Spa was amazing and just what I needed. Thank you Agung, July and the entire staff!
The flight into Bali took a lot out of me and I had slept in an unfortunate position that caused me to get a muscle cramp. The cramp was bothering me and impacting my ability to enjoy my stay. Luckily I met Agung at the spa and she was able to help me manage the muscle pain. After two days I was able to enjoy my stay to the fullest. Thank you for an amazing massage and for helping my healing process!

Kupu kupu Barong - Bali
From the minute we arrived we knew we would love it. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Every need was exceeded. The restaurant called La View has one of the best views. Looking out at a river and beautiful landscape. The room we were in was multilevel and had plenty of space. I love hearing the rain hit the roof at night. The breakfast and breakfast was amazing. Omelettes, pastries, pancakes and fresh fruit. Lots of choices and quality. We also enjoyed a couples massage in the open air overlooking the river and terrain. What a treat. It even rained a little bit which was perfect. The massage was splendid. We had such a great experience we went back the next day for another massage and facial. Both were fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about Kupu Kupu. We really appreciated the goodbye from the manager Ketut.

Gorgeous resort, excellent food & top notch spa
The resort is an oasis in the midst of Ubud. It is actually stunning and so very quiet, private and beautiful. The staff could not be more lovely or helpful. Everything was wonderful.
