Four Seasons Bali at Sayan

It was a short but amazing stay. From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome, the staff recognized us by name, from the entrance all the way to the lobby. A special thank you to the manager who greeted us warmly in the lobby and the team. Everyone was friendly, kind, and made us feel truly valued. From check-in to check-out, the service was consistently attentive. I’d like to especially commend Krishna, who was incredibly kind and reliable with our early morning wake-ups. He was friendly and welcoming from our first day to the very last night. The room was spacious, peaceful, and very comfortable, with a lovely view of nature that made our stay even more relaxing. We also appreciated the thoughtful welcome greeting on our bed and the personal greeting card from the F&B manager—it was a meaningful touch that made us feel genuinely appreciated. Thank you for making our short stay so memorable—we truly appreciated the exceptional service and warm hospitality.

This is a hotel like no other I have ever been to, it is in the jungle. Room was the best ever. Food I don’t have words to describe it , Whatever I tried was mouthwatering and top quality, The staff helpfull and friendly. I will always treasure the moments there and will return later days ! Whether it was bringing soothing teas, adjusting our plans, or simply checking in with a kind smile, the team anticipated our every need and took care of everything with grace and heart. This level of care isn’t something you can train—it’s something that comes from a true culture of hospitality and love. Thank you to every member of the team for making us feel so supported, seen, and taken care of the entire time. You turned our trip into a beautiful memory, and we are so grateful.

I had a wonderful dining experience at Four Seasons Ubud! The ambiance was enchanting, surrounded by lush greenery and beautiful rice paddies. The drinks & food was exquisite. The attentive service made us feel truly special, enhancing the overall experience. I left feeling completely satisfied and eager to return for another memorable meal or stay next time!

Once again, another amazing time at Four Seasons in Ubud. I stayed here 21 years ago and while I was staying elsewhere this time, I wanted to go back with a friend to have drinks and food in the spectacular bar. It was perfect and we loved every moment of our brief visit. Adi (no hair - in the bar:) was fun, helpful and so professional and delightful. Be sure to check out the shop up in the parking lot, so many beautiful treasures. Now I may need to return to Bali and stay here again. Love and appreciate the impeccable and authentic service.
