Four Seasons Bali at Sayan

Four Seasons Resort Bali at Sayan is one of the most stunning places I have ever visited. I expected it to be beautiful, but I did not expect this level of quality. Every day here somehow gets better. What sets this resort apart is the extraordinary thoughtfulness behind every detail. The service is warm, intuitive and consistently exceptional. The property is breathtaking, the food and drinks have been outstanding, and every swim in the pool feels like an experience in itself. Nothing feels overlooked. This is hospitality at another level. You can feel the care that has gone into every part of the experience, from the smallest personal touches to the overall design and setting. The team seems to anticipate what you need before you even ask. I have stayed at many beautiful hotels, but this one is genuinely special. An unequivocal 10 out of 10.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location with great people. A great place to spend some time in Ubud. Great team but in particular Awin, Dewi (spa manager), , Eid and Tim the resort manager were all great! We had little hiccups during the stay which they managed to resolve quickly and efficiently. During our stay at Four Seasons Resort Bali at Sayan, we were fortunate to receive outstanding service from Purba, the lobby manager. We were traveling with elderly family members, and Purba kindly arranged rooms with no stairs, making it much easier and safer for them to move around. His thoughtfulness and attention to our needs made a real difference to our stay. Purba was warm, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure our family was comfortable from the moment we arrived. His kindness gave us peace of mind and allowed everyone, especially our elderly family members, to fully enjoy this beautiful resort. Put simply, this hotel is exceptional. The sublime setting, the stunning architecture, the delicious food, the excellent facilities, the feeling of serenity. But above all, it is the warmth and hospitality of the staff that elevate it and make it so very memorable. Our stay here was quite magical and restorative. And quite unforgettable.
