Conrad Bali

We had wonderful two weeks at the Conrad Bali. We stayed at an Ocean View Suite. The rooms gave us a lot of space and perfect service from housekeeping was always available when we requested it. In general, all staff (reception, restaurants, executive lounge, pools, housekeeping) was very kind and helpful. By name I want to mention Puspayanti from the RIN restaurant where we had our breakfast and visited multiple times for dinner. She always tried to find a nice table for us and after some days already knew, what were our breakfast favorites. It was always a pleasure to be served by such a friendly person. Nanta was our personal Conrad Curator. He gave excellent restaurant recommendations and was helpful with reservations. He also made proposals for museums and trips and organized all required transportation. It was also very nice that he had some time to talk with us and that he could give some insight into Balinese culture.

I recently had the privilege of staying at the Conrad Bali. I’ve stayed there close to 10 times, so that should automatically tell you something about the hotel. At the end of last year I was travelling with my daughter to celebrate the completion of her nursing degree, which I mentioned in my booking. On arrival to our room there was a congratulations cake and the bed was decorated with a message and flowers. We were given free cocktails for the occasion and upon returning to the room there was another cake decorated with fondant medical items. This cake was so special, it made my daughter cry. At breakfast the next morning she was presented with yet another congratulatory surprise. I cannot image that this would happen at any other hotel. I have travelled overseas more than 35 times, staying at many hotels, so I feel qualified to judge. The service we received was lead by the amazing Cicilia, the Conrad Curator Supervisor. Without her I’m sure it would have been just a normal stay. Unfortunately on a day tour I was bitten by a wild monkey at Uluwatu, and our driver, Trishna, contacted the hotel and Cicilia to determine which hospital to take me to. When we returned to our room, there was a get well card and chocolates. Almost worth the monkey bite! The breakfast staff were friendly and attentive, and items were restocked when they ran low. The Azure Bar, led by Born, was extremely friendly, attentive, and prompt. Born is a great leader. Everywhere you walked in the resort was met with the soothing sounds of water. The pools are amazing. I recommend a lagoon room. The beach is pristine with golden sands. The tropical gardens add another level of relaxation as you would throughout the resort. The staff, whether at check in, the restaurant, the bars, or the grounds, always met you with a warm smile. You don’t always get that, but at Conrad it’s the norm. Honestly, after spending time at the Conrad over 10 years, I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. And I believe Cicilia had a lot to do with it. Thank you Conrad Bali for being a home away from home (but better) and for creating memories that will last a lifetime.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Conrad Bali. What impressed me most was the thoughtful attention to detail throughout the resort. Every staff member I encountered was genuinely warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their kindness made my stay even more enjoyable. I also particularly appreciated the breakfast experience. In addition to the extensive buffet selection, there were special à la carte menu options available, which made the morning dining experience even more delightful. Another highlight was the ample number of sunbeds available around the pool and beach area. It was very convenient and comfortable, allowing me to fully relax without any inconvenience. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would gladly return in the future.

I've had a wonderful time, from arrival to departure. The team definitely makes this place as they all work with care and dedication—indulged in true passion and sincerity. A place you never want to leave, as you are welcomed like you're at home, surrounded by your best friends and family.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Conrad Bali, and the service truly made the experience unforgettable. Everyone was exceptional, but special recognition goes to Sudarsana at Azure Bar and Widi Rista at the Suku breakfast—both went above and beyond and made us feel so genuinely cared for. Although we had multiple days of rain, it didn’t take away from the experience at all. We loved relaxing under covered areas and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. Our room was incredibly spacious, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The food throughout the resort was delicious, with 8 Degrees South being our favorite. As someone with a gluten allergy, I felt extremely accommodated everywhere we dined. The staff was consistently knowledgeable and attentive, often already aware of my allergy as soon as we were seated, which made dining stress-free and enjoyable. Overall the service was exceptional! We cannot wait to return.
