Wow! NUSA DUA Resort is amazingly beautiful and so easy to get around especially if you have any difficulties or disabilities. This place is for you. I give it 20 stars out of 10 because it is a bliss. The surrounding is a panoramic view of the ocean, with light breeze, the staff are extraordinary with their beautiful appreciation of their customer and are there to make sure one has a beautiful and calming experience. The spa and massages are heavenly performed by Hendra , who is extremely experienced and did an amazing massage I will always ask for her in my future visit. The restaurants are amazing and of high standard.. the staff are all at your becon call with a smile. I remember especially FILEY at the Balinese Raja's restaurant, she was amazing and welcomed us and explained what we were about to eat , had great knowledge of the food and so professional. Everyone'at the concierge were very helpful, especially Susrtana and Putra with amazing personality. Wonderful person. The Chess bar, were so efficient, creative, with their style of cocktails, wines, beers and mojitos were exceptionally delicious, the team worked in harmony, just watching them was awesome and the service was first class. The restaurants Tamarind, Raja's, Maguro, Cabana all were excellent. Wedang Jahe is breakfast restaurant. The food is of very high standard and they have so many choices of cuisine which is absolutely delectable. You must visit this place to see for yourselves. Dwik Was a sensational waitress. So kind and helpful. Great conversation and excellent English. The food was inventive and delicious.

We had a fantastic time at the Hotel & Spa resort. The staff were amazing, the food and drink was great and the location was spectacular. The Spa, lap pool, gym, saunas and steam rooms were awesome too! Just overall a brilliant place to chill and relax.

Rizky was amazing at serving us delicious cocktails at the pool bar. We loved him! We came after a nice lunch on the beach and Rizky went above and beyond to look after us. I would definitely recommend him to a friend!

Having paid extra for the palace rooms was hoping for nothing but the best but sadly lacking. Pros and cons - pros comfortable large bed great shower. Club breakfast room lovely good choice refined and staff lovely. Cons rooms not 5 star quite dated pillows needs replacing (asked for another and still no good) room too close to restaurant therefore noisy as early start everyday. Pool not enough loungers hotel could make much better use of area around large pool screens of greenery around restaurants and loungers and umbrellas all around the large main pool this would also enhance atmosphere and increase trade. Which bring me to food and drinks restaurants all good selection but what I can't understand is the cost of drinks ++. At one dinner we ordered 2 drinks and it was just nearly the same price as the meal which is ridiculous. another time we ordered one lemon lime and bitters and the cost was $8.40. Overall a costly stay that I believed would have been luxurious has been a let down would I return no I believe there is a lot better for the price.
