We stayed at Jumeirah Bali for almost ten days as a family, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every member of the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always had a smile on their face. Their genuine kindness and attention to detail made us feel at home. The food was excellent and the team went above and beyond to accommodate our family’s preferences. We especially appreciated how well they looked after our children. Everyone was so warm, patient, and caring, which made our stay even more relaxing. Our villa was beautiful, the resort was exceptionally clean, and the overall service was outstanding from A to Z. Thank you to the entire Jumeirah Bali team for making our family holiday so special. We will always remember this wonderful experience and would be delighted to return one day.

Had dinner at Segaran Dining Terrace at Jumeirah Bali and it was such a lovely evening. We came just before sunset, and I think that's the best time to go. The view from the restaurant is beautiful, and we got to watch the golden sunset right from our table. It made the whole experience feel so relaxing. For dinner, we ordered the Balinese duck and the salmon. Both were really good. The duck was tender and full of flavor, and the salmon was fresh, juicy, and cooked perfectly. Definitely the kind of dishes I'd order again when I come back. Also, a little appreciation for one of the staff. I think his name was Jaka... or maybe Teja (sorry, I forgot 😅). He noticed so many guests wanted photos and happily helped everyone without being asked. He even knew the best spots and angles. It's such a small gesture, but it really made the experience even better. He's definitely a great asset to the team. Overall, great food, beautiful views, and genuinely warm hospitality. Looking forward to coming back.

Jumeirah Bali delivers beautiful villas, good service, impeccable landscaping. Good food. Amazing sunset. Great kids club. And a reliable surf break - that was important to me. The pools with beautiful views. However, the only way I could go back is if someone blindfolds me from the airport until the hotel so one doesn’t have to see piles of rubbish that surround the entire drive. Trash starts right outside the gates of the hotel. Indonesia has rubbish problem. Bali has no safe drinking water. Every sip of water comes from a bottle. And these bottles are everywhere. Roadside , rice paddies, rivers, ocean. On the beach, Jumeirah bit is clean however inches away trash and people who work the beach do not care. That lack of care is disheartening despite the grass roots movements in Bali talking about the environment and the preservation. It’s just not sinking in. Plus complete lack of infrastructure and it’s a recipe for an environmental disaster which sadly Bali is living. With a heavy heart Bali is not for us to go back to. I would like to reiterate that I do like the Jumeirah brand and the hotel they build in Bali is beautiful. As an interior Designer I love that landscaping swallows the architecture. It gives it grace and a sense of belonging in the jungle.
