I’ve stayed at some of the best resorts globally, and Bvlgari Resort Bali is on another level. From the moment you arrive, everything feels intentional, private, and elevated. The villas are absolutely stunning—spacious, immaculately maintained, and designed with a perfect blend of Balinese architecture and Bvlgari’s signature Italian elegance. Waking up to the ocean views from the cliffside is something you don’t forget. What truly makes this property exceptional is the service. The entire team is incredibly warm and attentive, but I want to give a special mention to our butler, Winsu, who made the experience seamless from start to finish. He anticipated everything before we even had to ask—whether it was arranging transport, coordinating dining, or just making sure every detail in the villa was perfect. That level of personalized service is what separates a great hotel from a world-class one. The food and overall experience were equally impressive. Breakfast overlooking the ocean, sunset at the bar, and the overall atmosphere throughout the resort were all top-tier. The property itself is very private and peaceful—once you’re there, you won’t want to leave. It’s clear why so many guests consider this one of the best resorts in the world—the villas, views, and especially the butler service consistently stand out in reviews. Be careful⚠️ 3/10 I was secretly filmed by hotel staff while showering in my Villa. The hotel refunded the room charge for that night, but their follow-up response has been defensive and clearly aimed at closing the case, rather than genuinely addressing the seriousness of the incident. The incident of unauthorized filming is a fact. I clearly recorded the model of the employee’s phone at the time. The photos you are referring to were taken afterward, when staff came to the room to reconstruct the scene.

I worked with Citra on a last minute request for a VIP function. I had a very tight turnaround and she responded so quickly and was so kind, accommodating, and wonderful to work with! I was so impressed at her professionalism and she made my job so much easier! Citra is fantastic and works diligently to create a seamless experience!
