Excellence, Kindness and Beauty

There are so many wonderful things to say about this place. I will focus on three highlights. 1 Chef Ayu at Senses made being gluten free easy and treated us with great care. 2. Asih was at the Beach Grille both night we had dinner. She expertly guided us through the menu. Both dinners were above and beyond delicious. 3. Silent made our Missioni experience a beach lunch to remember. We were visited by the chef in every experience. Traveling with allergies is not always easy but the Ritz Carlton Bali raised the bar. Our most special hotel experience yet. Thank you.

I have been to many places in this world but the staff of this hotel is above everything I have seen so far, warm, kind, gentle and always smiling. Also the rooms are very big and beautiful, everything is clean and tidy, as well as the extraordinary food. I always went to Punta Cana, I will definitely come here from now on!

I had the most wonderful experience during my stay at The Ritz Carlton, and I have to give special recognition to Santi for making my birthday truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. Santi’s attention to detail ( she even remembered how my name was spelled two days later to write on a birthday treat) and genuine warmth made me feel incredibly special on my birthday. She took the time to make sure every part of our stay was perfect, and even surprised me with a thoughtful, meaningful gift that I’ll always treasure something that will remind me of this trip and make me smile every time I see it. It’s rare to meet someone who combines such professionalism with sincere kindness. Santi embodies the true spirit of The Ritz Carlton’s legendary service, and I’m so grateful for the effort she put into making my celebration so memorable. Thank you, Santi, for turning a great stay into something truly extraordinary.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service at The Ritz-Carlton Bali during my boss's wedding, where several issues arose that I would like to bring to your attention." 1. The check-in process was repeatedly delayed, resulting in a wait of up to 2 hours for most of my boss's guests in the lobby." 2. Additionally, the room transfer was delayed, which caused a delay in the welcome dinner schedule. 3. Furthermore, the transfer to the Sky Villa was also delayed. Unfortunately, we encountered problems with breakfast ordering, which caused significant disappointment to my boss. 4. To my surprise, I discovered a cockroach in the sink of the Sky Villa. Given the hotel's luxury reputation, I expect a higher standard of cleanliness. 5. In preparation for checkout, I had previously confirmed with the hotel about my boss's flight schedule and requested a late checkout around 3 pm to accommodate the 4 pm flight. However, the hotel policy required a 2 pm checkout. Considering the substantial investment my boss made for the wedding at The Ritz-Carlton Bali, I believe it would have been reasonable to accommodate a 3 pm checkout request, especially given the hotel's own delays in room transfers. Thank you for your consideration. I hope my feedback will be valuable in enhancing the exceptional service that high-end hotels strive to provide.

She remembered my preferences, anticipated what I needed before I asked, and always made me feel genuinely cared for — not just served. It’s rare to meet someone who brings so much heart and grace to their work. Santi doesn’t just deliver excellent service; she creates an atmosphere of kindness and calm that transforms an ordinary breakfast into a memorable experience.
