We just left the beautiful Jumeirah resort at Bali, after staying there for 5 nights. The hotel is a bit far away for local exploration which we weren’t fully aware upon booking. One should definitely bear that in mind, as Bali traffic doesn’t allow a quick visit to other areas without a considerable amount of time spent in the horrendous traffic. Back to the hotel. The villa we booked was absolutely stunning, huge, modern, gorgeous furnitures and thoughtful in layout and amenities. The service at the villas also nothing short of impeccable. We couldn’t have wished for anymore, and coming from a Four seasons beforehand shall say it all. Also the friendliest and kindest people work there. Really lovely! Thank you ! The hotel grounds are as well beautiful and walking through the hotel ground’s was like going through a manicured botanical jungle/ garden. Truly spectacular! Foto options everywhere! Management makes sure to stop by at almost every meal to ask if everyone is satisfied and well served. Whatever you ask for will be brought to you. We found that with only two restaurants it was a bit limited - however the additional Italian night in their main restaurant was definitely aimed to deliver on variety of food. The quality of food and drinks never disappointed. The breakfast buffet felt a bit sterile, both in style and choice. I thought that the fruit selection was too limited for a place like Bali also freshly squeezed juices would need to be on a Buffett which aims to cater for a high standard. When it comes to serve tables in the evening and here regardless the restaurant, drinks should be always catered for first, particularly when seated facing gorgeous sunsets, having a drink in your hand to cherish the moment is the thing that gives the entire experience a more rounded and elegant feel. Also we found it sad that the spa and small retail area was so far away from the area where one usually would pass by on the way to either the restaurant or the pool. You had to seek this area out, wich is a shame as it would have aided the general atmosphere and vibe of the hotel. The beach is more of a big cove although spacious but one can’t walk for more than a few minutes before hitting the stony parts, which basically limits your ability to wander. Altogether we had a wonderful time and the standard, service and genuinely warmth of the people made us feel very special. Many thanks for this wonderful experience!

For the last 5 days, I’ve had the pleasure of staying at Jumeirah Bali. It’s hard to put into words the beauty of this resort. The all Villa property gives you the privacy you need but with warm and friendly staff available at any given moment. From the minute I arrived to the the moment I left (with a smile and wave from 4 team members) this has honestly been the best hotel experience I have ever had and I’ve travelled a lot! Thank you to Ram Hiralal (General manager who greets all guests each morning at breakfast) and her wonderful team (Wahgu, Diva, both Yoga’s & Sanjaya from the pool, Gusti at Akasa ,Yudik my buggy driver and Oghi from room service) these were just a few of the incredible people at Jumeirah Bali that contribute to making the hotel so special. I also must say the two restaurants were equally nice. The main restaurant has themed evenings to change it up and Akasa is exceptional, the head chef Joan came to meet me and I enjoyed their caviar and champagne experience at sunset. I would highly recommend this hotel, and look forward to returning

Best place to fully relax and enjoy the luxury vacation itself. All the qualities of each service are outstanding. First of all, the interior design of the whole are is astonishing. A la carte breakfast are above expectation, pool is wide enough, only that there aren't much of complimentary sun beds at the beach. Akasa has a great view but maybe good to add more grilled menu. Room service was very tasty and I really liked the morning fitness session called synergy 360. Also the spa is as luxury as the price. Would've been better if there are more discount for customers who made reservation through official website. She was an expertZ Also all the staff were too kind. Thank you for your hospitality. Especially buggy drivers. We had a great vacance.

This was the most amazing place I’ve ever stayed around the world. The views, the energy, the people, it was all just so breathtaking. I feel so blessed to come here. I stayed with a friend and we also did a beautiful photo shoot with Julia on the stunning grounds, and I will cherish these photos forever. Thank you to the team at Jumeirah Bali and for making our every request and dream come true of a fabulous, relaxing, luxury and connected holiday!
