I definitely don’t think it’s a good option. The rooms are OK but the facilities overall look very old. The food is very very bad. The fitness center is very bad. The buggy service delays. A lot of the Concierge has a hard time understanding your request. They are trying their best, but I think they have a significant area improvement until this happens. I do not recommend anyone. Moreover, the beach is shared. It’s a public beach. I don’t recommend it

Family Trip to Bali

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

Our time at Jumeirah Bali was really special for our family. When we got there they gave us towels and made us feel so welcome. They were warm and calm. It felt like they really cared about us. This made us feel comfortable and important away. The food at Jumeirah Bali was amazing at dinner time. One of the restaurants Akasa was really great. They had a dinner menu with high quality food and they paid attention to every little detail. Eating at the resort was one of the parts of our trip and something that lots of guests would really love. We did not just stay at the resort we also went on adventures around the island. We went to Ubud for activities did water sports in Nusa Dua and watched the Kecak Fire Dance in Uluwatu. It was really interesting and fun. Coming back to Jumeirah Bali always felt nice and peaceful. The people who worked at Jumeirah Bali were really great. Seemed to really care about us. Our butler, Juli made sure we felt taken care of. He was very kind. Always thought about what we might need. This made our stay really easy and comfortable. Juli was very professional and caring which made our trip even better. The manager, Ram was also very kind and a great leader. He really wanted to make sure we were happy. Nova helped us get around Bali. Was very reliable and respectful. He made our trips really easy. Overall Jumeirah Bali was not a place to sleep. It was a special place with great food, comfortable rooms and amazing service. We have lots of memories from our trip to Bali and Jumeirah Bali was a big part of that. Jumeirah Bali is a place for a family trip and we really loved it. We will always remember our time, at Jumeirah Bali.

Jumeirah Bali- the place to stay in Bali and in Indonesia.

The place is beautiful. On the ocean with beautiful sunsets. We had a Panoramic Villa which is very luxurious and has a pool, indoor and outdoor showers and is very spacious. The restaurants are all very nice and the food is delicious. What really makes the Jumeirah Bali special is the unique way it blends traditional Balinese culture and tradition with a very modern feel in its decor and accommodations. I love the place took lots of photos. Another thing that makes Jumeirah Bali special is the incredible staff. Everyone is so friendly and quick to assist. The resort is quiet and relaxing. The perfect place if you’re looking for a get away spot for a short or long stay. I look forward to my next visit.

Everything was amazing apart from breakfast. Change opening hours asap!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 month ago

I would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for breakfast. Stayed in the hotel for 7 nights and really enjoyed everything but I would like to bring management’s attention to the breakfast opening hours. The closure time of a la carte at 10:30am is absolutely unacceptable for a luxury holiday resort. This is not a business hotel, moreover, the management must be well aware that the majority of guests are coming from Europe with an 8-hour time difference. It took your guests 17h to reach Bali, the last thing they want to have is a deadline for fried eggs. This is a global standard for hotels like Ritz, St Regis and Four Seasons to offer breakfast until 11am. The buffet is officially open until 11am and it makes no sense at all that a la carte closes at 10:30. The majority of a la carte dishes do not even require cooking such as chia pudding and coconut yogurt. We had to “fight” for simple food at 10:40, as staff was reluctant to bring it. I raised this issue with the Associate Director for food & beverage I Gede Sentana, he promised to address it and for a few days we had no issues, but as staff shifts changed, the same happened. Please understand that guests don’t want to be greeted in the restaurant by the phrase “good morning, a la carte is closed, you can’t order anything”, instead it should be “good morning, please enjoy your breakfast, have a nice day”. I can’t stress enough that opening hours must be adjusted. Villas are amazing, very beautiful and bedroom is conveniently divided from the living room. We were pleased to receive complimentary beach hats and beach bags. Food across all restaurants was outstanding, great choice on the menus. The pool offers various complementary snacks, which were different every day. Really liked the quality of SPA therapists, however, I wish SPA was opened until 10pm instead of 9pm. The hotel beach area is too small, unfortunately, and often you can’t find free sunbeds there. I guess the hotel wasn’t allowed to take a larger area of the public beach but it would nice to get it increased in the future. Beach is clean, as hotel does remove all the rubbish even from public areas, which is great.

Unforgettable 14-Night Experience at a Luxury Resort

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 month ago

My recent 14-night stay at the Jumeirah luxury resort in Bali was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed into an atmosphere of elegance, relaxation, and genuine hospitality that set the tone for an unforgettable vacation. The view of the Indian Ocean from the lobby is spectacular. I arrived to Bali early and was extremely tired. The check in process at the lobby was very pleasant. I was welcomed with a cold towel and a welcome drink. The ladies checking me in were very gracioius and invited me to have breakfast while I waited for my room to be ready. The staff at Jumeirah truly exceeded my expectations. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction was evident throughout my entire stay. Every interaction—whether at the restaurants, or around the resort (with the buggy rides) was warm, professional, and sincere. Each morning, the staff greeted me warmly and recalled my favorite breakfast choices. The breakfast is at Seagaran and it consists of both an al a carte menu and a buffet. The fresh juices were welcomed by me every morning along with the delicious latte. I decided to dine in at Akasa restaurant on New Year's Eve, both the food and wine pairings were excellent, a perfect way to start the year with great company. Of course, the staff was a delight and we brought the New Year in with laughs and great food/drinks. In addition to the outstanding hospitality, the spa services at Jumeirah Bali were phenomenal. Each treatment was expertly delivered by skilled therapists, creating a tranquil and rejuvenating experience that perfectly complemented my stay. On my final day I decided to book a session of the recommend Jumeriah Royal Hammam. I opted for the Sensorial Signature Hammam. This was a very good decision to have this service before heading to the airport. I especially want to highlight Ari, a member of the butler team that was phenomenal. Ari consistently went above and beyond to attend to all my needs, ensuring every aspect of my experience was comfortable and memorable. She frequently gave me buggy rides to and from various places on the resort and greeted me with a fresh flower each time. Another standout feature of Jumeirah Bali is how the leadership team engages with guests. The Director of Food and Beverage (Joshua) and the hotel’s General Manager (Ram) personally greeted and met with every guest during breakfast, creating a welcoming environment and a true sense of community. Their genuine interest in guest experiences made me feel valued, respected and appreciated. It’s clear to me now why the staff is exceptional, the positive atmosphere starts with leadership. Overall, I highly recommend Jumeirah Bali to anyone seeking a luxury resort experience with outstanding service and personal touches. The staff, especially Ari, made my stay exceptional, and the management’s dedication to guest satisfaction was evident every day. This resort is a must-visit for anyone traveling to Bali.
