The Ritz-Carlton, Bali

I stay in Ritz Carlton Nusa Dua Bali recently this December 2025 and the room that i chose is private villa with private pool. I am very satisfied and feel very pleasant during my stay in there. The butler service was great and very helpfull. They are very always ready anytime and shortly arrived, whatever you want to reserve just asked them and they will gladly to help you. Even when my daughter lost her hat, they keep helped me to find it. Eventough i am no longer stay there, they keep updated me wheter they find it or not and send it right back to me after they found it to my next hotel without charging me any at all. I am so touchable with their help. The room was also very clean and they clean it 2 times everyday. The towels also very soft, they use the good quality one. Last but not least about the food & coffee, both are great. The foods tasted are great wheter in Bejana, sense and the beach grill. All food are fresh and used high quality ingredients. My favorite is their rendang. And for the coffee, i have a great experience by learning how to make latte art and the coffee at bejana tasted amazing, the best. I will definitely come back again to Ritz Carlton nusa dua bali when i am visiting Bali again.

If you're looking for a 5 star getaway on the shores of Bali, look no further than the Ritz-Carlton Bali. The moment you arrive on the property and look out to the ocean, your blown away. The staff is always smiling and willing to help out in anyway. Our room was a Cliff Side Villa which was beyond amazing, with killer views of the ocean, and we even had some monkeys wander through our yard. The breakfast buffet, was one of the biggest I have ever seen. The only drawback, if there was one, is that the gym seemed a bit small compared to the size of the property. I paid a lot, but I got a lot, so for the value, I'd have to say it's worth it. Are there less expensive places, absolutely, but it's hard to go wrong with a Ritz-Carlton!

It took around 30 minutes ride to the beautiful hotel. Our butler welcome us at the gate. Pande is a sweet guy we could find his smile face everywhere in the hotel area. He arranged a lot things for us including send two pairs of sandals as we didn’t bring one to Bali. The room is very pretty and large, with a swing pool outside the balcony, around in green bush. Bath tub and shower make the stay very comfortable in the hot weather. The bed is good to sleep feeling at home. The comment area was clean. The beach is clean and the sea water is clear. I like the Beach Grill restaurant the best. Even the bread is delicious. I like the hotel. I stay there just chilling. If there were more shops with local handcrafts I will do some shopping.
