Amazing Relaxing Experience
Very attentive staff (special thanks to Mlaka, the front desk, catering staff and my butler) beautiful room and lovely calm atmosphere. Food is very fresh and if you have any dietary requirements they accommodate well. Also hotel gives lots of benefits ie. Free regular shuttle to Ubud town centre and free yoga, trekking and cycling. Would highly recommend and would stay here again. Only downside is that because it’s on a hillside there are a lot of stairs

Breakfast was great! Brilliant food and Malaka was especially helpful and kind . Making it a memorable experience CANT WAIT TO COME BACK !

Amazing views, Attentive staff great spa.
We had an amazing memorable stay here. Our flight was delayed and we checked in around 1 am. As the restaurant was closed when we checked in, Staff had prepared sandwiches for us in case we were hungry. This was very well appreciated by our kids. Our villa had a private pool with amazing views! Staff including Wira, Tuya, Dewa, Karsana, Diyang, Tamun were very attentive to our needs and did everything to make our stay comfortable. The spa was exceptional as well. We took full advantage and scheduled spa appointments for all the days we were there. The spa staff was also able to change our appointment at short notice as we got delayed on of the days returning from our trip. Definitely recommend staying here!
