Jumeirah Bali

※Japanese follows below. This was our family’s first trip to Bali, and Jumeirah Bali made it a truly memorable one. The resort itself is stunning — beautiful architecture, incredible surroundings and wonderful villas — but what we will remember most is the warmth of the people. Our butler, Juli, deserves a very special mention. We have stayed at many hotels over the years, and he is, without question, the best butler we have ever had. He was warm, cheerful and genuinely attentive, often noticing the little things and anticipating what might make our stay easier before we even thought to ask. Everything was handled effortlessly, and his communication with the rest of the team was seamless. We felt completely taken care of while still being able to relax and enjoy our own time as a family. We are truly grateful to him. Our children also loved the Kids Club. The staff were always cheerful, kind and welcoming, and there were usually other children there to play with. Even if we only had a little free time, our children would ask, “Can we stop by the Kids Club?” We ended up visiting again and again. This is a genuinely family-friendly resort where children are made to feel just as welcome as adults. The food was another highlight. Both the breakfast buffet and in-room dining were consistently delicious. Even the smallest details felt thoughtful. When we sent clothes to the laundry, they came back simply wrapped in paper and string, almost like little gifts. It was such a small thing, yet it perfectly captured what we loved about Jumeirah Bali — understated elegance, warmth and genuine hospitality. The resort is a little further from the airport, and the distance may make some people hesitate when choosing where to stay. Don’t let it. Jumeirah Bali is absolutely worth going the extra distance for. Thank you, Juli, and everyone at Jumeirah Bali, for making our first visit to Bali so special. You made us want to come back to Bali — and when we do, we would love to return to Jumeirah Bali. 初めてのバリ旅行で、家族でジュメイラ・バリに滞在しました。 美しい景色や建築、素晴らしいヴィラはもちろんですが、一番心に残ったのはスタッフの皆さんの温かく明るいおもてなしでした。 特に担当してくださったバトラーのJuliさんは、これまでさまざまなホテルでお世話になったバトラーの中で、一番素晴らしい方でした。いつも明るく温かく、細かなことにもよく気づいて、こちらがお願いする前に提案してくださることも。スタッフの方々との連携も素晴らしく、何をお願いしてもスムーズで、安心して滞在を楽しむことができました。丁寧で誠実なJuliさんに本当に感謝しています。 キッズクラブのスタッフの皆さんも明るく優しく、子どもたちはすっかりお気に入りに。何人かのお子さんがいつもいたので、子どもたちは行くたびに楽しんでいました。長時間利用するわけではなくても「少しだけ行きたい」と、滞在中何度も立ち寄っていました。子ども連れにもとても優しいホテルです。 朝食のビュッフェもインルームダイニングもとても美味しいことも、このホテルの特徴だと思います。 また、ランドリーをお願いした時、戻ってきた衣類が紙と紐でシンプルに、でもまるで贈り物のように丁寧に包まれていたことも印象に残っています。こうしたさりげないところにも、ジュメイラ・バリらしい上品さと温かいおもてなしを感じました。 空港からは少し距離があるので迷われる方もいるかもしれませんが、それでも足を延ばす価値のあるホテルだと思います。 Juliさん、そしてジュメイラ・バリの皆さん、本当にありがとうございました。またバリを訪れる時には、ぜひここに帰ってきたいです。

I am really feeling short of words for this such an experience which we had in Jumeirah Bali. A holiday is a much-needed vacation to relax our minds and soul and balance our personal and professional lives. We travel a lot around the world and stay in Luxury hotels but we can say that our holiday is actually a great success and all the credit for this goes to Jumeirah Bali's amazing, friendly and wonderful staff (from the reception, gardeners, housekeeping, Photographer, security to the restaurant's staff, each and everyone of them were super friendly and amazing). Sometimes I had the feeling that they can read my mind, I turned to order something but bevor I was able to say it the staff runs immediately and brought me that want I wanted. They all are mindful, which you nowadays can't experience somewhere else but you do it here in Jumeirah Bali for sure. We are really waiting eagerly for the next holiday that we will be spending again in Jumeirah Bali because we want it to be lovely, amazing and wonderful just like this one and the previous one in 2023. Thanks a lot and much more, as you (Jumeirah Bali) actually made our holiday such a beautiful one again. 🙏🏼

Really Amazing property and special thanks to juli made my stay memorable

Wonderful Hotel in a great location overlooking the ocean. Jaw dropping sunsets. Very spacious comfortable villa rooms with private pools. Great casual style dining with high quality flavoursome food. Sandy beach access from the hotel. Impressive breakers great for surfing. Local surf board hire and tuition on the beach next to the hotel. We visited a number of hotels in Bali and the Jumeirah is without doubt one of the best.
