I stayed at Umana Bali Resort for two nights and the breakfast service every morning was amazing and the staff Lofan and Eva were so friendly. The view from the villa was amazing and the view of the ocean was breathtaking. It was an unforgettable experience.

We absolutely loved every moment of our 7-night family holiday to Umana Bali. I can honestly say it’s the best experience we’ve ever had and we’ve had the pleasure of staying at some of the most amazing destinations (W in Koh Samui, Shangri-La in Bangkok and Sydney, The Edition in Singapore, to name a few). But the staff at Umana took hospitality to the next level. We felt so special, cared for and welcomed by everyone we met. The service was beyond 5-star in every respect and yet still managed to be down-to-earth. A special shout-out to Ade, Nitya, and the chef Nuka at Commune who were the kindest human beings and made so much effort to engage with my daughter and make our visit as wonderful as possible. Speaking of which, the food! Wow! There are no words - it was spectacular. But it’s everything else too - the buggy drivers were so friendly and the housekeeping team took it to the next level, engaging with my daughter by positioning her cuddly toys, and leaving elephant towel creations… as well as beautifully thoughtful gifts for us too. Everyone we met cared about our experience and went above and beyond to make us feel happy and relaxed - we were so full of gratitude and felt so lucky to be there. There is nothing I would change about Umana. We didn’t want to leave and we really want to go back. A huge thank you to everyone at Umana for the magic you create.

Отличная вилла с хорошим обслуживанием. Все что надо для прекрасного отдыха вдали от суеты. Если вам нравиться уединение - вам сюда. Немного однообразное меню в ресторанах - но это не портит впечатление. Завтраки прекрасные, персонал профессиональный. Портье - замечательный.

The great peacefull place, villas excellent! Swimming piol at villa privat. Breakfast tasty for everyone. Manager Lofan is very friendly. Nature is beautiful! Real Luxury. The beach bar is nice place to enjoy morning and evening time. The all staff are friendly and helpful!

My Husband and I had an absolutely amazing trip to Umana Bali LXR! The best trip either of us had ever been on, and we had been many places in different countries. We stayed for 11 nights from the end of February to the beginning of March. Our private villa was far above our expectations in every way, very private and relaxing. The service was absolutely exceptional! Ary, our curator, was always checking in, seeing what we needed, booking trips and excursions when we needed them (She even sent me flowers for my 50th birthday). Everyone made my 50th birthday celebration and our 10th Wedding Anniversary trip amazing. The food was fresh, exceptional and well prepared by the chef and the chef staff daily: they even have a garden and an apiary so fresh vegetables, herbs and honey daily. Fresh pressed juices every morning with fresh fruit, pastries and made to order breakfast dishes. All the staff were happy, kind, thoughtful and anticipatory to our needs. They knew our names, and greeted us daily by our names, always with a genuine happy smile (even the gardeners would pause their work to say good morning). Just genuinely thoughtful, kind people, very service oriented. The spa staff were also amazing, and we tried several different types/styles of massage while we were there (Lohma, indigenous, scent/relaxation).
