Best hotel in bali
Extremely nice people, they lighten up your day, very welcoming, extremely professional and accommodating, very helpful staff, very nice, joyful and positive hotel, i highly recommend

Special stay in Ubud
We had a 9 days stay here, we enjoyed each single moment, nice resort, 10 for location with a great villa with a small infinity pool, wonderful view on the jungle and river, partially rice terrace too, what a staff! 10 for all of them, people always smiling and ready to support in any way they can! Also when they are out of working hours( like happened to us for a night trip to a clinic) , a special thanks to Karsana, Palestiba and Danti at restaurant ( but all of them too), special thanks to Svastika for a wonderful day out on side car, and a very special thanks to the guy( I don’t remember the name) who took us to hospital that night, you made a great memories and definitely we will be back! Defo recommend

Very Nice Retreat
The whole retreat is amazing, pretty views, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Karsana and Palestiba were very very nice and always brought the best service to the table.
