awesome stay! The staff was super helpful and kind. We moved to Alila Manggis and accidentally left a bag in the drawer, but they were able to retrieve it and send it to our new hotel—really impressive! The food was delicious, and I loved how they changed the menu every day. Also, I really enjoyed walking to the rice fields and exploring the centuries old village nearby.

What a beautiful hotel surrounded by nature and little monkeys. A short drive from Ubud town with a complimentary shuttle several times a day. The staff are warm, welcoming and so friendly. The food is delicious and the à la carte breakfast menu changes daily. Treated myself to a crème hair bath at the spa which was fabulous. The pool area has magnificent views of the surrounding forest. I have never stayed anywhere like this and hope to return one day. 5 stars!! Loved it!
