Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa

We stayed at this hotel for the first two weeks of Sept to celebrate out 40th Wedding Anniversary, staying in a Lagoon Pool room with access to the lounge and we have to say how much we enjoyed our stay. A big thank you to all the team at the Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa who made our stay and celebration so special from the moment we arrived with flowers in our room and chocolates. The hotel and the gardens are amazing and we could not have chosen a better hotel for our stay. The lounge backs onto a beautiful garden and pond which makes you feel so relaxed overlooking the garden whilst having breakfast and evening cocktails. The service was first class and everyone was so polite and friendly. We stayed all-inclusive and ate in all the restaurants, our favourite being the Tamarind which sits on the beach front. We booked a romantic meal through this restaurant and had a 6 course meal on the beach which was an amazing way to celebrate our anniversary. Thank you to the staff for making our evening so special. The pools are surrounded by palm trees and beautiful trees with pretty flowers which added to the relaxing atmosphere. We had read about sun lounges being reserved with towels whilst guests went for breakfast but the hotel was strict about this and would remove towels from lounges if guests did this, which we thought was fair and allowed sun lounges to be available. I would say that the hotel could do with more sun lounges around the pool as guests were struggling to find empty one. However, there are plenty more on the beach if you prefer to spend the day overlooking the sea. The Spa pool is so relaxing if you want to spend some peaceful time just lounging and listening to Balinese music playing softly in the back ground. If there was something that could be improved it would be easy access to the sun terrace from the lagoon pool rooms as to get to the sun lounges which are dedicated to these rooms you have to go into the lagoon pool to get to the beds. Additionally there is no bar service to this area. As we were staying all-inclusive we wanted to use the bar service but in this area it was not possible. There is a small bar at the Spa pool which could be used with the call bell service used around the main pool to order drinks as required. Overall we had an amazing holiday made all the better by the wonderful hotel staff. Thank you so much 🙏🙏

Had a wonderful experience and good fun at Dream Studio Bali having professional photos done with my husband. The pictures were all so lovely which made choosing our favourites very difficult. The photographer captured some lovely memories for us. I would highly recommend.

Wow! What a beautiful hotel! We’ve travelled a lot but the welcome at The Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa was the best. The staff are amazing and all so kind. The location is directly on the beautiful beach and the gardens are exquisitely landscaped. A special thank you to Arini for making us so very welcome and making our vacation one we will always treasure.

Absolutely amazing experience! The facilities, grounds, and accommodation exude a beautiful traditional Balinese aesthetic. We enjoyed the delicious food offered in each of the onsite restaurants. The beautiful, genuine and kind hospitality of all the staff deserve a mention - one of the many reasons we love coming back to Bali.

Fantastic hotel, great lagoon room, great fo relaxation.Close to the airport and in the middle of Nusa Dua full of luxury hotels. Long trip to Bali, but worth the money.
