Conrad Bali

We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay at the Conrad Bali. On check in, as a diamond member, we were upgraded to one of the Conrad Suites, which are massive rooms. The room is functional, but is probably in need of an upgrade. That said there is nothing wrong with the room though the bed size is amusing. The staff in the hotel are fabulous. It's nice to have that relaxed Balinese service. The beach is great to walk, but is not really a swimming beach. Thankfully the pools are excellent , especially the Suites pool. We both look forward to returning in the future.

We absolutely loved our first stay at Conrad Bali and were genuinely sad to check out. From the moment you first pull up in a car at the lobby, you are made to feel incredibly welcome. That same warm welcome was there every time we returned to the hotel during our stay. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, attentive and genuinely seemed to want you to have a great time. A special mention has to go to Rani, who checked us in and gave us such a lovely welcome at the start of our stay. She was fantastic and really set the tone for the rest of our time at the hotel. The resort itself is beautiful. The grounds are immaculate, the pools and lagoon areas are fantastic, and we loved being able to relax and enjoy the whole resort rather than feeling like we constantly needed to leave. Our lagoon-access room was a real highlight and made the stay feel even more special. The service throughout was excellent, whether arriving back at the lobby, around the pool, at breakfast or simply walking through the resort. Staff would always smile, say hello and make you feel recognised and welcome without it ever feeling forced. Conrad Bali manages to feel luxurious while still being relaxed and genuinely friendly, which is not always an easy balance for a large resort to get right. For a first visit, it made a huge impression on us. Thank you to Rani and the whole Conrad Bali team for looking after us so well. We very much hope this will not be our last stay and would love to come back. An easy 5 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We loved our 7 night stay here Amazing resort with excellent ponds, beachfront and huge swim around pool Our room was spacious and clean The staff went out of their way to help us and especially Putu Suartini in the east lobby was amazing, she made us feel welcome every day we went there Thank you Conrad We will be back

Wonderful hotel with beautiful rooms, area and pools. Fantastic breakfast with lot of nice and kind staff.

My stay at the Conrad Bali in July of this year was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. If the platform allowed, I would gladly give this property zero stars instead of one. I have never left a negative review for an accommodation in my life, but the extreme neglect and disrespect my family and I encountered demanded a response. While walking near the poolside carrying my 15-month-old daughter, I slipped and fell on a short flight of slippery stairs, dropping her onto the back of her head. While several kind bystanders rushed over to check on us and advised us to take her to a hospital for a CT scan or X-ray, not a single member of the hotel staff offered assistance, expressed concern, or even paid attention to the accident. Distressed, my wife and I brought our daughter to the front desk to alert the hotel manager on duty about the hazardous, slippery stairs so future guests could be protected. Instead of taking the safety hazard or our child's well-being seriously, the hotel manager on duty completely brushed the incident off. Although he noticed my elbow was bleeding from scrapes, he dismissed it just as quickly, never asked for our names, and never asked for our room number because he had no intention of following up. Furthermore, it became completely apparent that management had no intention of offering any form of compensation, complementary items, upgraded services, alternative accommodation, discounts, or a refund for the traumatic ordeal we endured under their care. This blatant apathy and lack of professionalism are entirely unacceptable. I will never stay at a Conrad property again, and management like this damages the reputation of the entire Hilton brand.
