Impiana Private Villas Seminyak (formerly known as The Villas Bali Hotel & Spa) is a private villa that is a world within a world. Four walls containing lush gardens, individual thatched roofed bungalows, all featuring the latest audio visual equipment and centered around a deep water swimming pool. Every one, two or three bedroom Villa has its own private swimming pool. We're located in the heart of Seminyak, one of Bali's trendiest areas; walking distance to dozens of fabulous restaurants and shops, yet once within The Villas grounds that has 24 hour security, it is extremely quiet and private.

Simply the best
An amazing place. The villas are well appointed and have the best pools. Breakfast is delicious. Staff are superb. Close to great shops and restaurants. You are made to feel very welcome. It is the perfect spot to relax and get away from your normal life.

Solid stay
The Staff are so friendly and polite, they helped us with everything we needed and ensure our safety too. The pool is kept so clean, and everything you needed was right there. Rooms were clean and had AC. I wish the bathrooms had air con too because it was so warm! But otherwise there was nothing to complain about.

The perfect Family holiday
We fell in love with Bali through our stay at Impiana. From when we arrived to our (sad) departure we were treated like family more than guests. The only word that I could use to describe all aspects of this property and its staff is EXCEPTIONAL. It was our own piece of paradise, private, secure with all the amenities you could ask for. Nothing was ever too much for the staff. They even set up a "Happy Birthday" arrangement for my birthday ( and the staff broke into a rendition of Happy Birthday during breakfast. This place is amazing.

Luxury living amongst nature. Very relaxing. Fabulous service.
The premier private villa we stayed in was exceptional. You can be in touch with nature while being with family and relaxing in amongst all the restaurants and shops. 20 minutes from the beach was great for us as we wanted to be a bit away from the hussle bussle. The facilities are fantastic and very comfortable! The staff are so kind, respectful and welcoming and made our experience amazing. The Spa and restaurants are also fabulous and well worth visiting. Top quality and so convenient. We will be back for sure.

A beautiful and relaxing stay at the Impiana
My friend Natalie and I loved our stay at the Impiana in Seminyak. The private villas were well located within Seminyak and offered fantastic amenities such as a private pool, room service, floating breakfast, daily breakfast and were able to cater to my gluten and dairy free dietary requirements which was much appreciated. The staff were all very friendly and hardworking and the villas felt very safe as well as being fairly central. We loved the onsite spa and the staff were very kind to let us use spa shower facilities prior to our flight after we had checked out. Thank you for a great stay, we’d love to come back!
