The Peppers team truly elevated our experience with their exceptional service. Every team member we encountered were warm, courteous, and genuinely cared. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Our son wanted to stay at Peppers for his 18th birthday and it was made all the more special with the team embracing him on his special day. Their kindness leaves a lasting impression on us every time. We stayed in one of the private pool villas, and it was an absolute dream. . It was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed perfect for relaxing. The private pool became our daily sanctuary. The gym is perfect for a holiday workout and they now have a sauna and cold plunge pool. It was very hard to leave. Thank-you Peppers team for all that you do and we look forward to returning soon.

3 bedroom presidential suite - all ensuites, huge pool and kitchen/living room - all with fans and aircon. This was our 2nd visit to Peppers as we love the spacious and private villas and the included breakfast with the beautiful friendly staff. The free shuttle will happily take you to Seminyak Square / Market, Mrs Sippy / Potato Head and Bodyworks. They have a small kids club right next to the outdoor dining and main pool. We love playing a bit of pool in the evenings. It’s a great central location!

Peppers Seminyak is an exceptional hotel and villa to stay in. Exactly what we needed at the end of our Bali trip. 3 BR villa was outstanding - super clean and very spacious for us all to relax. The service and all the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Our family chose very specifically to stay at Peppers for our first ever family holiday to Bali. We wanted somewhere really special as we were celebrating some significant milestones, and somewhere that could cater to the various needs of our family. We were blown away upon arrival by the loveliness of our accommodation, and continued to feel that way throughout our stay due to the loveliness of the staff and the way that particular requests of ours were handled. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Peppers, (it was very hard to leave), and hope it may be possible for us to return in the future.
