Amazing views, Attentive staff great spa.
We had an amazing memorable stay here. Our flight was delayed and we checked in around 1 am. As the restaurant was closed when we checked in, Staff had prepared sandwiches for us in case we were hungry. This was very well appreciated by our kids. Our villa had a private pool with amazing views! Staff including Wira, Tuya, Dewa, Karsana, Diyang, Tamun were very attentive to our needs and did everything to make our stay comfortable. The spa was exceptional as well. We took full advantage and scheduled spa appointments for all the days we were there. The spa staff was also able to change our appointment at short notice as we got delayed on of the days returning from our trip. Definitely recommend staying here!

Best resort in the area
Service is top-notch, each staff member was available to make our stay amazing. The area is so calming and staying here is like taking a journey through a lush and green forest. The sound of the river rushing through the valley just makes it all sublime. The rooms are well-thought out with great amenities, big bath tub, shower and a private pool. What an experience it was being massaged in a tree spa overlooking the valley. The food at the restaurant is delicious and all the proposed activities - water rafting, trekking, Ubud tours were fun. Massive thanks to the butlers and ladies, Mme Swatstika and team who took care of us during our stay, Mr Putu who chauffered and cared for us, and Mr Karsana and his crew for an amazing breakfast experience every day.
