Impiana Private Villas Seminyak (formerly known as The Villas Bali Hotel & Spa) is a private villa that is a world within a world. Four walls containing lush gardens, individual thatched roofed bungalows, all featuring the latest audio visual equipment and centered around a deep water swimming pool. Every one, two or three bedroom Villa has its own private swimming pool. We're located in the heart of Seminyak, one of Bali's trendiest areas; walking distance to dozens of fabulous restaurants and shops, yet once within The Villas grounds that has 24 hour security, it is extremely quiet and private.

This property is the epitome of friendly Balinese service. Every member of staff treat you as though you are the only guest there. The villas are beautifully maintained and a sanctuary from the bustle of Seminyak. i have stayed here many times and the high level of service has never changed.

Impiana private villas provided a peaceful oasis from the happy chaos that is Bali. The villas are generous in size, peaceful and beautifully maintained. The jewell in Impiana’s crown are the staff - in particular Dean who is the very best of Bali rolled into one incredibly kind, generous, helpful and very funny man. Dean (De-an) is one of a kind and he alone would have us return to Impiana.

Highly recommend! The staff were so lovely & accommodating, security make you feel very safe day & night, always checking up on you. Great location for shopping, but tucked away so nice & quiet when you want away from the noise! The most beautiful people looked after our family :)

Absolutely loved Impiana.. from the immaculate pool villa to the beautiful staff - special shout out to Mul for looking after us so well.. there was not anything too small or large they could not do for us xx thank you to chef for our amazing in villa BBQ.. Location was awesome.. easy walk to great restaurants and shopping. This will be our villas of choice when we next visit..
