Absolutely exceptional service from start to finish — our stay at Bvlgari Bali was made truly unforgettable thanks to our incredible butler, Atik. From the moment we arrived, Atik was thoughtful, warm, and incredibly attentive. She replied to every message instantly, no matter how big or small our requests were, and always followed through perfectly to make sure everything was taken care of. What really touched our hearts was her extra care for our early morning flight back home: she kindly mention us pre-order breakfast in advance so we could enjoy a relaxed start to our journey without any stress. She didn’t just act as a butler — she felt like a caring “mom” looking after us throughout our stay. We feel so lucky to have met such a dedicated, genuine, and thoughtful person during our trip. Her service went far beyond our expectations and made our Bali experience even more magical. Highly recommend Bvlgari Bali, especially if you get Atik as your butler — she is absolutely one of a kind!

"Absolutely stunning! Bvlgari Resort Bali is truly a paradise on the cliff. The breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean and the infinity pool are simply incredible. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, and the restaurant is outstanding. The absolute highlight of our stay was our butler, Joshua Karma – he was incredibly attentive, helpful, and always there for us. However, I do have a small suggestion for the resort: please inspect and maintain the wooden details more carefully. The door to our room showed early signs of woodworm damage, which is a pity for such a luxurious space. I hope the resort will address this soon to prevent further damage. Despite this, it was still an unforgettable experience!"

We had a wonderful experience today at Bvlgari Resort Bali with our guide Gayatri. She showed us the village tour and the temple tour, and everything was truly special from beginning to end. Gayatri was very warm, knowledgeable and professional. She explained the local culture, traditions and spiritual meaning behind the places we visited in a very interesting and respectful way. Thanks to her, the tour felt authentic, personal and memorable. We especially appreciated how kind, patient and attentive she was throughout the entire experience. She made us feel very comfortable and gave us a real insight into Balinese life and traditions. Thank you, Gayatri, for making this day so beautiful and meaningful. We highly recommend this experience, especially with her as a guide.

Great butler(Joshua; he’s a great guy). Fantastic dinings and place for relaxing, views and Bail experience. The only downside is nostalgic power the hotel have.10/10, want to go again.
