Conrad Bali

This is a really nice hotel. My family stayed March 7-10. It's a large hotel and the rooms are very spacious. It has a huge pool and several restaurants. We ate on the property everyday for breakfast and dinner. I've been many many places, but this hotel has the BEST Breakfast Buffet I've ever experienced. And dinner was great as well. The Conrad staff are awesome! Everyday I wad greeted with a warm smile and they will help you with anything that you need. The property is perfectly located. There are many areas that you can walk to, like small stores and some eateries as well. It also has one of the best hotel gyms that I have ever been to. There's also a very long path on the beach that you can use for walking or riding a bike. And it's Super Clean! We will be back!!

Yaruf the front service staff was very polite and helpful. When the delivery driver refused to send the package up to the Bell Boy desk, he went beyond to help. We had a very good experience at Conrad because of great staff like Yaruf. And look forward to visiting again.

I am turly grateful for everything that Conrad Bali Team had done. They basically saved our trip in Indonesia. We experienced bad trip due to the weather and price deception at seafood market in Komodo and injury at spa store and hotel hygiene issue in Ubud. We were depressed about this whole journal. But days at Conrad Bali really surprised us. The facilities, the views and everyone's hospitality saved us from disappointment. We recommend you to spend your time here. Situated in Nusa Dua, Tanjung Benoa. The resort have top notch service. The ambience is serene and the room is spacious. Looks like it has been refurbished for better experience. We stay 4 nights in this hotel. Also, the food is amazing too. Shout out to the pool staffs services. Very attentive, nice and warm. Especially our attendee of the day, Bpk. Sudarsana. Ice water refilled frequently. We even got free watermelon to ease the hot day. Such a good experience here in Bali. Definitely will be back again for sure.
