Friendly, warm, genuine & enthusiastic greetings from all staff at every interaction. No request was too much & many staff even remembered our names from the first day making our experience even more personalised. The front office guest staff always offered a welcoming smile & a hello & an offer to assist with any requests whether it be a buggy ride to our villa or to Seminyak Square or booking transport to visit other areas of Bali. They always enquired as to how our stay was going & if there was anything they could do more. The main bar/dining (Laneway) was immaculately clean & the food/drinks were made to order & very well priced. We ate most meals here & could not fault any of it as it would have to be the some of the best quality food I’ve ever had in Bali. Tasty, delicious & fresh. I would like to make a special mention to the staff members Astini & both Yuni’s as their customer service was exceptional. I wish I had more names to add as all staff made our stay an enjoyable & memorable one. Our 3 bedroom villa was absolutely beautiful & the pool area stunning. Each bedroom was spacious & clean & housekeeping staff did an amazing job in maintaining these standards regularly. Any issues such as extra pool towels & an issue we had with the blue tooth speaker in the villa were addressed immediately. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here & would definitely recommend.

6 Night Stay at Peppers in our 3 bedroom villa 23 We were met with the warmest welcome from the check in team 5 stars The Laneways restaurant was an amazing experience the food was freshly cooked & made to order & would have to be some of the nicest food we have had when visiting Bali & to top it off our daily Mimosas 5 stars. All the staff were amazing & nothing was too much trouble. Our Biggest shoutout has to go to Yuni & Astini these too beautiful ladies made our stay 6 stars from their service & hospitality remembering what we liked & making us feel like celebrities. My stay at this villa was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The location is quite strategic in the main area of Seminyak. Only 5 minutes on foot to the beach. The moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm hospitality and a seamless check-in experience that immediately set the tone for a truly luxurious stay. The 3 bed rooms were beautifully designed, spacious, and impeccably clean, with elegant décor and high-quality amenities that made it feel both sophisticated and comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, creating a relaxing and refined atmosphere. Last but not least is the spacious private swimming pool, make me won't leave the villa along the day. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the exceptional service. The staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making guests feel valued and cared for. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with anything made the stay even more special. The facilities were excellent, and the overall ambiance of the hotel reflected true luxury and comfort. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy a premium hospitality experience. I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a five-star stay. I would gladly return and look forward to my next visit.
