Impiana Private Villas Seminyak

Villa booked for a family 21st Birthday celebration. To say it was AMAZING is an understatement. Our family member Holly arranged this with Didi from Impiana Villas. Location/High End Decor/ Pool/ Catered Food/Music/Karaoke - we had it all. Every single detail was considered and executed. Didi & her Team were phenomenal. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED We hope to return.

Everything at the Impiana in Seminyak was exceptional and surpassed all our expectations. The staff was welcoming, friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived. A perfect blend of comfort and luxury with a large private pool at our villa which allowed us to fully relax in a calm, peaceful stay we have ever had. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. We were impressed by how Impiana genuinely care about making guests feel at ease and found it hard to leave and can’t wait to return.

What a beautiful place to stay. We stayed here as a group of 6 with our teenage boys, parents and ourselves. The setting is private and serene. The gardens are gorgeous, the pool is a great size and the rooms are beautifully laid out and spacious. It's a little oasis in Seminyak. It's close to everything, including a great supermarket over the road. Seminyak is a great place to stay for a family and once you return from a busy day out, you can close the door on the outside world and be at peace in your gorgeous villa. The kitchen is fully functioning. No dishwasher but we didn't need it. The villa has its own water purifier with hot and cold water. Last but certainly not least, the staff! Every single employee at Impiana were brilliant! So friendly and helpful, nothing was ever a problem. The housekeeping staff were fabulous, reception and restaurant staff were very friendly, eager to assist and so helpful. Simply a wonderful place to stay and we will definitely be back again. Impiana Private Villas made our stay in Bali a 10/10.

From the first enquiry, the customer service from Didi was outstanding. We held a family function at Impiana Villas with ages varying from 12 -65. It was sensational. The Villas themselves are spectacular, we had an inhouse dining experience, with a western style BBQ, a table set up for 14 people, karaoke, turn down service at night times! I could not fault it. And for what we got, the price was exceptional. We worked together with my budget and we were able to get such great value for money. I cannot say a bad thing about our experience. It was customer service at its finest.

This was our fourth stay with Impiana Private Villas, and it never disappoints. From the moment we checked in to the moment we reluctantly had to leave, everything was exceptional. We arrived early and, as our villa was already prepared, we were escorted straight in. This time we stayed in the 3‑bedroom Grand Villa, and it was incredible inside and out. Walking through the entrance and opening up into the huge private pool and garden felt like stepping into our own private mansion. All three bedrooms are extremely spacious, each with its own bathroom and walk‑in shower. Two rooms include bathtubs, and the master suite even has an additional outdoor shower. There’s also a convenient powder room downstairs, perfect when spending time around the pool. The villa was cleaned daily to an exceptional standard, and the entire property was always immaculate. Our stay included breakfast at Oswego, the on‑site restaurant, which offers a huge variety of delicious options. We also enjoyed dinner there one evening, and every dish was fantastic. We booked an in‑villa BBQ dinner as well, and it was outstanding — generous portions and great variety. The floating breakfast is an absolute must‑try; such a fun and memorable experience. Prana Spa, located next to the resort, offers incredible treatments. The one‑hour massage was especially amazing and well worth booking. Just outside the resort complex you’ll find plenty of restaurants, shops, and spas — perfect for a foot massage before bed. We celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary during this stay, and the staff went above and beyond. When we returned to our villa after dinner, our bed had been beautifully decorated for the occasion, complete with a small cake to celebrate. It was such a thoughtful touch and made the night even more special. I cannot praise the staff enough — from reception to housekeeping, gardeners, restaurant staff, and security. Security always made sure we didn’t leave anything behind in our transport and even helped us cross the road safely. Every team member contributed to making our stay unforgettable. Thank you to everyone at Impiana for another incredible stay. It could not have been more perfect. We will absolutely be back for many more visits in the years to come.
