The Legian Bali

We have had the best time of our lives in Bali, as first time visitors! We celebrated our 20th anniversary and the experience was beyond our belief. The Legian Seminyak has by far shown what true service is all about. The intention behind every request, and the extra thoughtfulness, followed by the commitment to customer satisfaction…absolutely amazing. The property is breathtaking, but more importantly the place feels like a home. We’re from the United States, and we’ve stayed in plenty of high-end hotels across the world, and we have our top three, but this hotel surpassed them all. It’s not about the name brand and amount of perks included with the room. It was about the unsaid things, that blew us away and we will always remember. From the concierge helping with recommendations and itineraries, food, club, and excursions (each one being 100% on point to our liking, and more importantly to our taste), to the start of each day…the staff is superb. The rooms, always smelled good and refreshed throughout the day…the housekeeping was pristine and detailed! The breakfast…the start to our day…made us want to stay at the hotel and never leave. Every day was different, and they were able to modify each offering for any food allergies. They always had plenty of everything and we never had a dull meal. I mean seriously, they catered to every need and fulfilled all our wishes. This hotel provides the freshest, tastiest, and most mouthwatering dishes! After every long day, we would return to the hotel and feel so good entering the lobby, smiles on our faces always…love in our hearts and most importantly…peace. I can go on and on, and if we could go back more often we would…but be sure of it…we will be back!! Thank you!!’

From the moment we arrived for our 10-day stay, we received nothing but exceptional service, comfort, and the beautiful Balinese hospitality. Special shout-out to Nopi and the crew at the Sunset Bar. Evening drinks after a big day were always a highlight. The Restaurant was also fantastic, with great choice, and we were lucky to be there when Chef Chris Malone was visiting; the Steak and Jazz night was great. As were the staff, with special mention to the breakfast crew, Winnie, Dewa and Ashi. Awesome! The general grounds and shared facilities were clean and well kept. There is some renovation of rooms going on, which is needed as our room was a bit dated. But this didn't distract from our overall experience. Looking forward to being back there next year!

We were fortunate enough to receive a room upgrade, and it exceeded all our expectations. The suite was spacious, bright, beautifully decorated, and impeccably maintained. Every little detail had been thoughtfully considered, and the small touches made our stay feel so luxurious and memorable. The food throughout the resort was absolutely outstanding. Every meal was beautifully presented, full of flavour, and of the highest quality. Dining at The Legian was one of the highlights of our stay. The location is simply perfect—right on the beach and within easy walking distance of Seminyak's fantastic restaurants, boutiques, beach clubs, and everything this vibrant area has to offer. The Legian is the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and world-class service. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an unforgettable Bali experience!

Absolutely phenomenal first class hotel right on the beach. I compare it to the legendary Plaza Hotel in New York in the 1960's -- astonishing service, amazing staff, incredible food, and absolute ocean front location. I'll never forget the breakfast buffet!!

It was a perfect stay, the general manager was very professional and made sure that we had a wonderful time.
