Peppers Seminyak

This was our second visit to Peppers Seminyak in 2 years. The reasons for such a high rating are twofold. 1) The resort itself is excellent in our opinion. The grounds are beautiful. The villa's, while some are a little outdated, are well appointed and completely functional. The pools, both in villa and main, are excellent. The water temperature is just right. The restaurant is very well appointed, with both ala carte and help yourself options. The resort is very generous with both options. The food quality is very good, with a great range of both local and international food. The common areas of the resort, pool, restaurant etc are very well maintained and very clean. The villa's are cleaned daily. While we were there the resort hosted two weddings. Both looked fabulous and, despite a DJ and actual live band, the noise was kept to a minimum and wound up at a very reasonable hour. 2) The staff. Outstanding. While there are many excellent resorts in Bali, it is the people that had us returning inside a year, with the plan to return for a third time next year. In our experience, EVERY member of staff were kind, friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Nothing was too much trouble. There are a few stand out members of staff, though, that deserve a special mention. Astini, Diantini, Kris, Oka and Yanie. Over our consecutive visits, they have actually become friends. Last year we were there with our immediate family, and this year it was just the two of us. Our family are very jealous, and keen to return. We can't wait to see them again next year! Also, a special shout out to the young woman at reception that facilitated our move from 58 to 1. I'm so sorry that your name escapes me, but thank you so much. You sorted our problem immediately. We highly recommend Peppers Seminyak.

Don’t recommend! Very tired and out of date. Needs painting, cleaning and replacing A cupboards fell off and wouldn’t shut. Gardens have been let go - weeds and fallen debris everywhere. Do NOT let them put you in Villa 47. It’s unbearably noisy!! We asked the move - they moved us to Villa 36. Much better. I got the feeling this happens all the time but why put good paying customers in there in the first place. On Saturday night there was a party next door - that went on till 4.30. We didn’t get much sleep. The best thing about Peppers Seminyak were the buggy drivers - friendly, accommodating and helpful. Without them the resort would be 1 star instead of my 3 star rating. The food was good and the location is excellent.

Stayed 4nights as a family of 4 (2x primary school aged children). Had booked 2bed villa but noticed online that living/dining/kitchen was not enclosed/in aircon. Was very kindly upgraded to 3bed villa that had enclosed living space at check in. The bedrooms were not interconnecting so our kids still preferred the safety of sharing a room but nonetheless we appreciated the extra space. Villa fixtures slightly dated but always clean. Staff very friendly and attentive. Very responsive to our call for urgent cleaning one night. Recommend the in villa BBQ dinner - fabulous experience. Location is slightly further away from the heart of Seminyak/Legian/Kuta (where we have previously stayed) so was very quite and peaceful. Could not hear any neighbours or even a wedding party that was happening one night. Free kids club, was quiet at the time and more for younger kids, but only for use while we were within the resort. Otherwise, babysitting is required if we wanted to go out. Spa treatments were wonderful - tween daughter raved about it! Only feedback would be that body scrubs should be before the massage - as all the beautiful oils then got scrubbed off and returned to villa desperately needing a thorough rinse. Very minor, though impacted spa experience. Overall a wonderful stay and great value as a holiday package with some great inclusions.

Our experience was awesome, of note, Wayan was super helpful and very professional, he also went out of his way to help us out on numerous occasions.

We recently had our second stay at the 3-bedroom villa at Peppers and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The villa was extremely clean, spacious and very well maintained, which made our stay incredibly comfortable and relaxing. The service throughout our stay was exceptional! It was warm, attentive and always helpful. The location was also fantastic, with many great massage places, restaurants, clubs and bars conveniently nearby, making it easy to enjoy everything Bali has to offer. A special thank you to Ketut and Yoga for their outstanding hospitality and kindness during our stay. They truly went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient stay in Bali. We would definitely love to come back again!
