I played tennis with Budi he is an excellent coach and was one of the reasons I came back following a trip Xmas. The hotel has fantastic restaurants and service. Dessy on transport is always happy and delight to deal with. The concierge service is also fantastic and will sort anything for you. I should also mention Catur on the tennis he is also a great coach and a pleasure to deal play with.

I spent 7 days at this 5 star resort. The staff was polite, professional, welcoming and treated me like a king. I also spent a night listening to a live singer sing songs that I was familiar with. Her voice was amazing. Another night was spent watching a Fire Dance performance depicting Balinese history while feasting on some delicious Balinese food. Another amazing experience. Since I was a Diamond member, I had a personal assistant during my stay, Nanta. He made sure that I was pleased with every experience throughout the trip. Thanks again Conrad Bali. See ya soon!!

We booked via Qantas who outsource to Expedia and the booking was misleading and deceptive. Advertised 2x twin share - ie 4 people in 2 beds. Regardless of the wording the room booking clearly stated it would comfortably sleep 4. When we arrived the nice man at check in advised we would not be comfortable with 2 single beds for a family of 4!!! He was right. Thankfully, despite being fully booked after the 1st night the team were able to accommodate us with a much bigger room. Sumantara was exceptional in his professional approach to helping us - and in the end upgraded us for free. In addition, throughout our stay Nanta and his team went above and beyond to help make our stay very enjoyable. They are a great group of employees and team.

Our stay at Conrad went from great to incredible! We stayed for 7 nights in a deluxe lagoon room - it was a great novelty for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids. It meant I could go for a relaxing swim and the kids be in the comfort of the lounger on the balcony or lay inside. A special thank you to the charismatic wait staff at Suku, Spice, and 8 Degrees. Adi, Abi, Wadi, and Eva you were an absolute delight and truly made our dining experiences so special. They remembered our preferences! You really helped us with our daughter enjoy breakfast with special needs. We loved your warmth and energy! Keep shining! Thanks to the kind chefs who took the time to converse with us - Putu is an incredible pastry chef and we enjoyed the crispy pain au chocolate , danishes and Indonesian specialties. Thank you to Sumiati and her housekeeping team, we never felt uneasy asking for the towels to be replaced, asking for water or extra herbal tea. Thank you Eka, porter and lobby services - he was so helpful when we shifted rooms on our last night. Our curator Nanta .. helped us communicate with a fine dining restaurant and confirmed the booking for us. God send! Thank you Nanta!! Last but not least , a big thanks to Manager Sri, who took such wonderful care of our family. She went above and beyond to ensure that we were not disappointed. We appreciate your generosity and hard work. We truly enjoyed this stay and look forward to returning next year, if not earlier! 🙏🏻
