Conrad Bali

We had the most wonderful time at Conrad in Nusa Dua. Staff were welcoming and helpful with any request. Our family suite room was spacious and clean, the kids loved the tent! Pool space was wonderful. We preferred the one closer to our room which was quieter and had a great poolside menu to choose from. Highly recommend including breakfast when staying here. There was a wide selection to choose from, both local and international food. We preferred having breakfast at the Spice restaurant space over the SUKU restaurant. The warm smiles from the ladies made us feel so welcome and we got to meet the chef on our last day also who wanted to check how things were and if they could make any improvements! Big shout to Chris who was the luxury curator, super helpful and only an txt message away even while we were not physically in the Resort! Nothing was too much even helping with Resturant bookings 🥰🙏🏻 For us, the only downside was the SUKU Resturant. It was underwhelming for dinner with food that was uninviting as it seemed to be sitting there for a very long time. It would have been nice to have another Resturant option we could go to without having to venture out of the resort. Such a shame as everything else was honestly so great!! I would still highly recommend this resort and we can’t wait to go back!

The resort was absolutely gorgeous and very well maintained. The views from the beach and different locations around the hotel were beautiful! Our room was perfect, staff did a wonderful job in cleaning and organizing the room each day. The food was exquisite, full of flavour and colour, always something new to try and so many different meals to discover from all the restaurants. Staff was absolutely wonderful, kind and always willing to help in any aspect. We were on the second level of the building, very quiet, full of natural sunlight, and easy to walk to restaurant, lobby and other amenities. Unforgettable experience, the staff truly made our anniversary trip one to remember, providing complimentary desserts and a wonderful stay.

a warning to all diamond members who used to enjoy the lounge benefits - these have been silently removed hence making conrad one of the oldest and more expensive hotels in this area with hardly anything much to offer for loyal diamond members.

Gorgeous well kept resort. Beautiful staff, restaurants, service. Rani on reception was very helpful, warm and welcoming. Nata, in the Lobby bar made the best cocktails and also very friendly and welcoming. Loves visiting the Conrad and would highly recommended

A lovely resort in Bali with fantastic management. All the staff were warm, friendly, and exceptional at taking care of our needs. A special mention goes to Nanta, our villa curator, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. While the facilities are a bit aged, they are very well maintained. We also really enjoyed the food at Suku Restaurant. It’s truly the high standard of service that sets this hotel apart from others."
