Conrad Bali

Very nice rooms, stunning views, great pool and friendly staff. The property is older and there are signs of wear but over all nice. From everywhere we went in Bali, we had the most difficult time communicating with the staff at the Conrad, which was shocking and suprising. The restaurants were amazing. We ate at several but loved the open air seafood one best. Meals were reasonably priced. Breakfast buffet was included and it was the best spread we've ever seen with so many options, sweet, savory, american, european and asian style breakfasts. We had a great room that we could swim out to the lagoon from which we loved. Some minor complaints: they charged us for items from the mini bar but there were no prices anywhere. The hot water in our room did not work. We ended up moving to another room where it did work.

We had a fantastic stay at Conrad Bali - the whole hotel was so well designed and the atmosphere was so welcoming and relaxing. Rooms were clean and big, hotel staff were friendly, respectful and quick in attending to our needs. We were even given a complimentary later check out, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, highly recommended!

My wife and I have just finished an 8 night stay at Conrad Bali. To say it was amazing is an understatement. From the moment we arrived, Cicilia the Conrad Curator Supervisor was there to greet us and she tailored our experience to exactly what we needed. She arranged for a special birthday dinner for my wife on the beach, amongst many other things. She and the rest of the staff at Conrad Bali like Irene at the concierge desk, as well as the executive lounge and lobby lounge took care of our every need. It exceeded 5 stars for us. Thank you for making our first trip to Bali so special.

We stayed at the Conrad for 3 nights as a family (me, my wife and two boys). We had booked two adjoining deluxe oceanfront rooms for our stay. What stood out for us during our stay was the quality of staff and the excellent customer service. Everyone we encountered was super-friendly, helpful and courteous. Everything was attended to promptly and with a smile. Exceptional customer service! The size of the room was pretty decent as well, the bed was comfortable and the room well-appointed overall. However, we felt that other aspects of the stay were just average: - We did a couple's massage which was good but nothing memorable (especially at the price) - Breakfast was basic and the menu did not change. Overall, it was just average. - We found the menus at the restaurants quite limited. - Gym was just adequate but nothing exceptional. - Look of the resort felt slightly dated Overall, we did not get a 5-star feel from the resort and a few updates are required.

We had such an incredible stay at Conrad Bali. Beautiful rooms and even though they are marketed as Garden view we had a good view of the ocean. Staff were incredible and the quality of the food was impeccable. Great location and value for money.
