We were so joyful staying here for honeymoon during the Silent Day & Lebaran Day, while pampered by its excellent facilities & beautiful ambience We were warmly assisted by Ms. Cicilian during our stay What makes us upset is that we lost the little monkey doll souvenir somehwere We will very grateful if we can get another one since it was the only souvenir that reminded our honeymoon!

Resort was immaculate and it had everything you could need! Most impressive were the staff, so helpful and attentive!

The Conrad Bali sits on the Indian Ocean and boasts a magnificent lobby, multiple swimming pools and a fully-equipped exercise room. But the major attraction, and by far the thing that makes this world-class-resort distinct and memorable, are the people who make up the staff, who went above and beyond our expectations. Suja oversees the East Lobby Lounge that overlooks a magnificent pool and spectacular gardens. She is ably assisted by Putu, Tari, Sukma, Yayuk, Ayu, Dianti and Nika. Kadek Nikawati, the concierge, confirmed our transportation, air schedules and other details that enhanced the enjoyment of our stay. Yatni warmly greeted us at Suku, the Balinese-style dining room. The Executive Chef, Mode Semawan, personally insured that our needs and desires were met. Minggu, an amazing chef, treated us like family and was ably complimented by Putu Darmawan and Wayan Sali, who oversaw an outstanding bakery. Manik and Putu Nusada saw that our eggs and entrees were cooked to order and served us with a smile and family-like hospitality.

Great check in. Very helpful and friendly staff. Lovely clean room. Excellent food and service. BUT why have they suddenly allowed children in the pool by the suites? I completely understand small children and babies but large groups of teenagers playing ball and shouting ruins the tranquility and actually prevents swimming! Not a good decision
