We had our two week honeymoon at the Conrad Bali and it was amazing. All the facilities were well-kept, all the staff were friendly and helpful, and it is in a wonderful location. We were assigned Cicilia as our trip curator and she was incredibly helpful with organising day trips and other parts of our stay. At the RIN restaurant, Trisna was super friendly and made us feel very welcome. At the SUKU restaurant, Tya and Yatni were very kind and helpful when one of us was ill and made sure we were looked after. At the Eight Degrees restaurant, Rama was great at handling our beachside dinner. Thank you very much!

The hotel is phenomenal. Every single member of staff were so accommodating and friendly. The food was exceptional and the facilities are great. The hotel enables direct communication via WhatsApp which is brilliant

We stayed at the penthouse at Conrad Bali and genuinely loved it. The space was beautiful, calm, and really comfortable, like somewhere you could fully relax and just enjoy being there. The team were warm, kind, and easy to deal with. Nothing felt forced, they just made everything flow smoothly and made us feel looked after without it being over the top. It was one of those stays that just felt easy and enjoyable the whole way through. We would definitely come back.

Both my wife and I are Hilton Diamond members and have stayed at several Conrad/Hilton properties. The staff is very courteous and the service was very nice - but the property is dated and shows signs of aging. Our room, although visually clean, had dust accumulated in the corners, behind the bed etc. Plug point and USB port next to the bed were not working and we had to call to get it fixed. We had a buffet dinner at Suku - dinner was bad, akin to a very mass produced buffet. Breakfast buffet at Suku was nice with ample choices. I want to call out chef Anil Chandra who often came to our table and checked to ensure we were happy and promptly sent hot food to our table when we requested. Due to our status we were given an upgrade to an oceanfront suite in the middle of our 5 night stay when it became available - but the suite was somewhat remote and looked quite dated so we declined. Overall a nice stay - but the property definitely needs some updating to bring it to Conrad standards.

This must have been a beautiful resort at one time but it is in need of a complete refurbishment. Literally every part of it is worn and that includes things like air conditioning that acted more as a humidifier than a cooling source in our room. The beach is meh with warning of sea urchins. Food was decent except for the grill (everything was overcooked) at the special Balinese Fire dance dinner. The pool was lovely and all of the employers were great. This once 5 star gem is now a giant (it is a huge place) refurbishment project opportunity. Obtw, I paid a 5 star rate to stay here. Please don't make the same mistake.
