Conrad Bali

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! . The team was always friendly throughout our stay. We have stayed 2 weeks in this lovely resort. Ngurah, the head chef from the breakfast area was so lovely and always looking after us. Abi always had a smile on his face & remembered how to make our coffee. Nintra, the concierge was very helpful and recommended a good motorbike rental place close by. His friend invited us to the Savaya Club which is one of the best club we ever been. Gede & Selin from the RIN Restaurant are really professional waiters and provided top quality service. By the way this is a Japanese Restaurant and one of our favorite. Unfortunately my husband was sick and when we mentioned to Pradnyana from the Suku Restaurant he offered a herbal tea which is amazing. He even sent another cup of tea to the room. It was such a special tea and we had one cup every evening. The guys around the pool area also doing a great job. We would definitelly return and recommend this hotel.

Large hotel complex. Big pool areas. There was a kids club though I wasn’t there with my family so don’t know how entertaining it was. The rooms and bathrooms are a bit old but clean otherwise. Staff was friendly and helpful. There is a beach right by the hotel

Amazing experience at the Conrad Bali. Massive grounds with gorgeous gardens and pools. The buffet breakfast was a highlight, as well as the incredible service of all the staff we encountered. Special shout outs to Pande, Adi, Nanta, Cicilia, Bayu and so many others from the restaurants whom i cant remember their names. I hope you guys get bonuses from your employment because these guys exuded such warmth and genuine interest and care. Service was so warm. My 3 year old daughter is mostly very cautious and slow to warm up to people, but she was most comfortable having full blown conversations with Pande and Adi. I believe this is because they were so willing to take the time to really connect and listen - to even a child! Highly recommend. They also went above and beyond to make my 3 year olds bday special. And came with a small cake and balloons to sing happy birthday to her! We stayed in a suite which was MASSIVE. and could easily fit two cots in the master room. But instead we put our 4 month old boy in the room with us and the 3yo girl in the living room so that our infant didnt wake her up when he'd wake for feeds. The hotel provided a baby cot and baby bath. And was very accompdating to any of our needs.

My recent stay at the Conrad Bali was again exceptional. We all know the the brand Conrad stays for elegance pure luxus and posh but it's not only like that - the whole atmosphere was so stunning and the staff so kind and nice and friendly. As a Diamond member I got an upgrade to the Conrad Suite. The room itself was so spacious, and funny, it was the same room I got at my first visit at the Conrad. They have a seperated building with only Conrad Suites and private pool - the Executive Lounge is near by and the breakfast place "ORIN" at the 1st level. The breakfast spread was a daily highlight, made even better by the warm and professional service from Mr. Trisna and Mrs. Zintike, then dinner at the Suku Restaurant was exquisite, thanks to the impeccable care provided by Mrs. Dewi, Mrs. Sintya, and Mr. Gui. My apologies to any other wonderful team members whose names I regrettably forgot—you all contributed immensely to my memorable trip. I must give special acknowledgment to: • Executive Lounge Manager Mrs. Puspayanti: For her flawless and personal attention to detail. • Ayu in the Lobby East Lounge: For the incredibly warm and professional welcome. The Conrad Bali is an indispensable destination. I am already counting down the days until I can return and experience this level of luxury again next year!

The Conrad was our last stop and out of the 3 resorts we stayed at this was by far the best.. great service, wonderful staff and lovely views. The complex is so big there’s quite a bit of walking involved which was a bit of a problem for my partner who has a bad knee, overall it was lovely….great pool and pool staff
