Outstanding experience
My husband and I have just spent 11 nights in a King Mezzanine room with access to the Club Lounge and Club pool. The service, facilities and welcome were outstanding throughout. We booked personalised romantic dinners on two occasions and both were outstanding in terms of quality of food, service excellence and value for money. We rarely write reviews but feel that our the quality of our stay deserves recognition. We are in our mid-50s and travel frequently, and found this to be the best holiday we have enjoyed in many years. A heartfelt thank you to the staff and management for giving us wonderful memories and experiences. We plan to return again next year.

like to say thank Lingga, a very helpful and attentive . He made sure my family's breakfast was perfect. Lingga also helped coordinate with his team to prepare several Indian dishes during our stay at this hotel. This certainly makes you feel very happy and adds to the unforgettable holiday experience.

An absolutely incredible property and a truly world class team. Intercontinental Jimbaran is beautiful everywhere you look. Our villa had the “wow” factor as soon as we stepped inside however, it was the 24/7 dedicated guest services led by Lim and Yudi that blew us away. Making our annual family holiday something very special. We were impressed upon arrival that Lim and Yudi had memorised each of our names. This was only the beginning, we could not want for anything during our stay. Lim had a level of intuition that made it seem he knew what we wanted, or even what we didn’t know we wanted until he proactively offered it! This extended to our children too, whether it was chocolate milk shakes for our son, cookies for our daughter or trips in the buggy with the kids to see the Swiss Sheppards while my wife and I enjoyed the day spa. Nothing was too hard, they made us feel welcome and relaxed. We are leaving Intercontinental Jimbaran as friends. We cannot wait to visit again.
