Luxurious relaxation
This was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. We had our own villa with an infinity pool and the view was breathtaking, just like in the pictures. The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. They even greeted us with our name every time they walked by. The hotel is a bit far from the centre, but they had included transportation a couple of times a day. Also, it was easy to get a taxi if the rides didn’t fit our schedule. The location was perfect for relaxation and enjoying the stunning jungle view. The food was pretty okay, but nothing exceptional. Despite that, the staff was excellent once again and they carefully took allergies into account, for example. All in all, the hotel was very peaceful, quiet and a perfect place to pamper yourself.

Exactly the escape we needed

Perfect place to unwind

Nice hotel in balinese style
The hotel is located near to rice fields a little bit outside of Ubud. The whole area of the hotel is designed in a typical balinese style, what was one of the important thing for chossing this hotel. The personal is really friendly from the gardener or room maid until to the resort manager who is every time interested in the satisfaction of the guests. Small disadvantage is the location outside of Ubud. This makes walks to the city impossible. On the other side the location outside the city Makel the hotel quite and relaxing. And the hotel offer an shuttle service to the town 3 times every day. We love this hotel and would come back every time.
