Peppers Seminyak

Booked 3 villas for family get together. 2 x 2bedroom were in need of complete upgrade. 3br was good though. Staff tried hard to upgrade us but school holidays and resort full. These villas are privately owned and just managed by Accor:Peppers. The overall standard is definitely not 5 star. Dirty furniture, mould etc. Many people write glowing reviews however our 7 day stay was disappointing and very expensive. Positive was the Spa, very good.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Peppers Resort Seminyak and couldn't have been happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome with their genuine warmth, friendliness, and willingness to help with anything we needed. Their exceptional service truly made our stay special. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and impeccably maintained, providing the perfect place to relax after exploring Seminyak. Every detail reflected the high standard of the resort. A special mention has to go to the breakfast buffet, which was absolutely amazing. There was an incredible variety of fresh, delicious options each morning, catering to every taste, and it was the perfect way to start the day. Thank you to everyone at Peppers Resort Seminyak for making our holiday so memorable. We would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Bali and can't wait to return!

I would definitely recommend this resort for a wonderful Bali experience. The resort is private and quiet. It is well maintained. We had a villa with our own private pool. The main pool is quite surrounded by foliage with plenty of lounge chairs. The bar is right there for you to grab a drink or snack. They make great cocktails and we had breakfast and quite a few evening meals at the restaurant. The food was extremely good. Location is good you can walk into the centre or grab a taxi. The beach is walking distance if you are looking to catch a sunset or just a walk along the beach. We also enjoyed a fabulous massage at the resort everything is well presented very clean and professional. They offer some great value packages at this resort. However the absolute highlight of this holiday was the staff. Extremely attentive accommodating and so warm and friendly. I would like to say thank you to each and everyone one of them from reception to the housemaids. A very special thank you to Christine , Diantini and Astini my apologies to the young man as I’ve forgotten his name whom served us in the restaurant they were all exceptional.

Fabulous location. The villas are gorgeous. The staff are amazing. Astini was a great host in the bar.

Our villa was fantastic with lots of room for (the 3 of) us to spread out and have a terrific, relaxing time. Nothing was ever too much trouble for any of the staff. Everyone we dealt with at the hotel was friendly and enthusiastic and a pleasure to speak to. The housekeeping staff even left us a bottle of fish food to feed the fish in our pond when we commented on them - which we LOVED doing!! We can’t wait to come back.
