We really enjoyed the hospitality of the staffs, atmosphere and the accommodation. Surely we will be coming back.

WOW what a place, everyone working at Peppers Seminyak should get a gold star. From the moment we arrived late at night, the reception staff checked us in seamlessly and organised for us to escorted to our 2 x 3 bedroom pool villas. To showing us around all the bedrooms and main living areas, with detailed explanation and ensuring we are all ok. We had 5 nights at Peppers and enjoyed every moment. Nothing to much for the staff, so friendly and happy to help always. From the restaurant staff in the morning, to lunch around the pool and cocktails in the bar in the afternoons. Shout out to the lovely young slight man (cant remember his name) but always so helpful and smiling. To Yuni at concierge who helped us decide where to dine each night and answer all my silly questions. To the man who drove us numerous times a day to Seminyak Square and the beach - nothing ever a problem. The villas are well appointed and filtered water provided in the main living room. Pool refreshing for a swim, and we ordered room service a few times always prompt and as ordered. I highly recommend Peppers - A true oasis in the hectic Seminyak - awesome breakfast menu. All 10 of us visited the spa for masssages and facials and was wonderful.

Peppers Semiyak is a wonderful place to stay. Location is great and so quiet but close enough to all the action. Handy on demand free shuttle service is excellent. Staff are all so friendly and amazing. Not one of their team were below the most brilliant standards of perfect customer service. Food was always cooked to perfection. We had a 3 bedroom villa and were blown away with it - so much space, especially with two teenage boys who had their own buildings. Our own pool to dip in was a treat. Cleanliness across the whole resort and manicured gardens show that Peppers is of the very highest standard. We will be back for sure! Well done to the whole Peppers team! Great job!
