The Ritz-Carlton, Bali

Our anniversary 25th was unforgettable because the Ritz Carlton Hotel Team. Attention, details, gift and all surprises every day, dinner and every moment make we want to come back again. Cheff Raymond and your team of ladies and gentleman were the best. Cheff Kojong, thanks a lot, you gave me the best experience cooking and a new special friendly relation ship. Cheff Adi Nathan taking care in Bejana restorant with the best Indonesian and Bali food. Cheff the best nasi goreng…Cheff Dytok, amazing beach dinner and soooooo happy every moment….Ladie Arni in Bejana and our master class, the best smile and good energy. Michel in the beach learning Spanish to give my wife the best message from me. Yndra in the beach service, give us all we need just in time. Thanks a lot Ritz Carlton Bali because you give us the best experience in a hotel around the world for sure.

Amazing stay. The staff were so friendly and the resort is beautiful. The breakfast was great as well. My only improvement would be to have good WiFi around the pool and beach area as it hardly worked around this area, and obviously people are spending a lot of time there. But other than that, I would come again 100%. Shoutout to Opi for the great photos he took of us, and also Charley who brought water to my room and was very kind. Beach grill and the Indonesian resultant were very nice too.

Wife and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at the Ritz Carlton Bali and I can say this place and the service were awe inspiring!! I am Marriott Ambassador Elite and I did stay using points but that did not hinder in any way the service we received. The Ritz went out of there way to make us feel welcome and received a 2 category upgrade to the suite with private pool. They reached out to me about 3 weeks before our trip to ask us if we were celebrating anything and what can provide for us when we got there. I advised them of our wedding anniversary and when we arrived our room was filled with flowers, fruits, cakes and a framed wedding photo. The resort is beautiful and kept immaculate. It was about half full and we enjoyed the pool and beach. Though not the Ritz's fault the beach is not the greatest for swimming since there are a lot of seaweed and when the tide pulls out it is a sand bar. They do have workers cleaning the beach at all times. We were always greeted by our names and I was surprised how many people knew our name. Food was great at the restaurants. Since it is in Nusa Dua you need to leave the resort if you want more variety. At breakfast the chef and manager came over to make sure our stay was going well. It's the little things that matter, every day we received some small gifts (ritz carlton branded cable ties, bookmark, chocolate and other items). Special shout out to Indah Christian and Meg Trisha who always made sure our visit was smooth. They always said good morning or evening and went out of their way to help with any minor issues. Thank you to both of them for living the Ritz Carlton service! All in all an amazing trip and definitely go to this hotel!

It was an amazing stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Bali. I went there to celebrate my niece’s birthday, and the team truly took care of us. From the check-in process, we were warmly escorted by Dylan and Ethan, who were both incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Ethan guided us in exploring this wonderful and spacious resort, while Dylan assisted us with everything we needed. In the room, they prepared a sweet note for my niece, which made the moment so memorable. We enjoyed breakfast at Senses restaurant and dinner at Bejana, the food was excellent. The surprise the team prepared for my niece was so thoughtful and made the celebration extra special. We would love to return again soon. Special thanks to Mei for assisting us during check-out, to Gentha and Hendra for preparing the surprise birthday arrangement at Senses, and to Intan for arranging our photoshoot session. Although the photoshoot was already fully booked, she kindly made it possible for us to have one. It was truly an unforgettable experience

This property is exceptional in every way not only in its authentic Balinese layout but also because of its staff. We think that their level of service and commitment to their guests is the best we have ever experienced in our travels overseas. While all the staff are amazing, in particular we would like to extend a special thanks to Kenji our butler who was so helpful during our stay. He arranged a lovely dinner for us where we celebrated with our friends of 40 years. The chef Sujana at Bejana restaurant went out of his way to make special Balinese dishes for us each day and the food was truly exceptional. Artha who ran the breakfast service at Bejana each morning was so welcoming and went out of his way to make each morning special too. Overall if we could give our stay a rating we would give it an 11 out of 10 it was that good. Very highly recommended and we will return for sure. A big thankyou from New Zealand Bill and Fiona.
