Impiana Private Villas Seminyak (formerly known as The Villas Bali Hotel & Spa) is a private villa that is a world within a world. Four walls containing lush gardens, individual thatched roofed bungalows, all featuring the latest audio visual equipment and centered around a deep water swimming pool. Every one, two or three bedroom Villa has its own private swimming pool. We're located in the heart of Seminyak, one of Bali's trendiest areas; walking distance to dozens of fabulous restaurants and shops, yet once within The Villas grounds that has 24 hour security, it is extremely quiet and private.

Highly 💯 recommend staying at Impiana Private villa. Staff, customer service, clean, super efficient, service to your needs, 24hr service, 24hr security on the villa gates. Super friendly and helpful. If anything, Impiana was one of the places why we fell in love with Bali. Would come back again with all my family and stay hea. Thank you for making our trip that extra special.

Peaceful luxury in the heart of Seminyak
Absolutely loved my stay at Impiana Private Villas Seminyak. The villa itself was beautiful, but the standout for me was the huge private pool and how incredibly quiet and peaceful the property felt despite being right in Seminyak. I was lucky enough to stay on the Jl. Kunti side near Prana Spa and it was such a relaxing location. The staff were genuinely wonderful throughout my stay — warm, kind and always happy to help with anything. The food was also great and the whole experience felt very calm, private and easy from start to finish. I’ve been to Bali many times and this was honestly one of my favourite villa stays. Would happily return again.

The service is very good, as an example Mas Dean with his cheerful and warm welcome really put our mood to the top when we had breakfast at the restaurant. The food is also delicious and fresh, the place is clean, over all well done

I can’t recommend Impiana villas highly enough.
The staff and security here are so friendly and hospitable and really made our villa feel like a home away from home while we stayed there. The villas themselves were clean, well furnished and with a spacious and luxurious private pool. Can’t recommend these guys highly enough, you won’t be disappointed!!
