Worst start to a hotel visit
Not a great start. From the beginning we requested a high floor. Despite numerous confirmation even at checkin . We were given the 2nd floor in a 4 floor hotel. Absolutely disgusted and not a great start to our stay. We also waited until 3pm check-in and no message to say room was ready and had to go find out.

Welcoming and family friendly
Beautiful resort, grand and luxurious, yet so friendly and welcoming, especially for families! The staff were wonderful, Ari was particularly welcoming, polite, professional and friendly with his service. Thank you for a lovely stay from a nervous family with young kids!

Everything about this place is perfect. The staff are so kind, thorough, considerate, and welcoming - including (but certainly not limited to) Gusna, a lovely young man who took great care of us throughout our stay. We love staying here - my parents have been coming for 30 years, since shortly after it opened! I have wonderful memories exploring the various pools and bike riding around the resort here with my sister. In the best way possible, it has not changed. I hope it never does ❤️ You cannot find a more relaxing and beautifully curated resort anywhere else in the world. Thank you to the Bali Intercontinental staff for always making a magical stay for me and my family ❤️

Amazing service by Gusna
I had the pleasure of meeting Gusna during my stay. He was extremely attentive, helpful, and respectful. It was a highlight seeing him each day and being looked after with such wonderful service. He even remembered my coffee and food order, which made every visit feel so personal. Thank you, Gusna, for making my stay even more special!
