Exceptional Service at Padi – A True Ayana Experience
Had a wonderful dining experience at Padi restaurant in AYANA Bali. The food and ambiance were beautiful, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service. A special thank you to Ary, Mayeni, Prima, Okta, Nanisa, and Rahaju for their warm hospitality and attention to detail. They made us feel genuinely cared for throughout the experience. A perfect example of true Balinese hospitality—highly recommended!

A perfect honeymoon destination
Ayana totally exceeded our expectations for our honeymoon. It was a perfect stay, and we had amazing experiences across the resort's pools, restaurants, bars and other events. Getting prioty seating for sunset at Rock Bar was a highlight, as well as the romantic candlelight dinner at Bale Kencana, and never at any point of our stay was anywhere too full - in fact at some stages we had entire pools to ourselves. All the staff were amazing but a few we wanted to acknowledge in particular: -Erma - our amazing housekeeper in Bali Resort. So lovely and made our rooms beautiful every day. -Pande - our driver to our next destination. A wonderful man who gave us some great tips for the next part of our journey -Diana (Kisik) and Budi (After Rock) for incredible service at their places. The way they both made us feel welcome was a true highlight of our time at Ayana. A highly enjoyable trip - and while Ayana is a more expensive way of holidaying in Bali, it was perfect for a stress-free, relaxing holiday, knowing that the staff are always friendly and ready to help you enjoy your experience. We can't wait to return.
