Conrad Bali

We stayed at the Conrad Bali for 14 nights and the property can only be described as outstanding. We have been fortunate to stay in some amazing resorts all around the world, but none can compare to the Conrad. It is rare that a hotel gets everything right. 1. Our lagoon access room had a huge living room with two large couches. 2. The bedroom was also huge with a super king bed, which was the most comfortable hotel bed we have slept in. 3.The master ensuite was also huge. 4. There was a second toilet adjacent to the living room and opposite the entry. The staff here are amazing and everyone we passed made the effort to say hello. The breakfast was amazing with a huge buffet or we could order items from a special menu as well as fruit, pancakes and eggs cooked to order. Another big tick here is for the coffee. It was outstanding. After the first day the staff knew what we wanted and every coffee was perfect. Most hotels we have stayed in fail miserably in this area. A special thanks to all the staff in the restaurant and the upstairs bar, where we had afternoon tea and drinks every afternoon. Unfortunately I can’t remember all their names. A number of the staff we spoke with have been working at the Conrad for over twenty years, and it shows.Nothing is too much trouble for them. Also a special shout out to Andy Prayuda, the duty manager who made sure our stay was special. We can’t wait to go back next year!

Lovely experience at Conrad Bali. Staff is courteous, warm and top notch. Terrific service and cozy atmosphere. Will certainly return. Highly recommended.

Very nice stay with my family. Cecilia, our curator, really went out of the way to make sure we had a very nice trip. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful and very accommodating. The experience surpassed our high expectations. The only thing that I would point out to other guest is that the executive lounge has closed.

We had a wonderful stay at Conrad Bali. The hotel is beautiful, and the pools are absolutely amazing. Everything was clean, relaxing, and very well maintained. What made our experience even more special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Horrible experience in the hotel so far. The bathrooms have a design flaw and gets flooded every time someone takes bath and the next person has super high chance of slipping due to slippery tiles. Twice my kids slipped and I was worried about a fracture. First day when we arrived we saw a broken glass piece on the floor. This is a basic health and safety requirement and unfortunately the hotel fails in that.
