Wonderful grand hotel with amazing staff
It was our second time staying at this wonderful hotel. The InterContinental Bali Resort is a grand hotel with lots of charm. It is an older hotel but this is what gives it is charm. The grounds are incredible, we didn't leave the resort for the entire stay. The rooms are very spacious with a couch and sitting area, huge bathrooms and balcony. The facilities are amazing with great Food and Beverage outlets. The main pool can get busy but the pool bar is worth a visit. We did the in-house cooking class which was a great experience and amazing value for a 3 course lunch! All staff are amazing, very friendly, genuine hospitality service, warm smile and wanting to deliver a true guest experience. A very special thank you Ana and Angga from Breakfast, Dewi from Club InterContinental, our Sous Chef for the cooking class. While there are newer resorts in Bali, this property is a true and tested grand lady that continues to deliver with dedicated and friendly staff that makes this property a truly wonderful experience. Look forward to returning again soon!

Best breakfast
I enjoyed the beautiful breakfast experience so much. Special mention must go to Linggha whom always had a smile and looked after us on every occasion. Very happy with our stay!

REVIEW ABOUT GUSNA + EXPERIENCE AT THE INTERCON
My experience here was amazing , and a special shoutout to GUSNA specifically. He was very attentive, friendly & was always in sight when I needed him , always smiling and welcoming and truely made me and mums trip at the Intercontinental so so special. I truely loved intercontinental and am hoping to come back in the near future.

Great experience.
We are very pleased with the service and staff. We specially want to stand out Gusna who is a great host. He has been so helpful, gentle and nice. The beach is nice and the facilities, even if they are kind of “old” they have the traditional flavor of an intercontinental hotel. I would love to have more time at the pool, in my opinion it closes very soon.

I had a wonderful dinner with my family. Chef Nanda was very attentive to the presentation and details of each dish. We truly enjoyed a warm and meaningful conversation together as a family. Thank you to the entire service team and especially to Chef Nanda for making our dinner such a memorable experience. We really appreciate the hospitality and excellent service!
