Everything you need
To start with, a great resort with everything you need on-property, pretty close to the airport. A lot of employees everywhere, which is appreciated, ever seems to be really friendly. The room was large and clean, with a nice bed. Separate shower and toilet, and a nice tub. Everything you needed was in the room. The room itself is renovated, but the bathroom is probably not. A bit worn, but still clean. The most negative part of the room was the lighting in the toilet and shower rooms. Other than that, it was good. The resort was quiet, mostly thanks to the large area where you can be. Even though there sometimes were a lot of people, it was easy to find a calm place. The staff at the pool was extremely attentive. My best tip: get a room not facing the pool.

Hello Icha It was an absolute pleasure staying at The Conrad. The attention you gave us and especially with the special needs for our son was exceptional. The attentiveness we received from the breakfast service given by the Pande was just exceptional and he deserves an acknowledgment. Minti also served as in the last two days and was amazing. Well worth it.
Wonderful family holiday. Delicious food and a good children’s menu. The day spa and fitness club are also well worth it. A very luxurious experience.

Beautiful resort! The staff was amazing, so kind and accommodating! We loved the amazing pools and the food on property was wonderful! We really enjoyed our stay!

That was great time at Conrad Bali! Hotel stuff helped me to organize wife 40th birthdays 🎊 I wish to say thank to Nika and Nanta for great support! They are kind and open to help with any request. All at hotel was organized well - from rooms to food. Premium section with separate pools and pavilions was so amazing 🤩
