If you're looking to have some peace and quiet, this is the place for you. Extensive breakfast, gorgeous sunrise, even more gorgeous ladies and gentlemen - especially Novi and Duwi from Reception. Novi went out of her way to personalize my stay. You are very fortunate to have her on your team. Missoni was great. There's really no need to go anywhere else. Thank you for everything 🙏. Keep up the great work!💪

Applying 1 Nightly Upgrade Award and my room from Sawangan Junior Suite was upgraded to the highest room that could be applied by NUA, The Sky, 2 Bedroom Villa Ocean View Top Floor with private pool. (The Cliff 3BR and The Oceanfront 3BR cannot be upgraded using NUA). For villa visitors, for several days we have been given whatsapp contacts and emails from a dedicated butler who will accompany us. Upon arrival at the hotel we were given a welcome drink and cold towel, while enjoying the view in the lobby for a moment, after finishing, we were immediately invited to do the check-in process in the room. Towards our room we were escorted by buggy, the room is on the top floor itself, the living room is very spacious there is a bar table, sofa and chairs for the dining table, sofa in the living room to watch TV, pantry with refrigerator, zinc, microwave. On the left side of the room there is a powder room and dressing table. Welcome amenities include fruit platter, batik chocolate, and chocolate pudding. Entering the room it is immediately cool, fragrant, and the interior is luxurious, like the roof design. In the pantry there is capsule coffee and tea using Dilmah. For drinking water, you can refill as much as you like. The interior is predominantly a combination of light brown and dark brown, it feels comfortable, unfortunately the floor is also cold because of the marble, fortunately in the seating area there is carpet. The balcony has a cabana, sunbed and private pool with a beautiful ocean view. Because it is so spacious, sometimes you are confused about which door to room 1 and room 2 is because the layout is identical. And unfortunately the rooms are not made connecting so if you want to go to room 1 and room 2 you have to go a bit around There are 2 bedrooms, one king bed room, one room with 2 double beds, occupied by the 3 of us only. In fact, if you want to put in a group of more than 10 people, it can be because there are many comfortable sofas. The interior is not too special because it is dominated by wallpaper but the mattress is really comfortable, making it beautiful. In the room there is a television, 2 chairs and a casual table. There are hats and bags in each room that can be taken home. For the windows, use electric curtain covers, just press next to the mattress and it can go up and down even though it is a bit noisy. Each room is equipped with a walk-in closet with luggage rack, 2 washbasins, a heated toilet, bathtub, shower and rain shower. The amenities are complete and use dyptique. There are loofahs and bathsalt, unfortunately there is no TV for the bathtub. The bathtub fills up quickly. The facilities are complete, there is access to the beach, buggy for mobility, various specialty restaurants, a swimming pool (although the size is quite small compared to the size of the resort), gym, spa and kids club. The kids club is good, spacious, many staff accompany the children to play, there is an outdoor playground and kids pool with slides. Of course, the most signature of the Ritz Carlton Bali is the chapel and I took the opportunity to take pictures there. There is also an aquatherapy pool. In the afternoon there is a bonfire near the main pool with marshmallows and cookies. Because I am a villa resident, I am also entitled to get drinks served in the villa, I chose 2 whole coconuts and 1 iced sweet tea. For breakfast, at 06.30 in the morning it is already very crowded. For the a-la carte menu there is an egg menu, avocado toast, and tofu scramble, while the other menus are served buffet. It tastes very good and makes your appetite increase, especially the yong tau fu which feels like eating in Singapore. Even though there is no menu we can request any fresh juice on display and it will be made in the kitchen The menu: 1. Pancakes, croffles, crepes, waffles, French toast, pastry, cake, bread, donuts, muffins, 2. Various whole and cut fruits, yogurt, compote, smoothies, salad 3. Cereal, nuts, cheese, chutney, milk, fresh juice, mixed juice 4. Cold cut, oatmeal, bean, sausage, tomato, potato, mushroom, baby carrot, bacon, 5. Egg station, gluten free, Indian food, tipat tahu catok, Balinese rice, sushi 6. Miso, soto betawi, chicken rendang, fried rice with Medan anchovies, lodeh, grilled fish gulai 7. Teriyaki chicken, fried kwetiau, omelet, ca mustard greens, market snacks, yong tau fu and noodle station Before checking out, our butler gave us a fairly large ritz carlton doll.

Tonight we ate at the Ritz Carlton’s Beach BBQ. It was set up so beautifully with teepee tents, a bonfire & bean bag chairs. The food was cooked for us right at the beach and was so delicious! Our host Yudha was so attentive and made our night unforgettable - he was so fantastic at making s’mores for all the kids. We’ve been in Bali for a week now and this was definitely our trip highlight. Thanks for an incredible night. We’ll definitely be back again soon!

From the moment we arrived we felt welcome and relaxed. The room was lovely (clean and spacious) and every restaurant was top notch. The hotel is impressive and beautiful. The pool and beach area are so relaxing. The staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful. One highlight has to be the breakfast with the widest variety of dishes offered all first class! Every member of staff were very proud of the station they were in charge of and one chef offered to get an ingredient for us so we could replicate the dish once home in the uk. The curries were my favourite! JoJo could not have been more helpful ensuring we had reservations for dinners and advising of where to visit. His parting gift of 2 local recipes from his mother was so touching. He made our stay feel more special.

My family and I stayed at The Ritz-Carlton Bali for 5 nights for my company's event. The resort was beautiful with a spectacular view from the lobby. All the staff were polite and courteous. Our sawangan junior suite was spacious enough, but the layout was a bit awkward with the bathroom in the walkway between the front door and the beds. The pillows were really low standard for a 5 star resort. They were flat and old. Breakfast quality was good, with a good selection of pastries and rotation of indonesian food. Service, however, was a bit hit and miss, with some of the waiters/tress seemed a bit inexperienced and looking a bit lost sometimes. Bejana restaurant service, on the other hand, was great, and the food was also excellent. But Beach Grill restaurant service was by far the best, and our server, Ryan, deserves a special mention. We also had the opportunity to visit the spa for a couples massage. The treatment was so relaxing, and our therapists, Ari and Sudi, were excellent. Our kids really enjoyed the activities and facilities at the kids club. The ladies from the kids club, in particular Trisna and Ari, were really friendly and caring to the kids. The resort also has direct access to the beach. But the beach didn't really look that appealing as it was not clean. Not many people swam at the beach. We also saw some cheeky monkeys around the resort minding their own business. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at The Ritz-Carlton Bali.
