Our home in Bali
We stay at Intercon Jimbaran every two years as a family and will return each time we travel to Bali. The facilities are exceptional, the kids go between the pools & the surf, and the food options are fantastic (Teppanyaki at the Japanese restaurant is special) . Club benefits are worth the upgrade. We have made many dear friends who work at the hotel and look forward to seeing them each trip. Gusna looked after us so beautifully each morning at breakfast - his service ethic is exceptional. And to our dear friends, Edi, Monica, Mika, Budi, Bugy - we always feel so welcome and looked after. We can’t wait to return again.

Amazing experience with EKA. Amazing service, we were really impressed by his memory, he litteraly remembered the order I had yesterday, and asked the bartender to do the cocktail the way I liked it. He is extremely kind, knowledgeable and willing to share lots of amazing tips and tricks for tourists. Extremely heartwarming welcoming. His energy makes us feel like home !

Ultimate relaxation
We had a wonderful 6 nights. The gardens and swimming pools are simply stunning. Set right on the beautiful beach where you can watch the sunset. The room was a good size, comfortable and had all you could need. The food and drinks overall were good. The service is also friendly and we met some lovely staff along the way. We pay special note to Gusna who offered excellent pool side food and drink service with a friendly and professional approach. Highly recommend this resort if looking for someone to relax.
