Lovely stay
One of the highlights is the endless stretch of beach just beyond the resort, allowing guests to step directly from the hotel onto soft sand and enjoy uninterrupted ocean views. This exceptional setting is complemented by the friendly and attentive staff, impeccable service, an outstanding breakfast, and breathtaking sunsets, making for a truly memorable stay.

This is our third stay which says everything. We love the hotel, the staff and the peace and quiet. If you want to feel special and looked after, don't go anywhere else. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, you are always number one. All the staff are brilliant and it would be unfair to single out individuals as they are all superb. Sophisticated luxury with exemplary service and the nicest, kindest staff.
This is my third year of staying at The Oberoi Beach Resort in Bali. Why keep coming back when there are so many lovely resorts throughout the entire island? Easy. It feels like home!!!! The level of service is second to none. From the moment you walk through customs and are ushered to the awaiting transfer everything runs smoothly and nothing is a problem. The air of polite familiarity at check-in to breakfast (they know what fresh juice I like) to the pool, room attendants and room service team, the service is consistently so very good. One day a glass was accidently broken at our villa and one of the gardners rushed in to ensure everyone was OK and then meticulously cleaned away the shattered glass. This reflects the overall culture of The Oberoi team - sincere care and kindness in every task undertaken. This is why we go back year after year. This is why it's our Bali home. Hey team, see you in September 2027!
