Karmagali Boutique Suites

The Karmagali is an excellent spot for a quiet place away from busy Sanur. This small complex is only a 10-minute walk or $2.50 taxi ride away from the Icon Bali shopping centre, Sanur's newest and most popular landmark. The Karmagali excels when it comes to guest comfort and staff service. Nothing is ever a problem. Each suite is well appointed and contains a private terrace, where breakfasts are served. Breakfasts here are something that make you keen to get out of bed and we also were highly impressed with an in-house dinner we ordered one night. All in the the Karmagali is highly recommended and it one of those places that may make you feel sorry you did not book more nights.

We had a wonderful week’s stay at Karmagali with 14 family members. The villas were very well appointed with a great pool that was a fantastic escape when things got hot or just to jump into it for a swim. The staff were very helpful, professional and friendly. Could not recommend them highly enough.

Our group of nine rented out the entire Karmagali Boutique & Suites (all seven bedrooms), and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The living quarters are beautiful and immaculately maintained, and the pool area is simply gorgeous—peaceful, relaxing, and a true oasis. The location couldn’t be better: just a 10 minute walk to the beach and Icon Mall. Here’s a tip: go through the mall’s bottom level for easy access to the beach boardwalk. Blend Café is also only a 3-minute walk away, which made breakfasts and coffee runs super convenient. The staff here are wonderful, professional, warm, and always ready to help. Putu and Sena went above and beyond every single day. And a special mention to Miss Lee, the resident cat, who completely won our hearts. She’s the sweetest and made us all feel right at home. We stayed for one week and loved every moment. Highly recommend Karmagali Boutique & Suites for anyone looking for comfort, charm, and exceptional hospitality in Sanur.

The villa was beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed. We loved having our own private pool. Any request and the staff responded immediately. We had breakfast a few times, always on time and beautifully presented. It is on a quiet residential road but once we’d discovered Grab it was easy to get out and about to restaurants.

The only shame is that it was short-lived. The breakfast was very good and offered a wide variety. The cleanliness was excellent, and the room was magnificent. But the best of all is the friendliness of the staff. Our sincere gratitude.
