The room was very clean and we didn't face any problems with animals or insects, the hotel view was spectacular and really refreshing, all staff has great hospitality and work ethics, all of them were very nice to us and when they knew that we are on our honeymoon they gave us every night fresh fruits and a chocolate cake beside a another authentic dessert, they provide a very high level of privacy so it was perfect staying there❤️

All facilities were helpful and great , people were very kind and make everything comfortable. They clean villa everyday and was keen for showing the best of the place . The food is perfect and have extra plus point that you can order 24/7 whatever you want.

If you want somewhere tranquil and authentically Balinese look no further. Views across the valley to the forest will never be forgotten. Cannot recommend highly enough. Staff were attentive and very helpful making lots of useful suggestions for places to go and see. We had breakfast, lunch and room service here and all were tasty and well presented

My husband and I stayed for 7 nights for our 40th Anniversary. It was by far the best experience we've ever had in a resort. The staff are absolutely amazing. They are the kindest, happiest, friendliest, beautiful people who go way beyond to make you feel special and like you're the only guests there. They always remembered and used our names. The villa was gorgeous......huge! Very comfy bed and great air con. The bathroom was even better than the photos. The outdoor shower was great as was the indoor one. The views were spectacular. The pool was much bigger than we expected and had incredible views of the forest. We just couldn't get enough of the infinity pool and stunning views!! We had 2 floating breakfasts which was really special and I had 4 fantastic massages. The 36 villas are on the side of a hill with the river at the bottom but no need to walk anywhere......dial 0 and get a buggy anytime. Housekeeping was also amazing with 2 per day, turn down at night and extra towels etc. Butler service with lots of smiles anytime we wanted anything. Breakfast were really great and lots to choose from. Package dinner menu was too western for us but the chef was more than happy to cook up Balinese/Indonesian food especially for us and it was absolutely beautiful food...........thanks Chef, we loved it!! Thanks Puri Wulundari for an amazing 7 nights, we'll miss you and will definitely be back xxxxxxx

Our room overlooked the jungle, beautiful view! The room and facility are beautiful and no detail is left un-noticed, the staff keep this place immaculate and are constantly checking in with guests. Rice fields surround the hotel which add extra beauty. Ubud is a great place to stay and central.5+++++
