Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Service
I had an amazing experience at Kupu kupu Barong Villas & Spa in Ubud, Bali. The staff were excellent and incredibly friendly – every request was handled immediately and always with a smile. They truly go the extra mile to ensure you have a pleasant and comfortable stay. A special mention goes to Malake from the restaurant and Sugrah, who were both exceptionally kind, attentive, and helpful throughout my visit. Their warm hospitality made my stay even more memorable. If you’re looking for a place in Bali with beautiful surroundings, great service, and staff who genuinely care about your experience, I highly recommend Kupu Kupu Barong Villas & Spa.

My 50 th birthday celebrations
What a beautiful place delicious breakfast Palestiba and mira were very attentive and friendly at breakfast. Ngurah was very helpful and friendly made our trip fantastic as were the other staff all lovely friendly people . Will def return to this resort

Palistiba looked after us very well at breakfast as did the beautiful Mira . The retreat was just fabulous and all the staff gave us outstanding service. We will highly recommend this resort and hope to return ourselves. The biggest help in the retreat has to go to Ngurah he helped us with everything and a great asset to your retreat. Great stay. Worth the price
We had a great experience at Kupa Kupa . The views were amazing . The beds so comfortable. Everything looked like the photos on Expedia. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you Palestiba for being attentive at breakfast :)

perfect stay in Bali for honeymooners
The Hotel is more than perfect, and the rooms are so clean and my Husband and I stayed in a river view pool villa, the food is good at the Restaurant and Palestiba and Krishna were so helpful and nice to us.
