I was there for my birthday celebrations with my friends and family and I made the right decision. Jumerirah is 6 star to me ! - the property is stunning and all the details and quality were immaculate. We had the best service there and our personal butler Wayan was out of the ordinary. My partner Chris and I stayed at Jumeirah Bali in June this year. From the moment we arrived we were met with impeccable service as if we were among family. Our butler Cintya went above and beyond on so many occasions during our stay to ensure a beautiful person experience for us. We were so happy with the professionalism of Cintya and the staff at Jumeirah we decided to extend our stay for 2 extra nights. The grounds, gym, spa and both dining experiences were second to none. The attentiveness of Cintya to our in room requests was extremely professional. We could not fault the service in any way and thank Cintya and the wonderful staff at Jumeirah. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at Jumeirah Bali for 12 nights, the location was perfect, with 2 teenage boys enjoying themselves at the beautiful beach between the waves and the surfing activities there was no downtime. All the staff (pool, restaurants, spa and especially valet service staff) were very welcoming, the grounds were so clean and beautifully maintained and the restaurants and pool views were amazing! The place was impeccable and ideal for a family stay. Room service and valet service was nothing short of amazing especially with the support of Juli who made our stay so relaxing, and special. The villa we stayed in was amazing. All amenities were provided and if we needed any extra Juli was able to source it for us. He organised excursion and activities when we requested. We used the spa on a couple of occasions and I was given such a relaxing experience by Ade! We were lucky to have an extra special night with the BBQ night which was such a delight of amazing foods.

Jumeirah Bali is a truly beautiful resort. The entire property is stunning, peaceful, and exceptionally well maintained. Our villa was gorgeous, spacious, and beautifully designed with great attention to detail. The staff were very friendly and professional throughout our stay. The food was also very good. Breakfast offered a combination of à la carte dishes and a buffet. While everything we tried was delicious, I was expecting a slightly larger selection. The biggest disappointment was the beach. I know this is not the hotel’s fault since it is a public beach, but unfortunately it had a huge impact on our experience. The waves were very rough, making it difficult to enjoy the ocean. In the late afternoon, the beach became crowded with locals, and there was an unbelievable amount of trash everywhere. We even saw used condoms and sanitary tampons on the beach, which was honestly shocking and very unpleasant. The hotel itself is absolutely fantastic and deserves high praise, but sadly the beach is one of the worst I’ve ever seen. If your priority is a beautiful, clean beach with calm water, this may not be the right destination. If you’re coming mainly for the luxury villas, excellent service, and the resort itself, you will probably have a wonderful stay.

The facilities were excellent, and I was pleased with the staff's friendly service. The room was clean and the cleaning was satisfactory.
