Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa

My family goes every year to nusa dua beach hotel and spa, this year, by accident my mother broke one shoulder and needed surgery and physiotherapy. The support given by the hotel was amazing, I was joining later and my father told me that was not needed to go earlier because was having all the support needed. The hotel provided for example transport to the hospital whenever was needed for my parents to go to hospital. I have not enough words to thanks the hotel staff and specially Arini, that even talked directly with the doctor. Since I am not able to go every time that my parents are going, knowing they have this level of support makes me trust that if anything happens they will not be only by themselves. Big thank you!

Lovely, authentic hotel with the most wonderful staff. Special mention to the always happy Hanna. Two week stay of non stop sun in mid to late March.

We stayed here as a couple in May and it is the most luxurious hotel we have stayed in, we loved every minute of it! The outstanding service, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The amazing food, it's the best we have tasted and the variety was fantastic too! The rooms were clean and spacious and had a really nice Balinese feel to them. The hotel itself was guarded which made you feel safe and looked after, and within a few minutes walk you can get to a nearby shopping area with bars and restaurants which was lovely too. You aren't too far from the airport here either which is handy, and can soon get to the port to go over to Penida island. The beach was so peaceful and nice soft sand, can't recommend this hotel enough!

This is our second time staying at this resort. Both times the resort has lived up to our expectations. Everything is immaculately looked after and maintained. The staff a wonderful, professional and friendly. the food at the restaurants are world class. One of their 4 restaurants is right on the beach looking out over the bay. They have a day Spa that is also world class. Once you have stayed at the resort, you will understand why we came back a second time and why we will continue coming back in the future.
