I would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for breakfast. Stayed in the hotel for 7 nights and really enjoyed everything but I would like to bring management’s attention to the breakfast opening hours. The closure time of a la carte at 10:30am is absolutely unacceptable for a luxury holiday resort. This is not a business hotel, moreover, the management must be well aware that the majority of guests are coming from Europe with an 8-hour time difference. It took your guests 17h to reach Bali, the last thing they want to have is a deadline for fried eggs. This is a global standard for hotels like Ritz, St Regis and Four Seasons to offer breakfast until 11am. The buffet is officially open until 11am and it makes no sense at all that a la carte closes at 10:30. The majority of a la carte dishes do not even require cooking such as chia pudding and coconut yogurt. We had to “fight” for simple food at 10:40, as staff was reluctant to bring it. I raised this issue with the Associate Director for food & beverage I Gede Sentana, he promised to address it and for a few days we had no issues, but as staff shifts changed, the same happened. Please understand that guests don’t want to be greeted in the restaurant by the phrase “good morning, a la carte is closed, you can’t order anything”, instead it should be “good morning, please enjoy your breakfast, have a nice day”. I can’t stress enough that opening hours must be adjusted. Villas are amazing, very beautiful and bedroom is conveniently divided from the living room. We were pleased to receive complimentary beach hats and beach bags. Food across all restaurants was outstanding, great choice on the menus. The pool offers various complementary snacks, which were different every day. Really liked the quality of SPA therapists, however, I wish SPA was opened until 10pm instead of 9pm. The hotel beach area is too small, unfortunately, and often you can’t find free sunbeds there. I guess the hotel wasn’t allowed to take a larger area of the public beach but it would nice to get it increased in the future. Beach is clean, as hotel does remove all the rubbish even from public areas, which is great.

My recent 14-night stay at the Jumeirah luxury resort in Bali was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed into an atmosphere of elegance, relaxation, and genuine hospitality that set the tone for an unforgettable vacation. The view of the Indian Ocean from the lobby is spectacular. I arrived to Bali early and was extremely tired. The check in process at the lobby was very pleasant. I was welcomed with a cold towel and a welcome drink. The ladies checking me in were very gracioius and invited me to have breakfast while I waited for my room to be ready. The staff at Jumeirah truly exceeded my expectations. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction was evident throughout my entire stay. Every interaction—whether at the restaurants, or around the resort (with the buggy rides) was warm, professional, and sincere. Each morning, the staff greeted me warmly and recalled my favorite breakfast choices. The breakfast is at Seagaran and it consists of both an al a carte menu and a buffet. The fresh juices were welcomed by me every morning along with the delicious latte. I decided to dine in at Akasa restaurant on New Year's Eve, both the food and wine pairings were excellent, a perfect way to start the year with great company. Of course, the staff was a delight and we brought the New Year in with laughs and great food/drinks. In addition to the outstanding hospitality, the spa services at Jumeirah Bali were phenomenal. Each treatment was expertly delivered by skilled therapists, creating a tranquil and rejuvenating experience that perfectly complemented my stay. On my final day I decided to book a session of the recommend Jumeriah Royal Hammam. I opted for the Sensorial Signature Hammam. This was a very good decision to have this service before heading to the airport. I especially want to highlight Ari, a member of the butler team that was phenomenal. Ari consistently went above and beyond to attend to all my needs, ensuring every aspect of my experience was comfortable and memorable. She frequently gave me buggy rides to and from various places on the resort and greeted me with a fresh flower each time. Another standout feature of Jumeirah Bali is how the leadership team engages with guests. The Director of Food and Beverage (Joshua) and the hotel’s General Manager (Ram) personally greeted and met with every guest during breakfast, creating a welcoming environment and a true sense of community. Their genuine interest in guest experiences made me feel valued, respected and appreciated. It’s clear to me now why the staff is exceptional, the positive atmosphere starts with leadership. Overall, I highly recommend Jumeirah Bali to anyone seeking a luxury resort experience with outstanding service and personal touches. The staff, especially Ari, made my stay exceptional, and the management’s dedication to guest satisfaction was evident every day. This resort is a must-visit for anyone traveling to Bali.

We loved our experience at Jumeriah. Everyone in our family loved the time there. The children, who never love kids club, surprised us and wanted to go every day. The service, views, rooms, food, pools, gym were all exceptional. We were blown away after having already stayed in two great places in Canguu and Ubud. Jumeriah took it to the next level. We will be back.

I’ve stayed at Jumeirah Uluwatu three times, and every visit has felt just as special as the first. There is something very rare about this place: a sense of calm, space, and beauty that you immediately feel, and that stays with you. The villas are spacious, peaceful, and extremely private, making the entire experience feel very personal. Even when moving around the resort, everything feels quiet and discreet, as if you’re in your own world. The setting, overlooking the ocean, is simply breathtaking. The service is outstanding, always attentive yet effortless. You feel genuinely cared for, without anything ever feeling forced. The food is excellent across all restaurants, and the breakfast is particularly memorable. I also truly enjoyed the spa, as well as the yoga and Tai Chi classes, which added a beautiful sense of balance and well-being to the stay. This is one of those places you don’t just visit — you experience. I highly recommend Jumeirah Uluwatu and already look forward to returning again this year.
