The Oberoi Beach Resort, Bali

Wonderful location, perfect service, relaxing atmosphwre. good food. We will come back, if we visit Bali again and might stay longer

We were 4 families visiting Bali for 5 days. The staff was properly trained, friendly amd walys helpful. I would pay my regards to Mr John (heading Oberoi Bali) for his extreme care that i expereimced when I got stomach infection. Every 30min, someone was sent to my room to keep a check on me as my grouo was out that day according to our plans. I was served coconut water, dal soup etc as i wanted. A relaxing balenese Room massage was given to me. I always have high expectations from Oberois and they live upto it everytime

From the moment we arrived, the team made everything effortless, buggy calls were always prompt and seamless, and we were always taken care of with genuine warmth. Breakfast felt like a truly special experience each morning, with attentive staff who remembered our preferences and made us feel personally looked after. The restaurant team in particular stood out for their thoughtfulness; they remembered our needs without us having to repeat ourselves, including accommodating baby food requirements and even noticing when my husband had missed a meal. These small but meaningful gestures made a real difference and reflected a level of care that felt very authentic. We’ve stayed at quite a few hotels in Bali with beautiful pools and newer facilities, but honestly, none of them compare to The Oberoi. What really sets it apart is the service, it’s on another level. Warm, attentive, and so personal without ever feeling over the top. The location is also something special. It feels completely secluded and peaceful, yet you’re right in the heart of Seminyak, which is quite rare. On top of that, the food is incredible and the overall standard across everything is consistently high. It just feels like a very well thought-out experience from start to finish. It’s definitely one of those places that stays with you, and we would absolutely come back.

I adore The Oberoi Beach Resort Bali! Having stayed on numerous occasions, each time I am completely delighted with the level of service, the cleanliness, friendliness and the amazingly quiet, restorative atmosphere. The housekeeping staff consider every little touch, the rooms are wonderful and the food (especially breakfast) is sooo delicious! I would never consider staying anywhere else in Seminyak. You shouldn't either! It's great value and guaranteed to put a huge smile on your face.

Exceptional hotel offering the highest service levels in the most superb location in Seminyak. To meander through the gardens to the pool, restaurants, spa or beach is very calming.
