Ayana Resort is truly the BEST place to have a wedding. Sky Ayana was absolutely breathtaking. The space was so spacious and beautifully designed, and the ceremony area overlooking the ocean was everything I could have dreamed of. The view was unreal, especially during sunset at the Sky Deck, it felt like we were surrounded by the beauty of Bali. More than just the venue, what truly made the experience unforgettable was the incredible Ayana Team. I especially want to thank Stef, who has been by my side since the very beginning of my wedding planning journey. She has been so thoughtful, detailed, patient, and accommodating throughout the entire process. She always reassured me that everything was taken care of, and she truly kept that promise. I could feel how much passion and dedication she puts into her work, and having someone like her made the whole journey so much less stressful and so much more enjoyable. All of my guests were amazed by Ayana’s hospitality and service. Many of them told me how sad they were to leave such a beautiful resort, and honestly, I felt the same way. From the stunning views, the incredible service, to the little details that made everything feel special, Ayana truly made our wedding experience beyond what we imagined. I know I’ll be coming back here again because Ayana will always hold such a special place in my heart. Thank you so much, Ayana, for giving me the wedding I’ve always dreamed of and a memory I will cherish forever.

We had a wonderful experience on the Uluwatu Temple tour! A huge thank you to our guides, Made and Wahyu, and our driver, Ketut, for making the trip so enjoyable. Ketut drove us safely and comfortably to and from the temple, which made the whole journey very relaxing. At the temple, Made and Wahyu were incredibly attentive—they guided us to the best viewpoints, helped us take beautiful family photos, and shared helpful information about the temple along the way. What really stood out was how proactive they were in protecting us from the monkeys. They kept a close eye on them and helped ensure none of our belongings were snatched, which honestly could have ruined the experience. Thanks to their care and professionalism, we were able to fully enjoy the stunning scenery without worrying. Highly recommend this team if you’re visiting Uluwatu. They were friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. Thank you again, Made, Wahyu, and Ketut!

This has been the worst and most unprofessional experience I have ever encountered at a luxury resort worldwide. I have solid, verifiable proof that I submitted my cancellation request on July 31st, fully complying with the hotel’s official cancellation policy. All operation logs and screenshots are available for verification. Shockingly, AYANA Bali has completely ignored my official evidence and fabricated a false timeline. The hotel unilaterally altered my legitimate cancellation record to August 1st as a false excuse to deny my full refund and terminate my valid booking without authorization. They refuse to return my payment AND refuse to restore my reservation. This is blatant double-standard exploitation of consumers. Despite me providing concrete evidence to prove my innocence, the management remained arrogant and unreasonable. They insist on enforcing their internal “unfair rules” over objective facts to steal customers’ money. As a world-famous premium resort, AYANA Bali operates with zero integrity and customer respect. Do not trust their brand reputation! Save your money and avoid this unethical hotel that scams international tourists!

The resort is beautiful, and the staff were absolutely charming, welcoming, and always very helpful. We felt very well looked after throughout our stay. The resort is, however, extremely large, which can sometimes make the experience feel a little less intimate. Breakfast in particular can get very busy and, at peak times, almost feel like being in a busy train station rather than a relaxing resort. This was probably the only aspect where we missed a little more peace and exclusivity. We also had a few disappointing and somewhat confusing experiences regarding access to the swimming pools with our 9-year-old daughter. We were surprised to discover that not all pools were accessible to her. We were even refused access to the Three Monkeys Pool because we were told that children under 12 were not allowed. However, the very next day, we saw several children there, which made the situation quite difficult to understand and rather frustrating. Fortunately, our experience at the Forest Pool was completely different. A very special thank you to Satika for her warm welcome, kindness, and excellent service. Her attention, smile, and professionalism truly made a difference and helped make our pool experience a very positive one. Overall, despite these few points, we had a wonderful family stay and would like to thank the entire team for their hospitality, kindness, and attention throughout our time at the resort.
