Conrad Bali

Our family loved our time during our stay at Conrad Bali. From the moment we arrived we were met by amazing staff, a beautiful, clean resort and excellent facilities. We stayed in a suite - plenty of space for our family of 4 and in a quieter part of the resort. We also preferred Conrad’s location (slightly out of the ITDC so has a few restaurants and shops directly outside the resort) and that it was slightly smaller than some of the really large resorts in Nusa Dua. It had a boutique feel about it, but still plenty of high-quality restaurants and swimming options for the family. We were lucky to have Cicilia assist us during our stay and she was AMAZING! Nothing was too much trouble, helping us with recommendations and booking meals and experiences. She could help us tailor things to suit our family (including massages and food adjustments for our children), which made our stay even better than if we were doing it all ourselves. Thank you Conrad Bali for the best holiday - we will be back!

What an amazing resort! The pool space is expansive so that it never feels crowded even when there are many people. The staff are super friendly! Restaurants are great - breakfast at Suku is a must. Pool side dining is also very good. We stayed at the Conrad Suites which is incredibly spacious for a family of 4. Highly recommended.

The hotel is very nice and in great condition. The rooms were lovely and exceptionally clean , housekeeping were superb and went above and beyond every day. The pool facilities are amazing, spent so much time lounging and enjoying. A big mention to Ardo who made our stay so memorable, he was attentive , funny and a real hard worker , nothing was too much trouble with a massive smile on his face . A true credit to the hotel team . We plan to return for another great holiday

I've probably had a worse experience at a 5-star hotel, I just can't think of one. In the first few hours, the toilet overflowed, the bath leaked and the electrics needed to be fixed. Housekeeping took wet towels away but didn't replace them. I saw a piece of broken glass next to a dead bee on checking in on the patio, moved them to a safer location and in the 4 days we were there, housekeeping never swept the patio. On checking in as Diamond Members, we were told of an upgrade for the following day. This never materialised, but they gave us a complimentary meal at a restaurant of our choice, which we appreciated. When we were done eating, we were presented with the bill! Anything can go wrong at a hotel. However, given the litany of issues (something every day) signals a management problem. The staff were unfailingly courteous and polite and high marks to them! But additional training is needed. On a positive note the room itself was fine - spacious and right on the swimming pool - one level below a suite. We've stayed at numerous Conrad Hotels globally and our expectation was high.

We had a very pleasant stay at Conrad Bali. The resort is beautiful, well maintained, and ideal for a relaxing family vacation. The staff across the property were warm, courteous, and genuinely helpful. A special thanks to Chef Anil for making our dining experience memorable with his personal attention and thoughtful service. That said, room service was the weakest part of our stay. The response time and consistency did not match the standards expected from a resort of this level, and there is clear room for improvement here. Overall, it was still an enjoyable experience, and with better room service, the stay would be close to perfect. We would consider returning.
