Conrad Bali

Booked a family suite (2 queen beds and cot if needed) with a half board package for family of 5. 1yo, 4 and 7yo. (Highly recommend especially if you want to have a resort feel and experience) This was back in June. From check in to departure the stay and staff had been very hospitable and truly amazing. Our suite was literally opposite the Japanese restaurant and steps away from the pool for that wing. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed this pool however they were quite loud and active so never stayed here for long, each day we moved on to the main pools. Both areas are amazing, my kids loved it even though there were no slides they managed to have loads of fun. The kids club was nice, though the kids preferred to be in the pools than in there. We initially visited before check in and let us have a look and the kids had a play. Yes there is a walk to the suite but never bothered us and stroller in tow. Staff very helpful with assisting us over the short steps throughout main pool area. Our family suite was very close to family suite entrance meaning no need to travel to main lobby for a cab. The restaurants were nice and food was delicious, we thoroughly enjoyed everything. Having a late flight out 1030pm wasn’t a bother as the staff allowed us to use the facilities and freshen up before our shuttle pick up. Location is great with warungs, laundry and big Aussie pub out the front, even some clothes stalls and set ups, little cheaper than Bali collection. Again the staff at Conrad was very hospitable, made us feel so welcomed especially with our kids. Would definitely come back .

Had a great stay with mom. Amazing property and service. Hotel made it easy to arrange car and driver to tour around Bali. Enjoyed working out with Mustika for circuit training facing the ocean, also had fun with aerial yoga and luxuriated in the amazing spa!

Stay was OK… Beach is only nice in the morning, the low tide comes after 1PM and the beach becomes muddy Breakfast was great! Was really surprising that they were not broadcasting the World Cup at all in the hotel One TV would have been great!

We stayed at the Conrad Bali for 14 nights and the property can only be described as outstanding. We have been fortunate to stay in some amazing resorts all around the world, but none can compare to the Conrad. It is rare that a hotel gets everything right. 1. Our lagoon access room had a huge living room with two large couches. 2. The bedroom was also huge with a super king bed, which was the most comfortable hotel bed we have slept in. 3.The master ensuite was also huge. 4. There was a second toilet adjacent to the living room and opposite the entry. The staff here are amazing and everyone we passed made the effort to say hello. The breakfast was amazing with a huge buffet or we could order items from a special menu as well as fruit, pancakes and eggs cooked to order. Another big tick here is for the coffee. It was outstanding. After the first day the staff knew what we wanted and every coffee was perfect. Most hotels we have stayed in fail miserably in this area. A special thanks to all the staff in the restaurant and the upstairs bar, where we had afternoon tea and drinks every afternoon. Unfortunately I can’t remember all their names. A number of the staff we spoke with have been working at the Conrad for over twenty years, and it shows.Nothing is too much trouble for them. Also a special shout out to Andy Prayuda, the duty manager who made sure our stay was special. We can’t wait to go back next year!

Lovely experience at Conrad Bali. Staff is courteous, warm and top notch. Terrific service and cozy atmosphere. Will certainly return. Highly recommended.
