My stay at the Conrad Bali was very pleasant. Based on my many travels and hotel stays within the Hilton group, i can say with complete conviction that the Conrad Bali Nusa Dua is one of the best hotels in the world. Former General Manager Kevin Girard transformed the Conrad into a JEWEL on the Indian Ocean within five years. The new General Manager, Mr. Neukom, took over a few months ago and leads the exceptionally friendly staff in all areas with respect and on equal footing. The entire property is meticulously maintained, the rooms are spotlessly clean, and there is a daily turndown service. The lobby bar team is very attentive and served the delicious local Arrakcooler Cocktail. The large lagoon is perfect for swimming. Every guest experiences the attentive service of the staff, whose incredible friendliness and warmth are truly palpable. Curator Ms. Cicilia and Manager Ms. Deva deserve special mention. Their exceptionally friendly manner and outstanding team spirit are immediately apparent. Both are true GEMS and possess a special talent for ensuring guests have a wonderful stay. If you're looking for peace, relaxation, and the best possible service, you've come to the right place. Thank you and i come back

It was our second visit to Conrad Bali. We enjoyed the hospitality of the staff, from the check in staff , the supervisor and also the server during breakfast time. The room was great. And my favourite activity this time is running from the hotel to the peninsula island.

This is our 5th (or maybe 6th 😄) stay at the Conrad Bali and it remains a firm favourite! We booked an ocean front room as waking up to the sunrise is just magical. This was the first stay since reaching Hilton Diamond status so had access to additional services such as complimentary afternoon tea and evening canapés and drinks. The Diamond privileges weren’t really explained at check in but after a day we noticed the information on the back of the room card holder. I recommend going to the East Lobby Lounge over the ‘Club Lounge’ that is situated above Rin for a better view and relaxed atmosphere. As always the service was excellent from the wonderful team at breakfast through to the girls at the spa and everyone around the resort. We enjoyed multiple massages, a romantic dinner, meditation and a fantastic bike ride and picnic lunch. We were surprised that my Birthday was not acknowledged as it had been celebrated in previous years but this is just a tiny blip on an otherwise very lovely stay. Visiting the Conrad Bali is just like returning to our own, very comfortable, 5 Star home - we will be back.

I have very mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. Nearly all staff went out of their way to do the best they could. The main issue was the completely inadequate amount of room to accommodate the number of guests for breakfast. Food was always running out and the noise level was unbelievable. Mostly large groups of a certain demographic shouting at each other. This hotel attracts mainly Indians and Chinese and is completely overwhelmed with the number of guests. Sitting outside meant being amongst the smokers of which I am not. Sadly there were just too many issues to make me want to stay here again. The main pool was not deep enough to properly swim in. The poolside service and food was excellent as were the room attendants.
