我在Jumeirah Bali渡過了非常愉快的五天，我訂了AKASA Restaurant 慶祝我的生日，提前email跟餐廳預訂”Dream Table”並客製化我的生日蛋糕，謝謝主廚跟員工們配合並完成我的要求，餐廳服務很到位，海景跟夕陽很美，員工們為我準備了額外的小蛋糕及生日卡片，卡片上面有餐廳所有員工的簽名，真的是太用心了。 生日當天晚上回到Villa，兩位房務準備了吉他、生日蛋糕還要立可拍相機，為我唱生日快樂歌並送上即可拍照片跟手繪生日卡片，真的是太貼心了，令我難忘。 Segaran Dining Terrace 餐廳的餐點都很棒，服務跟晚上用餐的氣氛很好，白天我都在那邊享用我的早餐。我聽從餐廳主管建議試看看他們的私人岩石浪漫晚餐，場地灑滿了玫瑰花瓣，非常美麗浪漫，氣氛，夕陽、餐點都很棒，員工服務也超棒，他們給我生日驚喜，為我準備了蛋糕跟歌唱生日快樂歌，真的很開心。 非常推薦到Jumeirah Bali，真的是很難忘又很完美的一次體驗，來Jumeirah Bali一定不會讓你失望。 I celebrated my birthday during my stay and made a reservation at AKASA Restaurant, where I had pre-arranged a “dream table” and a customized birthday cake. I’m truly grateful to the chef and the entire restaurant team for fulfilling all my requests so perfectly. They even prepared a handwritten card signed by everyone—it was such a small but incredibly touching gesture. Dining at Segaran Dining Terrace was just as lovely. I followed their recommendation and booked a private rock dinner one night. The setup was beautifully romantic, and they surprised me with another birthday celebration—complete with a cake and a birthday song. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made the evening even more special. The biggest surprise came when I returned to my room that night. Two members of the housekeeping team were waiting with a guitar, an instant camera, and a birthday cake, singing Happy Birthday and even giving me a hand-drawn card. It was unexpected and so heartwarming—I’ll never forget that moment. These five days at Jumeirah Bali were filled with thoughtful details and genuine kindness from everyone I met. It didn’t feel like just great service—it felt personal. I would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a special and unforgettable stay.

​My wife and I just had the most amazing honeymoon at Jumeirah Bali! Honestly, the service was the best part. All the staff were so kind, and it made my wife feel so happy and special during our whole stay. ​The resort itself is just beautiful. We loved the main pool by the beach and our private villa pool too. Everything from the rooms to the restaurants looked perfect. The food was also really high quality and delicious. ​It was a perfect honeymoon for us. We definitely want to come back to this paradise someday. Big thanks to the Jumeirah Bali team!
