Our stay at The Balé Nusa Dua was truly exceptional from start to finish. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore while still feeling like a peaceful escape. From the moment you walk in, you’re met with a sense of calm luxury. Despite being open for 25 years, the design feels modern, elegant, and warm all at once. The attention to detail throughout the property is beautiful. What truly sets this place apart is the staff. Their kindness, hospitality, and attentiveness were unmatched. Every interaction felt genuine—they were always ready to help and made sure our stay was seamless and comfortable. Our villa was stunning—private, intimate, and thoughtfully designed. Having our own pool and outdoor shower made the experience feel even more special. It was the perfect balance of luxury and tranquility. The added touches, like the shuttle service and their easy-to-use app for quick service requests, made everything incredibly convenient. The team was always responsive and efficient. There’s honestly so much to do on-site that we wish we had more time to fully enjoy everything—from the floating breakfast to the spa services. I’m already looking forward to returning to experience The Balé Nusa Dua again, this time for longer. Truly an unforgettable stay.

So very relaxing. We loved our villa with its private garden and pool. A highlight was being able to walk straight from the bathroom into the pool. The staff were universally friendly, welcoming and committed to excellent service. We couldn't have asked for more!

We spent 15 wonderful and relaxing nights at The Balé in April this year. There wasn’t a thing we could fault. The service was 5 star - from the transport pick up at the airport, the welcome at reception, the spa, the restaurant and bars where the food, staff, and cocktails were truly amazing to the room service and housekeeping. We were treated as though we were the only people staying there! The knowledge and helpfulness from all the staff was incredible. And the hotel itself, all areas, from the grounds to the pools, our villa, the restaurants, the spa and the entrance was so clean and well maintained you would never have known that The Balé had been there for over 20 years! We loved it so much that we will choose to stay there next time we come to Bali! We can’t thank everyone who is a part of The Balé team enough for making our stay so memorable!

Amazing room that we didn't want to leqv. Loved the big private pool and sense of privacy. Excellent service. Best place we've stayed in Bali to date for a total relaxation escape. Had to get used to the constant sound of motorbikes though. The in house Restaurant would benefit from more variety in the menu but the food was enjoyable and staff were always great.

All of the staff were extremely well presented and catered to our every need Imelda in reception, Bayu the airport transfer driver as well as everyone in the restaurant, spa and cleaning team showed us the utmost care for the entire stay For a resort that is just over 20 years old it holds its charm and still feels quite modern, keeping that Bali-esque feel that you yearn for rather than four walls and a window to look out of Massive thank you and look forward to staying again
