I recently stayed at Ayana Rimba, and I felt compelled to take a moment to recognise one of your team members who truly made our experience exceptional!! From the moment we arrived, Jecky (at check-in) stood out for all the right reasons. We came in with a booking issue — one that was entirely our own mistake — and rather than making us feel embarrassed or rushed, Jecky handled the entire situation with remarkable patience and empathy. He listened carefully, offered clear and practical solutions, and never once made us feel like we were a burden. That kind of grace under pressure is rare, and it did not go unnoticed. Throughout the check-in process, Jecky remained warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. He made what could have been a stressful start to our trip feel completely seamless. It was clear that he wasn’t just going through the motions — he actually cared about making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Staff like Jecky are the reason guests come back and the reason I will confidently recommend Ayana Rimba to my family and friends. I sincerely hope that the management team recognises what a wonderful asset he is to the property. He is a true reflection of what five-star hospitality should look and feel like. Did the garden discovery walk at Tevana Gardens today at Ayana Resort with my husband at 7.15am. Our tour guide was wonderful. He was welcoming, friendly, remembered our names, informative and very interactive. We learned a lot about the gardens, the resort and Balinese culture. Would highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at RIMBA by AYANA Bali. The resort is absolutely beautiful, with incredible facilities and stunning views throughout the property. One of the highlights was the amazing sunsets — truly some of the best we have ever seen. There are so many great restaurant options to choose from, with a wide variety of food and fantastic dining experiences across the resort. The team were always friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating during our stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, RIMBA by AYANA Bali exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious stay in Bali.

Guided garden walk tour by Hendra was amazing… what a way to start the day! Highly recommended… learnt so much and have beautiful memories and photos!
