Conrad Bali

This was one of the best experiences we have had in a long time. We booked a Conrad King Suite and were truly amazed with the amount of room we received. Along with this the staff were so friendly and always willing to go the extra mile Only down side is how far the suites are from the main building but that is a small trade off for the space and privacy you receive. Finally a MASSIVE AMOUNT of praise has to go towards our Curator Cicilia. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was the best it could be and make all our requests a reality. There is nothing she wasn’t willing to get organised for us and this made our trip the best holiday we have had in years. If you have the time and are willing to not be in the middle of the busyness of Bali, I do recommend this hotel. It is far from the action but the benefits outweigh this slight pain.

We spent two wonderful days at the Conrad Bali and left feeling completely spoiled. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding, and it only got better throughout our stay. Our curator, Cicilia, was an absolute star. She went way above and beyond to accommodate every request we had, making us feel truly cared for. Her attention to detail and warm personality made a huge difference. The highlight of our trip was the romantic beach dinner. Our dedicated server, Chandra, elevated the entire evening to another level. He was professional, attentive, and had such a positive energy that made the experience magical. The setting, the food, and the service combined perfectly for a memorable night. We were also treated to a complimentary photo session with Arman. What a talented and fun photographer! He made us feel completely at ease, captured beautiful natural moments, and delivered some of our favorite pictures from the entire trip. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful grounds, excellent facilities, and that perfect Conrad blend of luxury and comfort. We highly recommend Conrad Bali – especially if you’re celebrating a special occasion. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you to the entire team, especially Cicilia, Chandra, and Arman, for making our short stay so extraordinary.

We stayed in a beautiful corner room suite with views of both the pool and sunrise over the ocean. The room, restaurant, and various facilities were very clean. Breakfast buffet was the best we’ve had at a Conrad hotel. I will be dreaming of it. We had dinner at both 8 Degrees South and Suku Suku. 8 degrees was ok, Suku Suku was GREAT. We did the Kecak Dance BBQ dinner and would highly recommend people take the opportunity to eat here. The lounge was small and intimate. Pool was fun and well taken care of. The staff here were absolutely incredible and took care of us every chance they had.

We were so happy with everything especially the service. It was my partner’s birthday and also our anniversary, the team prepared a special cake and decorated the bed for the special occasion. Every staff you walk past will greet you and with a smile. We felt very welcomed! Every request we had was carried out quick and perfectly. The room was also clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again next time!

I had an amazing experience. The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel comfortable throughout.
