More Than Just a Stay: Breathtaking Sunsets and a Warm Welcome Home
Our recent stay at the InterContinental Bali Resort was highlighted by beautiful, spectacular sunsets. The beachfront location offers some of the most breathtaking evening views in Bali, making it the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. However, what truly sets this resort apart is its exceptional staff, specifically the incredible Club InterContinental team. Led by the wonderful Dewi Cakera, the Club team redefines hospitality. They treat you like family from the moment you arrive, and they even left us a lovely message to welcome us back home. Dewi and her team constantly went above and beyond to anticipate our every need. No request was too big or too small for them. Whether it was organizing seamless dining reservations, introducing us to delicious local mangosteens, or taking care of tiny personal touches that surprised us in our room, their warmth and attention to detail were unmatched. They bring a level of genuine care that you simply cannot teach. If you are planning a trip to Bali, I highly recommend upgrading to the Club experience. We left with beautiful memories and cannot wait to return!

Down memory lane - very good people .
Beautiful experience - visited the place after 12 years ( we stayed there in 2014) and the team was superbly attentive and helping us soak in the nostalgia telling us what has changed. Food was superb and service even better.

Highly recommend this wonderful resort
We had an incredible 11 day stay at the InterContinental Bali Resort. Every part of our experience exceeded our expectations. The poolside service was exceptional, and a very special thank you to Gusna, who went above and beyond every day. He was always checking to see if we needed anything, whether it was food, drinks, or assistance, and his genuine warmth and attentiveness made us feel so well looked after. Breakfast each morning was outstanding, with an incredible variety of fresh, high-quality food and excellent service. Thank you to the entire breakfast team for making every morning such a pleasure. We also dined at KO Japanese Restaurant and Bella Cucina, and both were absolutely exceptional. The food was outstanding, but what truly made each experience memorable was the service. Every member of the team was warm, welcoming, professional, and attentive, making us feel genuinely valued as guests. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff throughout the resort. Your hospitality, kindness, and attention to detail made our holiday unforgettable. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend the InterContinental Bali Resort to anyone visiting Bali.
