Wow wow wow, We recently spent six nights at Peppers Seminyak in the three bedroom Presidential Villa suite with my wife, two young daughters and elderly parents, and it was honestly one of the best resort experiences I've had anywhere in the world. The grounds were lush, green and beautifully maintained. Every day our villa was cleaned by a team of around five staff, beds made, fresh pool towels, pool spotless. Breakfast was consistently excellent. I kept going back to the salmon and scrambled egg bagel with a side of hash browns and my wife loved the shakshuka. And the free-flow cocktails between 4 and 6 PM were true to name. Glass half empty and the staff were offering the next one. Service across the board was warm, generous, and genuinely caring. My parents were looked after with golf cart rides whenever they needed over the resort to and from breakfast. We also mentioned they were struggling with the steps in our private villa pool, and the maintenance team actually came and created an additional step to make it easier and safer. That meant a lot. The onsite gym was seriously impressive—brand new equipment plus sauna and cold plunge. We also received daily one-hour spa massages for each room per day, which was an incredible added value. Transportation was easy too. The courtesy shuttle ran us wherever we needed around Seminyak, even directly to restaurants. And on our final day, with a late flight out, the team checked us out and still provided a two-bedroom villa for us to relax and shower in. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare. Overall, this was a genuine five out of five-star stay. I've stayed at a lot of hotels worldwide, and Peppers Seminyak stands out. We left feeling looked after, relaxed, and already talking about coming back. If you want the best of both worlds with a resort feel with the privacy of your own massive villa then this is a must.

We took our 3 kids 14, 6 and 5 year olds to stay in a 3 bedroom villa and couldn’t fault it. The staff are extremely friendly and always go out of their way to help. The villa was very private with a big pool and all the expected amenities. We will definately come back
