Wow. Just arriving to Conrad Bali and the attention given by the front of house made you feel like royalty. Best start ever and that first impression kept being true! At Conrad Bali they greet you, meet you, treat you and serve you like you were a member of a royal family. Their eye contact and shared pleasantries each morning, noon, evening makes the stay at Conrad impeccable. I cannot stress enough about how the staff at Conrad makes this a 5 star review. They are the essence of Conrad and proving that Bali and Indonesian hospitality is top class in the world. As for the hotel, pools are great, cabanas, sun beds, service around the pool - everything is beyond expectation and always delivers top quality each day of your stay. Breakfast is amazing with lots of options and valued services by observant servers and kitchen staff. The only thing to mention is that Conrad deserves better neighbouring hotels/areas. Unfortunately the other lots surrounding Conrad along the beach walk can be filthy or abondoned and given how amazing Conrad is - they deserve more beautiful and looked after surroundings. You should definitely visit Conrad in your lifetime - and make it the first stop in Bali as this first impression while give you the true Bali hospitality straight away! Keep it up Hilton! Make more hotels and employ and train more staff like you have at Conrad ❤️

My wife and I stayed at Conrad Bali from July 2 to July 7, 2026, and this was the best hospitality experience we have had at any Hilton property in many years of international travel. The entire team was professional and welcoming, but two members of the Spice breakfast service team, Adi and Ayu, were truly exceptional. From our first morning, they greeted us by name, remembered our à la carte preferences, and anticipated our needs with remarkable attention to detail. Their service was efficient, warm, and genuinely personal — the kind of care that makes you feel valued as a guest. As a Hilton Honors Diamond member who has stayed at numerous Hilton hotels around the world, I can say with confidence that this was the finest level of customer service I have ever received. We are already looking forward to returning in 2027, in part to see Adi and Ayu again. Thank you, Conrad Bali, for an outstanding stay and for setting such a high standard of service.

World class service at the Corad Bali. One of our best resort stays ever, would love to return again and experience the same level of service from the exact team of Balinese staff. From concierge, bfast, dinner, housekeeping, bellhop to the gym, we can't stop raving about how warm everyone was.

Our first stay at Conrad Bali (Nusa Dua) – 12–21 July 2026. My wife and I recently enjoyed our first stay at Conrad Bali in Nusa Dua. Overall, we had a wonderful holiday, thanks largely to the exceptional staff and the beautiful resort. Like any resort, there were a few areas that could be improved. Negatives: Extra charges for resort facilities For a resort charging around $600 AUD per night, we were surprised that many activities and facilities attracted additional fees. For example, we wanted to use the spa's sauna and hot and cold plunge pools, only to discover these were only available at an extra cost. We ended up booking two one-hour massages for approximately $170 AUD, which then gave us complimentary access to the spa facilities for the remainder of our stay. While $170 AUD for two one-hour massages would be considered good value in Australia, similar quality massages in Bali can typically be enjoyed for around $50 AUD for two people. The same applies to other activities, such as bike hire, which also incurs an additional charge. Children using the gym: We were surprised to see children of all ages using the fitness centre. From both a health and safety perspective, the gym is not an appropriate environment for young children, and it simply isn't large enough to comfortably accommodate both adults exercising and children. With an excellent Kids Club already available, it would seem a more suitable place for younger guests. Noise from rooms above: Our first two nights in a second-floor room were peaceful. However, over the following two nights, we experienced significant noise from the room above, including heavy footsteps and frequent toilet flushing, which we believe coincided with a family checking in upstairs. To Conrad's credit, when we raised the issue, the team promptly relocated us to a fourth-floor room, where we experienced no further noise for the remainder of our stay. As Conrad Bali is understandably very popular with families, I would recommend requesting a top-floor room if you're a light sleeper. Positives: A stunning resort:- The resort is immaculately maintained, and the architecture is outstanding. The combination of timber, stone and beautifully landscaped gardens creates a luxurious yet relaxing Balinese atmosphere. Outstanding staff:- The staff are truly the heart of Conrad Bali. Every team member we encountered was warm, genuine, welcoming and eager to ensure guests had the best possible experience. They represent the very best of Balinese hospitality. Perfect July weather:- If you're considering visiting Bali, July is an outstanding time of year. Expect warm sunny days, cool comfortable evenings and very low humidity—ideal conditions for relaxing by the pool or exploring the island. Overall:- Despite a few minor disappointments, particularly the additional charges for some facilities, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beautiful resort, exceptional staff and perfect July weather made for a memorable holiday. We'd happily return and would simply recommend requesting a room on the top floor for the quietest experience.

We finished a two week stay at Conrad Bali and the property exceeded our expectations. We’ve been to Bali multiple times but hadn’t stayed in nusa dua before. We chose this location as it was our first trip with our 4 and 6 year old girls, and also my parents who hadn’t travelled to Asia before. The resort was impressive, large in size and immaculately presented. Our girls spent hours and hours in the pools that were super kid friendly with 2 beach sections. The staff were incredibly hospitable with no request an issue. Christian was our concierge and was amazing at organising activities outside of the hotel including several day trips to Uluwatu, Seminyak, Legian and Kuta. He also organised a super late checkout as our flight departed at 11pm. The internal restaurant options were great including the breakfast buffet. Our local favourite was Nakara with Mandala also great. We are Accor members so wouldn’t have normally chosen a Hilton hotel, but Conrad was excellent and we’ll definitely be back.
