Reviews for Jumeirah Bali

Disappointed

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 14 hours ago

$1000 Bali stay was a letdown. Greeted as “Miss” despite being two men, seen at check-in. Room had corroded mirror, urine-stained sofa, and stained cushion. Requested room change at 5 PM, told to wait 2 hrs, but faced more delays. Last night ruined. Hope for better next time. Use shower filter—it turns yellow.

Excellent location with gorgeous villas and superb food .. cannot ask for more.. the serene environment that you get here is rare in Bali these days.. being on the cliff yet being able to walk to the beach is a great option. Service is fabuloua to boot .

Disappointing Concierge Service at an Otherwise Beautiful Property

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 weeks ago

We stayed at the Jumeirah Bali hoping for a high level of service, but unfortunately, the concierge team fell far short of expectations. Over two consecutive days, we made specific and reasonable requests—first for a sunset group cruise (not a private yacht for 10–20 people), then for outdoor sports activities like tennis, paddle, or scuba diving. On both occasions, the responses I received were non-responsive and unhelpful. Also, despite clearly not responding to what we asked for there was no follow up to check in if they can help us. By now we feel discouraged reaching out to the Conscierge. Worse, instead of alternatives, I was offered the same irrelevant upsell twice: a helicopter tour and a private boat tour. It felt less like genuine service and more like a push toward a preferred provider—one I suspect might be incentivized. We’ve stayed in three hotels across Bali this week, and this was the only one where the concierge seemed either unaware of local options or unwilling to accommodate straightforward requests. A disappointing experience in what is otherwise a beautiful hotel.
