The service was very satisfying. Pak Dewa, in particular, paid great attention to customer satisfaction. Everything was very comfortable. Thank you very much to the Bvlgari team. My child was also very happy playing at the playground/kids club. There were staff members who could take care of my child while I had a meeting in the room. And the breakfast. Amazing!

Unforgettable Paradise
We had the best time in the resort . Service was 10/10 & Oni our butler made it exceptionally special . She was so sweet , kind , thoughtful , attentive , funny & fully made us feel at home . Food was amazing , . Loved specially the breakfast . They had a great gym . The grounds are kept pristine & its a beautiful place to cleanse , relax , reflect & revitalize . We are definitely going back & recommend it 💯
