There is always room for improvement, and here are a few suggestions: Expand the breakfast menu to offer a wider variety of options. Increase the selection of mocktails at the bar. Create a more relaxed bar atmosphere by allowing guests to sit without feeling pressured. Encourage patrons to explore the curated menu through subtle and inviting approaches. Align pricing with local standards, as fair value is always more appealing than overpricing . Catering for halal options and separating areas for veg and non veg options will certainly improve the uptake of resorts .

I had dinner in Segaran. The view is stunning, the staf from arrival until the end of my dinner is absolutely amazing. They really helpful. Yunita, Ricky and Ayu give the best service in Segaran. They always smiling and genuine to make sure everything is up to my expectation.well done!
