Rimba Jimbaran Bali by Ayana

We had a great time here! We came here for afternoon tea, but before that, one of the farmers here kindly showed us around the farm and experienced what they grew here. I could eat corns here and it was sweet and tasty! Of course afternoon tea itself was great! Thank you Sindu and Indra. I will definitely recommend this!

We had the most incredible stay at the Rimba estate. This was perfect for our family with plenty of pools and the most jaw dropping sunset views from our room. Other than the sheer beauty of the property, the other stand out feature is the staff. Every single one of them showing exemplary service with a smile. During the stay I used the fitness centre which was great, a huge shout out to ‘Risky’ who gave me great 1:1 time and helped me with stretching. I’d also like to thank the lovely staff in the breakfast canteen who put up with my many requests. We lost our glasses one day and the hotel found them and personally delivered them to our room. That’s service for you! Overall I can’t say quite enough great things about this hotel. The food is outstanding, the pools are divine and the staff are brilliant. What an amazing hotel. I read about this in Singapore a few months ago - and knew I had to stay. Well done whoever is doing their PR!

We had an amazing time at Ayana. The resort itself is beautiful, with a lot of amenities and activities (we especially loved Tevana Gardens), but the highlight was really the friendly and kind staff. Every staff member that we came across was incredibly helpful and genuine. I felt that each person went above and beyond to make the guests feel welcome in the resort and more so, in Bali. This made it such a wonderful place to stay and a very memorable experience. I would especially like to mention Sindu and Ketut Aretha, who delivered room service to us, and were so lovely. The staff at reception, driving the trams, housekeeping, in reception, at the pool, in the children’s play area, and really everywhere in the resort were wonderful. Thank you for making us feel welcome in your beautiful country of Bali!

This venue and its satellite locations are exceptional. Friendly staff, impeccable service. A few things to note. 1. The Chinese are somewhat rude, lack manners and are of the opinion everything is for them only. 2. The Japanese & Korean are delightful. Polite friendly & courteous. The Unique rooftop bar at Rimba needs to be adults only all day every day Too many screaming yelling children for my liking given the cost I am paying. The bungalows on the main Rimba pool need a booking system as the Chinese seem to think they belong to them only. Some placed their belongings and walked off without use. Very selfish. All in all a fabulous resort.

I wanted to create special memories with my child on a trip for just the two of us, so I chose Ayana for its wide range of kids’ activities—and it turned out to be an excellent choice! We stayed at Rimba, and from check-in to check-out, Felany took care of us with kindness and thoughtful attention that left a lasting impression. Throughout our stay, she greeted us by name and provided prompt assistance whenever needed, making us feel like we were staying at a friend’s home. Ayana offers a variety of experiences across its multiple hotels and vast grounds—there’s always something to see and enjoy. The modern atmosphere of Rimba, combined with a very comfortable and clean room condition, added to our satisfaction. Communication through the app was convenient as well—special thanks to Listi and Prasetya, who kindly helped me register for the Green Camp activity at 6 a.m. on the same day! With all the kid-friendly activities and thoughtful services, I found myself wishing we could stay longer next time.
