Great experience
We had a wonderful afternoon tea at the farm. ADI's service was excellent; after tea, ADI MON even gave us a tour of the farm's vegetables and fruits.

Started troublesome but Ended Better than all expectations!
It was our second time at Rimba - Family of 4 with two children. We came back to Rimba as our first time was an amazing experience, however this time we travelled during Balis peak season in July which we really could feel in the Resort 😅 Unfortunately it was quite crowded at the breakfast and pools. We had booked the pool access room and I felt the room structure was not very well planned with a too small bathroom - the first day I was quite depressed and mentioned it to the Rimba team and asked if we could change the room category. Even though they were super busy and fully booked the manager Gues De really took the time for us and find us a solution to change into another room category- the change really made our stay so much more enjoyable and also I would recommend the resort to my friends as they actually listen to the guest and ensure their wellbeing in even such a busy time. Thank you Gues De for making our stay a little extra special and we will definitely be back 😀

Good experience for family holiday
Location is close to DPS airport. Lots of family activities. Service is good, free activities like guided walk in the beautiful garden, our guide Hendra is very knowledgeable and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable.
