Bulgari Resort Bali

We had an absolute blast at Bulgari Bali and can say without hesitation this is the best hotel we have ever stayed at. From start to finish, everything was remarkable. We have to start with Dewa, our butler, who made our stay unforgettable. He was warm, attentive, and went above and beyond every single day. Thank you, Dewa, for taking such incredible care of us. Also big shoutout to Stefanie who made sure everything was perfect! The property itself is stunning. The beach is really cool, and the glass gondola you take down to it is unbelievable. The villa was remarkable, the pool is great, and the gym was amazing too. The entire staff was wonderful and responded within seconds on WhatsApp anytime we needed anything. The dining was a highlight. The restaurants are amazing, and we had the incredible opportunity to meet Chef Francesca, who was so sweet and so good at her job. She introduced us to her whole team in the kitchen, and getting to visit the kitchen of a Michelin star restaurant was a dream come true. Don't miss the pizza at the hotel bar. You have to try the Indiavola, a play on the Diavola, it is unbelievable. By the pool you will find gelato that is pricey but absolutely worth it. And the breakfast was the best we had anywhere in Bali. One more tip: don't forget to take the hotel organized trip to Uluwatu Temple. Worth every single penny. Highly recommended. We cannot wait to come back.

Excellent stay and great hospitality offered by the crew! Thank you for the gift packs and bouquet for my friend’s birthday, she was really enjoyed it. Even prepared us a customized luggage tags. Beautiful and clean private beach that definitely will come back again!

We had a very unforgettable journey, enjoying the beautiful sea view and comfortable rooms. Our butler Atik carefully arranged interesting activities for us. We would like to express our heartfelt thanks for everything we have experienced here.

We had been really looking forward to our stay at Bvlgari Resort Bali, particularly as this was our second Bvlgari hotel experience. While there were certainly some lovely aspects to the stay, overall we left feeling a little underwhelmed, especially given the $5,000+ per night price point. The setting is spectacular and the views are beautiful. Service was also very good throughout our stay, and our butler was excellent, attentive, helpful and a real highlight. We unfortuntely missed a turn down service one night also. We really enjoyed the pool and the beach club, although it is worth noting that the beach itself isn't suitable for swimming. Where the property fell short for us was the accommodation itself. The rooms and some areas of the resort are beginning to feel quite dated and, in our opinion, are in need of a renovation. At this level and price point, you expect the rooms to feel exceptional, luxurious and current, and unfortunately they just didn't quite deliver that feeling. We also had monkeys visit our villa on both days and help themselves to food from the minibar. While we appreciate that wildlife is part of the Bali experience, it was a little surprising at a resort of this calibre and price. There is still plenty to love, wonderful views, excellent staff and a beautiful setting but when you're spending more than $5,000 per night, expectations are understandably very high.

The entire spa experience was wonderful, from the warm welcome and tea to the exceptional facilities. I especially enjoyed the foot wash before the treatment, and the massage itself was outstanding.
