Bulgari Resort Bali

The Bulgari Hotel has an elegant environment, and the service staff are very attentive. The service is very good, and the rooms are very clean. I really like it and will come again next time. It was a very pleasant experience

From check-in to check-out at Bulgari, we were attended to by a personal butler. He introduced the resort facilities, arranged various activities for us, and even took photos for us. Our butler was Dewa—he was warm, responsible, and helped us a great deal throughout our stay. All the staff at Bulgari are friendly and greet everyone with a smile. The resort is not crowded at all and very quiet, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind.

Truly a magical experience. Sadly their cliff lift is still under maintenance during our visit but they might be reopening at the end of April. Other than that the hotel is amazing in every way. The 24hr breakfast offering is perfect for someone who prefers only one big meal for a day and the Asian cuisine selections taste great. Considering the hotel is already 20 years old, it might be a good time to reno. But overall we loved it.

We stayed for three nights for our honeymoon, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were so excited to be there, and the stay exceeded all our expectations. Everything was perfect. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the view was absolutely stunning. What made our stay even more special was the kindness of all the staff. Every single person we met was warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Thanks to the amazing people and beautiful atmosphere, our honeymoon felt incredibly special. We will definitely come back again in the future.

I had a wonderful stay at this resort and truly appreciated the warm hospitality throughout my visit. The service was exceptional, and every staff member we encountered was kind, professional, and welcoming. What stood out most was how genuinely friendly everyone was. It really felt like the team enjoyed interacting with guests, which created a very warm and pleasant atmosphere. Our butler, Lanang, was especially outstanding. He was incredibly attentive, professional, and always available whenever we needed assistance. His thoughtful service made the experience even more memorable. And the people in charge of activities Gaya and Mia are super experienced! The room was clean and comfortable, the surroundings were beautifully maintained, and the restaurants were excellent as well. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Bali. I hope to return again in the future.
