The Ritz-Carlton, Bali

Our second time visiting this lovely property and we are celebrating our babymoon. Mira (front office manager) and the team have done a lot to make our stay pleasant and memorable. They have checked with me the time arrival in advance so that everything was smooth and hassle free. Most impressive is - Mira had taken all our preference from last stay even tiny little details and she prepared a lot of surprises for us. Those preference we don’t even remember any more. It leaves us no reason not to come to this property again for our next Bali trip. Thanks for the team and specially Mira’s heartwarming preparations. She has done an excellent job and treating all guests straight from her heart.

If you want WOW service then this is the place to stay. Every single staff member was so polite and helpful. Breakfast was absolutely incredible so much variety. The kids club is huge and has it’s own waterslide. Special thanks to Agung for finding our daughter beach toys to use by the pool. Rooms were absolutely spectacular - we had the lagoon room and it was brilliant, especially with a child. Prices are high for Bali but worth every cent for this property. The only tiny negative is there isn’t a huge choice for casual dining for lunch etc but I guess that’s to be expected at such a high class resort. Was a $5 taxi ride into town to great restaurants and the hotel ordered us taxis very quickly. The spa was a bit overpriced in my opinion, but again, probably normal for a Ritz Carlton. Would 100% stay again - Huge credit to the staff!! We have stayed in many resorts in Bali and their service was by far the absolute best.

I had a 2- night stay at this hotel with my family for CNY celebration. The overall atmosphere is fantastic, and the staff are polite and kind. Love the #RCmemories

We just had the best holiday at Ritz Carlton Bali. It’s not only a stunning resort, it was the amazing service we received that made our stay so memorable. We stayed in the pool villa and Darma and his colleagues, Baskara and Hadi, have made our time at Ritz truly unforgettable. They were very thoughtful and attentive to our needs, and surprised us with small and big gestures as we celebrated 2 birthdays during our stay. My son who is 5 years old also enjoyed the Ritz kids club, and Trisna and Crystal took great care of him. We will definitely be back again when there is an opportunity. Thank you to all the staff at Ritz who went out of their way to deliver an amazing experience for us.
