Without doubt the best traditional hotel in Bali
We have stayed here many times & it never fails to impress. It's built in a traditional Balinese style with antique furnishings throughout. The entrance to the main hall/atrium will blow you away. The rooms are all beautiful (who doesn't loev showering/bathing in a semi-open bathroom surrounded by koi & beautiful flowers! The beds are very comfirtable & the rooms spacious & well designed. Staff are all well trained, very professional but also very friendly & helpful. The food is traditional & always great. The only negative, on occasion, can be the noise from the surrounding bars. It's always a shock to your system when you leave the calm beauty of Tugu & step out into the madness of Canggu. Tugu is how hotels should be in Bali. What a shame the rest of Bali has sold it's soul.

A Special Family Stay
Stayed with our parents and everyone loved it. The hotel has such a unique atmosphere, and it feels very different from modern resorts. The staff were incredibly patient and friendly, and the whole place was relaxing.

The Ultimate Boutique Retreat in Bali
We came here specifically to slow down, and it was the perfect choice. The atmosphere is very relaxing with lush gardens and peaceful pool area. It feels like a boutique retreat with amazing service.

Hotel Tugu Bali is a beautiful step back into Old Bali- traditionally built rooms that are appointed with all the modern amenities. The service is amazing and the food is some of the best in Bali. The breakfast is outstanding. We had the Waroeng Tugu dinner which is a massive amount of delicious traditional food. We had a lovely, relaxing couples massage at the spa, which I can also highly recommend. Hotel Tugu is a low key place that probably won't appeal to the younger crowd or families with kids, but is perfect for anyone looking for luxurious relaxation.

I feel privileged and blessed to have had the opportunity to experience Hotel Tugu Bail. It surpassed my dreams, my hopes and my idea of the perfect vacation. Beyond perfect! I don't think I'll ever encounter anything as exquisitely beautiful as the Hotel Tugu Bali experience. The staff is the best of the best!

Le Mayeur Suite was a palace for a king & queen!
However, the beauty of the buildings, the wonderful gardens & lily pond were all brought alive by the people too! The Tugu staff who were always smiling, always pleasant & always willing to serve!

Thank you for having been able to spend five marvelous days at Tugu Bali.
The first impression arriving at the hotel was over whelming! The generous entrance hall is impressive. The reception of your staff was a new experience for us and is a mirror of the excellent atmosphere and service. Instead of just standing at an anonymous reception desk waiting for check-in we were asked to sit down in a comfortable chair, were offered a drink, while friendly ladies did the formalities for us, Extraordinary!
We spent our holidays in harmony with Balinese culture and its beautiful island.
