Impiana Private Villas Seminyak (formerly known as The Villas Bali Hotel & Spa) is a private villa that is a world within a world. Four walls containing lush gardens, individual thatched roofed bungalows, all featuring the latest audio visual equipment and centered around a deep water swimming pool. Every one, two or three bedroom Villa has its own private swimming pool. We're located in the heart of Seminyak, one of Bali's trendiest areas; walking distance to dozens of fabulous restaurants and shops, yet once within The Villas grounds that has 24 hour security, it is extremely quiet and private.

A trip to remember!
Just got home after a week at Impiana and it was absolutely amazing. We had a group of about 40 (adults and children) and occupied a number of interconnecting villas. The grounds were immaculate, rooms comfortable and clean and the service couldn't be faulted. From security, to restaurant and reception - they were always looking after us. Great location, walking distance to amazing restaurants, coffee, shops/markets and of course massages. Breakfast at Oswego was fantastic with a selection of cereals, fruit and pastries served at the buffet and your choice of one main dish from the a la carte menu. The dragon fruit smoothie bowl was my favourite but the options were endless - Indonesian, Indian, American etc. The highlight was celebrating my 40th birthday at the villas with 60 of my family and friends. Deddy, the assistant sales and event manager at Impiana was incredible and coordinated the entire party. He brought my vision to life and made it so easy and stress free. I would highly recommend Deddy for any event! Thanks again Impiana for a memorable stay - we hope to come back soon!

Best Bali Experience
Absolutely loved me stay here. The staff are all so welcoming and so nice, happy to have a chat. Dean was so amazing, loved coming back to the villa after a long day of exploring, and having a chat with him. Yuni is also so lovely, she taught us how to do the offerings. The villa is so beautiful, as the staff maintain it very well. Next time I visit I would be so happy to come back to impiana.
