Peace and relax
I stayed for one night and had a wonderful experience. The room is very unique, inspired by traditional Balinese architecture. Although the design has a classic and slightly old touch, it is well maintained and still looks beautiful and charming. The view overlooking the valley and river is absolutely stunning. Waking up to the sounds of birds and even monkeys in the early morning made the experience feel very close to nature and truly special. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. I was very impressed with the hospitality at the restaurant — the staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist. Alila Ubud is located a bit far from the central area of Ubud, but it is definitely worth it for those who are looking for peace and relaxation during their visit to Bali. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and I would highly recommend it for anyone seeking a tranquil escape surrounded by nature.

Outstanding hotel with inc service
The outstanding feature of this beautiful hotel is the staff. Many have been there for years or even decades showing that its a great place to work. This comes across in their attitude and cheerful approach.

Paradise in the jungle
The location of this beautiful hotel is stunning. We stayed in a villa and the views each morning were spectacular. The villa was extremely clean and room service was exceptional with towels and water replaced each day plus each night the mosquito net was put down around the bed and curtains drawn. The staff were very efficient and always had a smile for you. Breakfast was plentiful and of a high standard. We ate in the restaurant 3 of our 4 nights and the food was delicious and good value for money.
