Must stay if in Bali!
If you’re heading to Bali and looking for a resort where you can truly unwind, relax, and slow down, I cannot recommend Jimbaran Puri enough. We visited Bali to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday, and our stay at Jimbaran Puri ended up being one of the highlights of the entire trip. Even before arrival, the communication from the resort was prompt and every email was answered quickly and helpfully, which made planning our stay so easy. We booked three nights, and by the time it was over, none of us wanted to leave. We were completely taken by how gorgeous the property is. Surrounded by greenery, it is beautiful, cozy, private, peaceful and has a lovely beach. The whole resort has this wonderfully calm, laid-back vibe that makes you feel relaxed as soon as you’re there. At check-in, the team made sure to address each one of our requests that we had made over email with all of it taken care of. The upgrade to the pool villa, honestly became the highlight of our stay. The villa was stunning to say the least, so spacious, beautifully designed, incredibly comfortable, and filled with thoughtful amenities. My five-year-old was delighted to find a bathrobe in her size! As someone who loves aviation, I thought it was amazing that we could sit on the beach and watch planes landing at the airport. My daughter was fascinated. One of those unexpected details that made the location even more fun for us. We had dinner at the Nelayan restaurant a couple times and really enjoyed the experience—delicious food, a beautiful setting, and live music in the background. They didn’t have Margherita pizza on the menu but made it for our daughter without any issues. I had inquired about “Ayam Geprek” and that too they were ready to make for us if we wanted it. During our stay, we spent most of our time in the villa and on the beach. We had originally planned to do more sightseeing around Bali, but we liked being at the resort so much that we simply didn’t feel like leaving! What really stood out, though, was the service. Every member of the staff we interacted with was warm, attentive, and genuinely happy to help. Whether we were having breakfast, spending time by the pool or beach, or dining at the restaurant, we were always greeted with a smile. At breakfast, they happily accommodated our special requests without any fuss, which made mornings with a child that much easier. Their service felt so personal. The staff remembered us, addressed us by name, and seemed to notice our preferences. Those little details make a huge difference. It didn’t feel like we were just guests passing through; it felt like they genuinely cared about making our stay special. Jimbaran Puri set the bar so high that the other resort we stayed at in Bali afterward (at a similar price point) just didn’t quite measure up. If we hadn’t already prepaid for our next hotel, we would have seriously considered extending our stay here. There were so many thoughtful touches throughout our stay. We received a little fresh-flower bouquet at check-in, Bali-themed postcards, earplugs and a wireless charger by the bedside, a hand fan and beach tote, fresh milk in the minibar, the butler service in the villa and complimentary chocolates on our last night. At turndown, they prepared a special herbal tea in a thermos for us, which we really enjoyed. We had mentioned that we needed extra water, and they made sure we had plenty throughout our stay. When we realized, we had forgotten to bring a pool float, we simply asked if they had one and they brought one for us to use for the rest of our stay. I haven’t traveled the entire world, but I’ve been to 24 countries and have stayed at quite a few hotels and resorts in a similar price range. Our stay at Jimbaran Puri genuinely stands out. For me, luxury isn’t just about the brand name or price range, or how beautiful a property is. It’s about how you’re treated, how a place makes you feel, whether you feel that you received value for what you spent, and the little things that leave a lasting impression. Jimbaran Puri gave us all of that. The property, the food, the service, the attention to detail, and the genuine warmth of the staff made this stay incredibly special. Their hospitality is something my family and I will always remember and cherish. And for my husband, it turned out to be the best 40th birthday gift. We left wishing we had booked more than three nights, and I think that says everything.

Perfect sunset dining experience
Everything was excellent about this hotel, especially the restaurant where the vibe and food are just perfect. We enjoyed the sunset while having dinner. It was an absolute unforgettable experience. Highly recommended and we’ll come back for sure.

IT was really exeptional evening.We had the dinner set memu.From the very beginnig we were taken care of by the Staff.The food was delicious.It was na awesome experience. Additionally we watched a dance performance given by Balinrse art dancers.We would Like to thank the waiters esoecially Magnus ( if I Remember well) 😄 Ligia

My wife & I stayed at the Jimbaran Puri Bali resort March 15-22. It was our first trip to Bali & without a doubt we'll be back. We can say this in large part because of the niceness of the entire resort staff. This property is top notch, with just the right balance of traditional Balinese style & modern amenities. The staff all but spoiled us during our stay there & we especially like that almost everyone who worked at the resort knew us by our names. The staff went above & beyond what we expected to make our stay comfortable as can be.
We stayed in one of the Villa's on property (#66) & would highly recommend anyone considering this resort to opt for one ( we can’t vouch for the cottages & other room options, but can only assume they would be close to the same level as the villas ). The villas come with butler service & we can say without a doubt that the entire butler staff from the head butler (Sudaitka - pardon the misspelling of his name) on down, are all professional & will ensure your villa stay is a comfortable & enjoyable one. The villa itself comes with its own pool, which came in handy on hot afternoons when the beach became too hot. At night hearing the peaceful sounds of the ocean or the birds in the mornings is pure bliss. Plus, the afternoon tea service spoiled us. The property has two restaurants, both of which have a wide variety of food options. Our package came with the daily breakfast buffet. The buffet has just about everything you'd want ranging from daily egg specials to pancakes & everything you could possibly think of in-between. At night the two restaurants had options ranging from local seafood or meat options to a more traditional Balinese offering. We'd highly recommend trying both restaurants, because you can’t go wrong with either. There's also a snack bar on the beach that is there to please after a day on the beach ( ahh...those ice cold Bintang beers ). While we were completely satisfied with the onsite food options there are also plenty of options a short (safe) walk up the beach if you so choose. While I can only speak for the 20 minute jet lag massage I received which was top notch, my wife returned later in the week for a full hour massage & hour long facial. She found it to be one of the best massages she's had (trust me she's had many here in the states & other locations). The value for what she received at Puri Bali verses massages/treatments she's had at other resorts around the states aren't even close. Again, we would highly recommend the spa for both couples and individuals. We've truly traveled to all but two continents & stayed at numerous 'five star' resorts, but can honestly say Jimbaran Puri Bali is by far one of the best places we've ever stayed. While the property doesn't have all the amenities of some of the larger more corporate properties in the area, it makes up for it with one of the best staff you could ever meet. We do plan to return to this property & hope others would consider staying here as well. We were truly sad when it was time to leave not only this property, but the country of Bali. It’s such a beautiful, peaceful place with some of the nicest people we've ever met.
