Best Indian restaurants in Ubud
While the location is fantabulous so are many other resorts the locality. What sets Kupu Kupu apart is they hired an actual Indian Chef in their Indian restaurant. As there will be floating customers all the time, Suraj can easily get away with serving anything and naming it as Indian food. But he took the high road and he ensured that authenticity takes the front seat when preparing Indian food items. If there is any one reason I would suggest any Indian tourists to stay at KUPU KUPU other than the exquisite location and beautifully placed tree houses, it would be to satisfy oneself with home food prepared by Suraj Negi. We visited this place in November and I'm writing the review in March by remembering Mr.Suraj's name. That tells you how much we were impressed.

The ultimate stay in Ubud!
We were here at Kupu Kupu Barong, Ubud for our honeymoon. We spent 3 nights at this place and it was undoubtedly the most beautiful part of our trip. Amazing views, stupendously wonderful villas, ultimate hospitality. Mira was extremely kind and helpful all through our stay. Highly recommend

Quiet getaway
Puspa the massage therapist was wonderful, what a beautiful place to get a massage. in a treetop overlooking the forest, rice fields, and river. Hotel is beautiful. They up grated our room to a river view with private plug pool. Only thing it’s a bit far from everything , very secluded . If you are looking for a quiet getaway , this is the perfect place. The staff is very friendly . thank you Visnja.
