A memorable experience
This is my first time visiting Bali for a vacation. The hotel is very beautiful, with many green gardens, fish ponds, and very friendly staff. I would also like to express my special thanks to Lingga, who is a very friendly and active waiter. He also explained to me about several shopping centers in Bali and beaches to enjoy the sunset around the hotel.

One of the best kept and largest resorts we have ever visited
This was an outstanding property to visit and so well maintained. Food was good and clean. No Bali belly even from the water with ice. The grounds are stunning and the property is vast by resort standards. Multiple pools and koi ponds were very clean. Even the fish wanted you to stop and feed them. We have traveled all over the world and this is now one of our top resorts. This grand old lady has aged well and the staff are so willing to help, super friendly as all the Balinese are and our favorite waiter Agus stood out as delivering attentive service. It is our first trip but we will be back. If you visit try taking one of their cooking classes at the hotel. Great way to meet other guests and the chefs were great.
