This stay has truly been one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The atmosphere was incredibly quiet, calm, and peaceful — making it the perfect place to relax and recharge. The surroundings were also absolutely beautiful, creating such a serene and comforting ambiance throughout the stay. But the most memorable part was definitely the hospitality. The service was truly top-notch — warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful in every detail. The staff made us feel very welcomed and cared for from the moment we arrived until check-out. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. I would definitely love to come back again in the future.

Jumeirah Bali is truly one of the most beautifully designed hotels I have stayed in. The architecture feels like a summer palace — elegant, grand, and full of Balinese charm. Every corner is incredibly photogenic, from the courtyards and pathways to the ocean views and sunset spots. It is especially perfect if you love taking beautiful photos during your stay. One detail I really appreciated was the complimentary photography experience offered by the hotel. It is such a thoughtful service and a wonderful way to capture precious memories from the trip. My photographer, Rifqi, was excellent — very experienced, professional, and great at finding the best angles and locations. I absolutely loved the photos and the memories he helped me keep.

It is clear that the General Manager has done a phenomenal job leading the team over the past four years. The staff’s attention to detail and genuine hospitality are a testament to strong, consistent leadership. A must-visit for anyone looking for the pinnacle of luxury in Bali. Thanks to Ari’s exceptional and thoughtful service, our overall impression of Jumeirah Bali was elevated even further. The breakfast, dinner at Akasa Restaurant, room condition, main pool, and Dreamland Beach all contributed to making our honeymoon incredibly happy and fulfilling. More than anything, what made this resort truly special was its people. Including Ari, every staff member treated us with genuine warmth and kindness, allowing us to feel not just comfortable, but truly cared for beyond a typical stay. Thanks to all of this, our honeymoon has become an unforgettable and precious memory. If we ever return to Bali, this is a resort we would choose again without hesitation.
