Wonderful memories at the Bulgari Hotel Bali
Upon arriving at the Bulgari Hotel Bali, we were greeted by staff member Owen, who was incredibly helpful in making reservations for the Italian restaurant and massages. We enjoyed a very relaxing massage in a wonderfully beautiful setting; my parents even fell asleep! While dining at the Italian restaurant, we were treated to a stunning ocean view, which Owen patiently explained to me. The scenery at the Bulgari Hotel is breathtaking. Owen also gave us a handwritten greeting card in Chinese and a scented candle. He also informed us that because our flight was in the early morning, he extended our room stay until 9 PM free of charge. I highly recommend the Bulgari Hotel; the restaurants are delicious, the spa is incredibly relaxing, the views are amazing, and there's a large swimming pool. I also strongly suggest you contact Owen; he's a patient, lovely, and wonderful staff member.

The best resort experience I‘ve ever had！
Everything is perfect！The scenery is beautiful, the hotel facilities are complete, the activity experience is great, and the service is very considerate! This three-day vacation was really enjoyable! The experience was fantastic! A Mandarin waiter named Christnando is very nice！I will still choose the Bvlgari next time!

Simply amzing.
The level of beauty was unbelievable. The level of comfort and attentiveness of the staff made my experience unmatched. Everything was personalized and tailored to my needs. This is the best resort I stayed in. I am grateful to Winsu for taking care of me during my stay, and one of the best experiences I had with the resort was the Banjar walk! I got a close up to the real balinese life thanks to the guides who were very kind to explain everything.
