A very special thank you to Manager Gede for arranging the beautiful Melukat ceremony and the private yoga session for us. Both experiences made this birthday feel deeply meaningful and unique, and they became some of the most memorable moments of our trip. Our stay at the Bvlgari Resort Bali was truly unforgettable. We booked the 5-bedroom mansion, and while the property itself is absolutely stunning, the real highlight of our experience was the exceptional service from our butlers, Oni and Devin. They went far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect — attentive, thoughtful, proactive, and somehow always one step ahead of every request. From organizing everything seamlessly during our stay to even helping us find amazing nannies for the children, they made what could have been a complicated group trip feel effortless and relaxing. A special thank you to Devin, who genuinely went above and beyond. Our friends staying at the Presidential Villa did not speak English, and Devin kindly helped them throughout their stay because he speaks Chinese. That level of care, patience, and generosity made a huge difference for everyone and did not go unnoticed. Luxury hotels exist everywhere, but people like Oni and Devin are what make a place truly special. They created an experience that felt personal, warm, and unforgettable. We left with incredible memories because of them, and we are deeply grateful. Thank you again to the entire Bvlgari Bali team — but especially to Oni and Devin for being absolute stars.

Our stay at Bvlgari Resort Bali was absolutely incredible, with stunning cliffside ocean views and breathtaking tropical scenery everywhere. I would like to highly appreciate our butler Dewa and Assistant Manager Soma for their exceptional service. Both of them were extremely friendly, patient, attentive and professional, always responding to our needs with great warmth and kindness. The wonderful scenery combined with their heartfelt service made our trip perfect, and I would highly recommend this resort.
